Claims (20)
- Dispositif de transport d'une bande de gainage (25) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, comprenant un canal de transport (30) de la bande de gainage, un chariot de transport (15) de la bande de gainage (25) étant prévu dans le canal de transport (30), caractérisé en ce que le chariot de transport (15) est déplaçable dans le canal de transport (30) au moyen d'au moins un câble de traction (16, 17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu au moins un entraînement (18, 19) pour le chariot de transport (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le chariot de transport (15) est déplaçable au moyen de deux treuils à câbles de traction (18, 19).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le chariot de transport (15) présente un dispositif de serrage de la bande de gainage (25).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrage est ouvert, de préférence automatiquement, lors du transfert, en particulier lors de la réception et/ou de la délivrance, de la bande de gainage (25).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le chariot de transport (15) est déplaçable entre une position de réception pour recevoir la bande de gainage (25) et une position de délivrance pour délivrer la bande de gainage (25).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un dispositif d'engagement (10) de la bande de gainage (25) pour le transfert de la bande de gainage (25) vers le dispositif de serrage.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu au moins un dispositif de guidage (30, 40, 41, 42) du chariot de transport (15).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le canal de transport (30) est conçu, au moins par sections, comme un dispositif de guidage du chariot de transport (15).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le canal de transport (30) est conçu de façon complémentaire, par la forme et la fonction, au chariot de transport (15).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le canal de transport (30) est réalisé au moins partiellement en tant que canal de guidage du chariot de transport (15).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu, au moins par sections, un rail de guidage (42) du chariot de transport (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le rail de guidage (42) présente une torsion ou est apte à subir une torsion.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu au moins un dispositif déflecteur (40, 41) pour le chariot de transport (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif déflecteur (40, 41) présente un guidage à rouleaux.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un dispositif de retenue du transfert (50) de la bande de gainage (25) pour la délivrance de la bande de gainage (25).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de retenue (50) présente au moins une paire de rouleaux (51, 52).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un organe d'entraînement (54) d'un rouleau (51) de la paire de rouleaux (51, 52).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un mécanisme de levage (53) d'un rouleau (52) de la paire de rouleaux (51, 52).
- Machine de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, en particulier machine à confectionner des boudins de cigarettes ou machine d'assemblage de filtres, comprenant un dispositif de transport d'une bande de gainage (25) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 19.
