Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an emergency operating device for a vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle, with an actuating element for a control device and a shield associated with the actuating element, wherein the control device unlocks an access device, in particular a door to the vehicle upon actuation of the actuating element from a rest position, the Shield in a closed state shields the located in its rest position actuator against unobstructed access. It further relates to a vehicle having such an emergency operating device.
  • TSI Technical Specification for Interoperability
  • an actuating element in the form of an emergency handle for manual door unlocking
  • the emergency handle is mechanically decoupled from a shaft which triggers the door unlocking.
  • the emergency grip is only by pressing the emergency switch (first operation in the sense of the TSI) coupled via an electromagnet with the shaft (the emergency handle thus "activated”). Only then is the door unlocking triggered by the actuation of the emergency handle (second operation in the sense of the TSI).
  • first of all one has to first switch the emergency switch to be able to operate it (see ICE 1) so that even three consecutive operations in the sense of the TSI are required.
  • a not on vehicles, especially rail vehicles, limited emergency control device according to the other features of the preamble of claim 1 is known from US-A-4,164,095 ,
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object to provide an emergency control device or a rail vehicle of the type mentioned, which or which does not have the disadvantages mentioned above or at least to a lesser extent and in particular with a simple design, a compact and reliable device for local unlocking of access to the vehicle allows.
  • the present invention solves this problem starting from an emergency operating device according to the preamble of claim 1 by the features stated in the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • the present invention is based on the technical teaching that with a simple design, a compact and reliable means for local unlocking the access to the vehicle (ie, for example, of doors or possibly also windows) allows if the shield comprises a locking device, the simple in one short, one-time unlocking action, for example, in a single operation, with or without tools (such as keys or the like) can be unlocked so that the shield can be opened, after which then actuates the actuator for actuating the emergency release of the access device (ie the door, etc.) can be.
  • this design Compared to the known designs with an emergency switch (for "activation" of the actuating element), this design has the advantage that it can be designed purely mechanical, which considerably simplifies their production and maintenance.
  • this design Compared with the known designs with the firmly screwed, to be destroyed glass this design has the advantage that it reduces the risk of injury on the one hand can be dispensed by the glass. In the case of a shield with such a glass pane, but also (for example by cleaning personnel or the like) by unlocking a (possibly reversible) operation of the emergency release can be made without the glass pane must be destroyed.
  • the present invention therefore relates to an emergency operating device for a vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle, with an actuating element for a control device and a shield associated with the actuating element, wherein the control device an access device, in particular a door to the vehicle as a result of actuation of the actuating element of a Rest position unlocked.
  • the shield shields in a closed state the actuator located in its rest position against unobstructed access.
  • the shield comprises a locking device, which can be brought into a unlocked state via a short, unique unlocking action, in particular a single handle, wherein the shield in the unlocked state of the locking device can be brought into an open state.
  • the shield is in the open state of the actuator and thus releases the operation of the actuator.
  • the shield can basically be designed in any suitable manner, as long as it can be moved in the unlocked state of the locking device such that the actuating element is exposed for actuation.
  • the shield only in a corresponding holder (for example, in one or a plurality of retaining rails) and in the unlocked state of the locking device can be completely removed from the emergency operating device (eg pulled off or lifted off).
  • the shield is permanently attached to the emergency control device, so that it can not be lost even in the unlocked state of the locking device.
  • the shield is held by a holding element.
  • the shield is pivotally articulated on at least one pivot joint on the holding element, since this is a particularly easy-to-use design is achieved.
  • the retaining element may be attached via at least one connecting means to a housing of the emergency operating device. In this case, it can then also be detachably fastened in order to facilitate its simple replacement.
  • the locking device can in principle be designed in any suitable manner in order to realize the desired simple and rapid unlocking (eg with a handle).
  • the locking device comprises at least one easily destructible in the course of unlocking locking element which, for example, with a single handle (by applying a correspondingly high force and / or a jerky operation) shears, tears or tears.
  • it can be a seal (for example a conventional wire seal).
  • the force for destroying the locking element can also be applied directly via the actuation or the opening of the shield (that is, its movement into its open state), so that no separate operation for unlocking and opening the shield is required.
  • a particularly rapid opening of the shield is possible in an advantageous manner.
  • This design also makes it possible to attach the locking element so that it can be destroyed (for example, thanks to appropriate leverage ratios) on the one hand with reasonable effort by any (possibly weaker persons). On the other hand, the force level required for the destruction can be adjusted so that inadvertent destruction is usually avoided.
  • the locking device comprises at least one magnetic element, which the Shield holds without further external force in the closed state.
  • the magnetic element can also form at least a part of the shield itself.
  • the force effect can be set by the magnetic element so large that it produces the complete locking of the cover.
  • This design has the advantage that it allows opening and closing of the shield without further aids (whereby the height of the required actuating force prevents unintentional opening).
  • the magnetic device also has the advantage that the force acts against the opening of the shield decreases with increasing opening of the shield, so that they do not interfere with the subsequent operation of the actuator.
  • the magnetic element can then also be used in a simple manner to lock the shield in its open position.
  • the shield can not be closed unrecognized again, it can either be provided that the shield can no longer be moved into the closed position (at least without appropriate aids).
  • closing the shield may be allowed, opening (and / or closing) activates a marker (at least not resettable) indicating that the shield has been opened.
  • An effect similar to the effect of the magnetic element can additionally or alternatively be realized, for example, by otherwise biasing the shield against a stop, for example via a spring device or the like.
  • the shield is designed such that they are resistant to the effects of violence, and therefore withstand a human violence caused without aids.
  • the shield may, for example, have a shielding element which shields the actuating element and is constructed from at least one metallic material and / or a plastic.
  • the locking device comprises a simple lock device, via which the Shield is locked.
  • the lock device can be easily released via a corresponding key element, so that the shield can be removed and the actuator (for example by authorized personnel for local access unlocking for cleaning or maintenance purposes) can be operated without destroying parts of the shield.
  • This has the advantage that on the one hand a simple, robust and fail-safe solution without the need for a separate power supply is possible.
  • a separate unlocking device for local access unlocking for authorized personnel omitted because this function (local access unlocking for cleaning or maintenance purposes) can be easily integrated into the emergency operation device.
