Claims (15)

  1. Groupe d'étiquetage (A), notamment destiné à l'étiquetage en continu de contenants avec des étiquettes de finition individuelles encollées, comprenant un module de transfert (T), qui comporte sur un moyeu (2) pouvant être entraîné en rotation, au moins un arbre de palette (13) sensiblement vertical avec au moins une palette (14, 14') et pouvant être entraîné en rotation, module de transfert auquel peuvent être associés fonctionnellement un rouleau d'encollage (24) au moins sensiblement vertical, et un cylindre à préhenseurs (Z) pouvant être entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe au moins sensiblement vertical, groupe d'étiquetage
    dans lequel au moins l'arbre de palette (13) et, le cas échéant, le cylindre à préhenseurs (Z) et/ou, le cas échéant, le rouleau d'encollage (19) est ou respectivement sont une garniture interchangeable ou des garnitures interchangeables reliées de manière séparable à un support respectif en vue d'un échange nécessité par une reconversion,
    dans lequel une liaison (V) respective de ladite au moins une garniture interchangeable avec son support, est réalisée de façon telle, que la garniture interchangeable puisse être retirée ou rapportée par un mouvement sensiblement dans une large mesure horizontal et latéral par rapport au support,

    en ce que dans l'accouplement de Hirth, au moins dans la position de prise réciproque totale, il est prévu un arrêt de sécurisation axial (S) par adhérence et/ou par complémentarité de formes entre les couronnes à denture frontale (51),
    l'arrêt de sécurisation axial (S) étant un arrêt de sécurisation axial (S) magnétique avec deux aimants (42) s'attirant mutuellement ou un aimant (42) d'attraction et une pièce conjuguée (41) ferromagnétique ou magnétique, l'aimant ou la pièce conjuguée pouvant être déplacés d'une position de maintien à une position de libération de l'arrêt de sécurisation axial (S) par l'actionnement d'un élément de liaison (46) déplaçable essentiellement de manière axiale, ou bien
    l'arrêt de sécurisation axial (S), qui doit être actionné avant le démontage ou après la mise en place de la garniture interchangeable, étant du type à complémentarité de formes, et comprend une vis de serrage ou des éléments de verrouillage en forme de coin pouvant coulisser radialement et commandés par un mouvement de rotation axial, ou bien un accouplement du type à baïonnette.
  2. Groupe d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'arbre d'entraînement (9, 39) entraîne l'arbre de palette (13) ou le cylindre à préhenseurs (Z).
  3. Groupe d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les deux couronnes à denture frontale (51) pouvant engrener mutuellement sont de même configuration.
  4. Groupe d'étiquetage selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que l'accouplement de Hirth forme, dans une position de prise d'engrènement totale, en supplément, un dispositif de centrage entre les arbres (9, 13; 39, 47) couplés lors de la transmission de couple.
  5. Groupe d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'accouplement de Hirth (H) ne peut être amené en prise réciproque totale, sans jeu, que dans un seul positionnement relatif de rotation entre un arbre (47, 13) de la garniture interchangeable et l'arbre d'entraînement (9, 39).
  6. Groupe d'étiquetage selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que chaque couronne à denture frontale (51) d'une moitié d'accouplement de rotation (H) de l'accouplement de Hirth, est agencée de manière concentrique à l'axe de l'accouplement de rotation (D) et autour d'un espace libre (52) central, de préférence circulaire, à l'intérieur de l'accouplement de rotation (D).
  7. Groupe d'étiquetage selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que chaque couronne à denture frontale (51) présente dans la direction périphérique, des dents (54) et des intervalles de dents (55, 56) répartis de manière irrégulière, ou bien des dents identiques et respectivement des intervalles de dents répartis de manière régulière, et au moins un dispositif de positionnement supplémentaire pour une position de prise d'engrènement prédéterminée des couronnes à denture frontale (51), et en ce que les dents (54) présentent des flancs (59) et des arêtes de dents (57, 58) inclinés dans les directions radiale et axiale, de préférence en ce que la distance mesurée dans la direction périphérique entre les flancs (59) inclinés de chaque dent (54) augmente symétriquement à partir de l'arête de dent (57, 58) en direction de la racine de la dent, et en ce que dans la direction radiale vers l'intérieur, au moins un tronçon (57) de la crête de dent (57, 58) est de configuration descendante en direction de la racine de dent.
  8. Groupe d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le moyeu (2) du module de transfert (T) assurant le montage en rotation des plusieurs accouplements de Hirth d'arbre de palette couplés à une transmission à fuseaux (7) commune, est en liaison directe d'entraînement avec un moteur d'entraînement direct (M1) monté du côté inférieur sur une structure porteuse (1) stationnaire, de préférence un moteur-couple électrique (32) avec un stator (33) stationnaire renfermant un enroulement, et un rotor annulaire (34) équipé d'aimants (35).
  9. Groupe d'étiquetage selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que le moyeu (2) est monté dans la structure porteuse (1), en restant libre au centre, à proximité de la périphérie extérieure, par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de palier à quatre points (3) rigide aux moments, exempt de bague de palier.
  10. Groupe d'étiquetage selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque palette (14) est fabriquée en matière plastique, de préférence sous forme de pièce bi-composants moulée par injection, et en ce que de préférence une surface de palette (61) porte un motif à stries variable, engendré de préférence par érosion au laser entre des nervures (63) rectilignes qui se chevauchent mutuellement.
  11. Groupe d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de palette (13) présente, au moins par secteurs, une section tubulaire (43), de préférence avec une section extérieure (44) en partie non circulaire, de préférence triangulaire.
  12. Groupe d'étiquetage selon la revendication 11,
    caractérisé en ce que l'arbre de palette (13) est réalisé en tant que pièce de forme en carbone ou pièce hydroformée à partir d'un tube d'acier spécial surfin, et, de préférence, porte à l'extrémité inférieure, une moitié d'accouplement de rotation (H) sur un flasque d'extrémité (12) de diamètre augmenté par rapport à l'arbre de palette (13).
  13. Groupe d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'au groupe d'étiquetage est associé un cylindre de préhenseurs (Z), et le cylindre de préhenseurs (Z) est en liaison d'entraînement, par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un accouplement de Hirth pouvant être désenclenché et monté rotatif sur la structure porteuse (1), avec l'arbre d'entraînement (39) d'un moteur d'entraînement direct (M2), de préférence un servomoteur électrique (37), qui est monté dans le bas d'une structure porteuse (1), de préférence une structure porteuse (1) commune du cylindre à préhenseurs (Z) et dudit au moins un module de transfert (T).
  14. Groupe d'étiquetage selon l'une au moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au groupe d'étiquetage est associé un rouleau d'encollage (19), et un groupe d'encollage (L) renfermant le rouleau d'encollage (19), le module de transfert (T), le cylindre à préhenseurs (Z) et un magasin (M) ou un support de magasin (M') correspondant, sont montés sur une structure porteuse (1) commune, réalisée sous forme de plateau.
  15. Groupe d'étiquetage selon la revendication 14,
    caractérisé en ce que le rouleau d'encollage (19), à son extrémité (20) située au-dessus de la structure porteuse (1), est monté en rotation de manière suspendue flottante, dans un palier (21) s'appuyant sur la structure porteuse (1), et est en liaison d'entraînement directe avec un servomoteur électrique (M3) rapporté au-dessus du palier (21), le rouleau d'encollage (19) pouvant de préférence être démonté latéralement au-dessus dans ou avec le palier (21).
