Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif d'entrainement de bande pour une machine de cerclage comprenant
    - une installation (8, 9) pour le lancement, le retour et la remise sous tension d'une bande de cerclage comprenant au moins une paire (13, 17) de rouleaux (14, 15, 18, 19) entre lesquels la bande de cerclage (7) peut être menée dans le sens de la direction de lancement (E) et dans le sens opposé, et peut être tendue autour du produit à cercler (4) dans la machine de cerclage dans le sens opposé à la direction de lancement (E), et

    - une unité de lancement et de retour (8) comprenant une première paire de rouleaux (13) entre lesquels la bande de cerclage (7) d'au moins l'un des rouleaux (14) est menée, pouvant être entraînée, dans le sens de la direction de le lancement (E) et dans le sens opposé, et
    - une unité de remise sous tension (9) avec une seconde paire (17) de rouleaux (18, 19) entre lesquels la bande de cerclage (7) d'au un des rouleaux (18) peut être remise sous tension dans le sens opposé à la direction de lancement (E) autour du produit à cercler (4) dans la machine de cerclage.
  3. Dispositif d'entraînement de bande selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que les segments de canal de guidage (10, 11, 12) pour la bande de cerclage (7) vers l'unité de remise sous tension (9) mènent entre celle-ci et l'unité de lancement et de retour (8) et en repartent.
  4. Dispositif d'entraînement de bande selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un rouleau (14, 18) sur l'un des côtés l'installation (8, 9) pour le lancement, le retour et la remise sous tension de la bande de cerclage (7) et les parties latérales (20, 24) des segments du canal de guidage (10, 11, 12) sont logés de manière stationnaire sur le même côté.
  5. Dispositif d'entraînement de bande selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement présente un levier de pivotement (32) qui peut être pivoté entre une position de pression qui met le support (29) dans la position de travail, et une position desserrée libérant le traîneau (29) dans la position de service.
  6. Dispositif d'entraînement de bande selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que le levier de pivotement (32) met en oeuvre le support (29) par un levier auxiliaire (34) reposant sur un arbre (33) commun et/ou peut être actionné manuellement.
  7. Dispositif d'entraînement de bande selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (33) est logé, pouvant pivoter, dans une partie du socle (31) sur laquelle le guidage linéaire (30) est monté.
  8. Dispositif d'entraînement de bande selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que le guidage linéaire est formé par une, de préférence au moins deux, tiges de guidage (30) parallèles.
  9. Dispositif d'entraînement de bande selon l'une des revendications précitées caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (14, 19) logés sur le support (29) fonctionnent comme des rouleaux de pression des paires de rouleaux (13, 17) de l'unité de lancement et de retour (8) et de l'unité de remise sous tension (9).
  10. Dispositif d'entraînement de bande selon l'une des revendications précitées caractérisé en ce que les angles extérieurs (A1, A2) entre les parois latérales (21, 25) s'ouvrant des segments de canal de guidage (10, 11, 12) et la direction de l'ouverture (O) présentent une grandeur d'environ 10° à 170°.
  11. Dispositif d'entraînement de bande selon l'une des revendications précitées caractérisé en ce que la bande de cerclage (7) est menée autour du rouleau d'entraînement stationnaire (14) de l'unité de lancement et de retour (9) dans un angle d'enroulement (U) de sorte que l'angle interne (I) entre les parois latérales stationnaires (20, 24) des segments de canal de guidage (10, 11, 12) situés des deux côtés de l'unité de lancement et de retour (9), s'ouvre à l'opposé du sens d'ouverture (O) du support (29).
