Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verpackung in Form einer Flasche mit einem auf in ihr Füllvolumen eingebbares Verpackungsgut einwirkenden und zwischen Verpackungsgut und Flaschenwandung angeordneten Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel.
- Im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Industrie werden pharmazeutische Wirkstoffformulierungen in Tablettenform als Dragees oder als befüllte Kapseln unter anderem auch in Glas- oder Kunststoffflaschen verpackt vertrieben. Hierbei liegen die Tabletten, Dragees oder befüllten Kapseln in Form einer losen Schüttung innerhalb der jeweiligen Verpackungsflasche. Dies ist insofern nachteilig, als Erschütterungen, Stöße oder Stoßeinwirkungen, die beim Transport dieser Verpackung oder beim Herunterfallen der Verpackung und Aufschlagen der Verpackung auf eine feste Bodenfläche auftreten können, dazu führen, dass sich Tablettenbruch oder Verformungen der Kapseln ergeben. Diese Folgen treten zum einen deshalb auf, weil die Stöße, Erschütterungen oder Stoßeinwirkungen unmittelbar von der Flaschenwand auf die in der Flasche befindlichen Tabletten, Dragees oder Kapseln übertragen wer-den, und zum anderen weil die Tabletten, Dragees oder Kapseln in einem solchen Falle gegeneinander schlagen.
- Zur Vermeidung von Tablettenbruch und Kapselverformungen werden in der Praxis daher nach Befüllung der Flasche mit dem Verpackungsgut zusätzlich luftgefüllte Beutel, Kissen oder Watte zur Dämpfung und Abfederung der äußeren Stoßeinwirkungen und zum Schutze der Tabletten, Dragees oder Kapseln oben auf dem Verpackungsgut aufliegend in die jeweilige Flasche eingelegt. Auch ist es bekannt, Verschlüsse mit daran angeordneten Federelementen zu verwenden, wobei die Federelemente in der Verschlussposition der Verschlüsse auf das jeweilige Verpackungsgut in Form von Tabletten, Dragees oder Kapseln drücken und so deren Lage innerhalb der Verpackungsflasche stabilisieren.
- So offenbart die
US 3826358 (A ) einen Behälter mit einem Polster das auf Haltemittel wirkt und zudem ein Trocknungsmittel enthält. - Die
EP1352844 B1 beschreibt ein flaschenartiges Gefäß mit einem Innenbehälter und einer Abdeckkappe die über ein Scharnier mit dem Gefäß verbunden ist. An der Abdeckkappe, die trocknungsaktive Mittel enthalten kann, ist ein Felder-element angeordnet. - Die
FR 2694270 (A1 - Die
US 4282984 (A ) beschreibt einen Behälter mit einen komprimierten Einlegeelement. - Diese Maßnahmen sind bezüglich der Stabilisierung des Verpackungsinhaltes noch nicht gänzlich zufrieden stellend, da in der Regel immer noch Relativbewegungen der einzelnen Tabletten, Dragees oder Kapseln zueinander möglich sind. Außerdem ist die Dämpfung oder Abfederung von von außen einwirkenden Stößen weiter verbesserungsfähig, da immer noch Beschädigungen des Verpackungsinhaltes in Form von Tablettenbruch oder Kapselverformungen festgestellt werden.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung der eingangs genannten Art für pharmazeutisches Verpackungsgut in Form von Tabletten, Dragees oder Kapseln zu schaffen, die einen verbesserten Transportschutz des Verpackungsgutes gewährleistet und das Auftreten von Tablettenbruch oder Kapselverformungen vermindert.
- Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel als schirmförmiges Federelement ausgebildet ist, das insbesondere mit seinem Wölbungszentrum auf dem Flaschenboden aufliegt und somit sich im Maße der Befüllung des Füllvolumens mit Verpackungsgut zumindest im Wesentlichen selbsttätig ausrichtend und/oder entfaltend oder komprimierend sowie zumindest bis zum Erreichen einer Teilentnahmemenge sich im Maße der Verpackungsgutentnahme zusammenziehend oder ausdehnend und/oder entfaltend ausgebildet ist.
- Weiterbildungen und Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den weiteren Unteransprüchen.
- Durch die Erfindung wird eine Verpackung in Flaschenform mit einem weichen, flexiblen Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel bereitgestellt, das auf dem Flaschenboden angeordnet ist und sich bei Befüllung des inneren Füllvolumens oder Füllraumes der Flasche durch Beaufschlagung mit Füllgut und der dadurch ausgeübten Krafteinwirkung, insbesondere der Gewichtskraft, selbsttätig ausrichtet. Ein solches Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel ist ein schirmartig ausgeformtes, von einem Zentrum abspreizende Federarme aufweisendes Federelement, das mit seiner Wölbungsspitze oder seinem Wölbungszentrum auf dem Flaschenboden aufliegt oder aber auch um 180° gedreht mit seinen gespreizten Federarmen auf dem Flaschenboden aufliegt. Beim Einfüllen von Verpackungsgut in Form von Tabletten, Dragees oder befüllten Kapseln dringt Verpackungsgut zunächst ins Zentrum dieses sich dem Verpackungsgut leicht gewölbt geöffnet (oder im um 180° gedrehten Fall geschlossen) darbietenden Federelementes und drückt dann mit steigendem Füllvolumen die gespreizten Arme auseinander. Auf diese Weise richtet das auf das Federelement auftreffende Verpackungsgut das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel aus und entfaltet das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel. Gemäss einer nicht erfindungsgemässen Ausführungsform kann das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel aber auch ein flexibles Luft- oder Polsterkissen sein, das bei Auftreffen von Verpackungsgut sich über der Füllquerschnittsfläche der Bodenfläche des Flaschenbodens ausbreitet und auf diese Weise selbsttätig ausrichtet und entfaltet. Gemäss einer weiteren nicht erfindungsgemässen Ausführungsform kann das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermaterial als eine aus elastisch komprimierbarem Material ausgebildete Einlage oder in Form eines faltenbalgartigen Federelementes oder Polsterkissen ausgebildet sein. Gemäss einer weiteren nicht erfindungsgemässen Ausführungsform kann das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel ein federkraftgestützter Einlegeboden sein, dessen Federelementbereich sich bei der Flaschenbefüllung komprimiert und später im Maße der Verpackungsgutentnahme wieder expandiert.
- Neben der Ausrichtung des Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittels bewirkt die Gewichtskraft des darauf aufliegenden Verpackungsgutes darüber hinaus auch, dass das jeweilige Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel gegenüber seinem unbelasteten Ausgangszustand komprimiert oder bei dem Federelement mit spreizbaren Federarmen entfaltet wird. Wird aus der Verpackung nun Verpackungsgut entnommen, verringert sich die auf das jeweilige Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel einwirkende Gewichtskraft und das jeweilige Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel kann sich wieder entfalten und ausdehnen oder expandieren oder aber wie bei dem Federelement mit den spreizbaren Federarmen wieder zusammenziehen. Insofern sind die Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel zumindest bis zum Erreichen einer Teilentnahmemenge als sich im Maße der Verpackungsgutentnahme ausdehnend und/oder entfaltend ausgebildet.
- Das jeweilige Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel bewirkt, dass von außen auf die Flasche einwirkende Stöße oder Erschütterungen nur bedingt auf das Verpackungsgut übertragen werden und durch das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel gepuffert, d. h. abgefedert und gedämpft, werden. Dadurch ist ein verbesserter Transportschutz gewährleistet und das Auftreten von Tablettenbruch oder Kapselverformungen vermindert.
- Von besonderem Vorteil ist die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung der Verpackung auch im Hinblick darauf, dass nun ein eventuell benötigtes Trockenmittel, beispielsweise ein Silicagel, das das Verpackungsprodukt vor Feuchtigkeitseinfluss schützen soll, geschickt in der Verpackung untergebracht und insbesondere auch ohne Kontakt zum Verpackungsgut in der Verpackung untergebracht werden kann. Bevorzugt weist daher der Flaschenboden oder das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel einen mit einem Trockenmittel gefüllten Bereich auf.
- Zweckmäßigerweise ist hierbei der mit dem Trockenmittel befüllte Bereich zwischen einer dem mit Verpackungsgut zu befüllenden Füllvolumen der Flasche zugewandten Fläche des Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittels und dem Flaschenboden angeordnet. Das Trockenmittel kann somit unter einer quasi einen flexiblen Einlegeboden und eine Füllbodenfläche der Flasche ausbildenden oberseitigen Fläche des jeweiligen Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittels und der flascheninnenseitigen Oberfläche des Flaschenbodens angeordnet werden. Das Trockenmittel hat dann keinen unmittelbaren Kontakt zum Verpackungsgut. Dies ist insbesondere für Verpackungsflaschen mit Induktionssiegel vorteilhaft.
- Damit das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel die Funktion eines in Abhängigkeit von der darauf einwirkenden Gewichtskraft des Verpackungsgutes variabel komprimierbaren und wieder expandierbaren Einlegebodens mit Füllbodenfläche realisiert, ist nach einer Weiterbildung das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel als den Füllquerschnitt oberhalb des Flaschenbodens überdeckendes, flexibel komprimierbares oder sich ausstreckendes Einlegeelement ausgebildet. Gemäss einer nicht erfindungsgemässen Ausführungsform kann das Einlegeelement ein federkraftgestützter Einlegeboden sein. Demnach ist in Ausgestaltung das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel als federkraftgestützter Einlegeboden ausgebildet. Das Einlegeelement ist erfindungsgemäss als schirmförmiges Federelement ausgeführt. Daher ist das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel als schirmförmiges Federelement ausgebildet, das insbesondere mit seinem Wölbungszentrum auf dem Flaschenboden aufliegt. Gemäß einer weiteren nicht erfindungsgemässen Alternative ist das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel als faltenbalgartiges Federelement oder Polsterkissen ausgebildet.
- Wichtig ist in diesem Zusammenhang lediglich, dass die verschiedenen Ausbildungsformen des Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittels jeweils bei Beaufschlagung mit Verpackungsgut zumindest bereichsweise flexibel nachgiebig komprimierbar oder sich streckend oder ausstreckend ausgebildet sind und sich bei Verpackungsgutentnahme im Maße der Verpackungsgutentnahme zumindest bis zum Erreichen einer Teilentnahmemenge entweder wieder expandieren und entfalten oder wieder zusammenziehen und darüber hinaus sich bei erstmaliger Beaufschlagung mit Verpackungsgut innerhalb der Flasche selbsttätig derart ausrichten, dass sie insbesondere den bodenseitigen Füllquerschnitt ganz oder zumindest im Wesentlichen ganz überdecken.
- Gemäss einer nicht erfindungsgemässen Ausführungsform kann das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel aber auch als ein in der Flasche angeordneter flexibler und/oder elastischer Folieninnenbeutel ausgebildet sein, wobei insbesondere zwischen der Innenwandfläche der Flasche und der Außenfläche des Folieninnenbeutels zumindest bereichsweise ein hohler Zwischenraum ausgebildet ist. Der Folieninnenbeutel kann sich zumindest teilweise selbsttätig elastisch zusammenziehend und/oder bei ausgebildetem Zwischenraum durch Krafteinwirkung eines in dem Zwischenraum angeordneten weiteren Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittels zumindest bereichsweise komprimierbar und/oder kollabierbar ausgebildet sein. Der Folieninnenbeutel legt sich an das darin eingefüllte Verpackungsgut an und drückt dieses aneinander. Hierdurch wird eine besondere Fixierung des Verpackungsgutes innerhalb der Flasche und eine weitere Verbesserung des Schutzes gegen Tablettenbruch und Kapselverformungen erreicht.
- Gemäß Ausgestaltung dieser Ausführungsform kann dann vorgesehen sein, bei Verwendung eines solchen Folieninnenbeutels den dabei entstehenden hohlen Zwischenraum mit einem weichen, flexiblen Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel der vorher beschriebenen Art auszustatten.
- Von ganz besonderem Vorteil ist die erfindungsgemäße Verpackung für die Verpackung und den Transport von pharmazeutischer Wirkstoffformulierung in Form von Tabletten, Dragees oder befüllten Kapseln, da diese besonders bruchempfindlich sind und pharmazeutische Kapseln relativ leicht deformierbar sind. Sonach ist bevorzugt die Flasche mit pharmazeutischer Wirkstoffformulierung in Form von Tabletten, Dragees oder befüllten Kapseln befüllt.
- Schließlich ist zweckmäßigerweise die Flasche eine Kunststoffflasche. Derartige Flaschen sind insbesondere im Blasverfahren, auch in Koextrusion mehrerer Materialschichten, kostengünstig herstellbar. Von besonderem Vorteil ist es, dass die Kunststoffflasche, der Folieninnenbeutel und/oder das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel aus einem Polyurethan-Elastomer, einem zelligen Polyurethan-Elastomer, einem thermoplastischen Werkstoff, insbesondere aus Polypropylen oder Polyethylen hoher Dichte, oder einem Folienlaminat bestehen. Für die Kunststoffflasche oder den Folienbeutel können Kunststofffolien aus Polyvinylchlorid (PVC), Cyclo-Olefin-Copolymer (COC), Polychlortrifluorethylen (PCFE), Polyethylen (PE), Polypropylen (PP), Polyethylenterephthalat (PET), Polycarbonat (PC), Polyester (UP), Polyacrylat, Polyamid (PA) oder ein anderer Kunststoff oder eine mehrschichtige Kunststoffverbundfolie, beispielsweise bestehend aus einer Kombination von Polychlortrifluorethylen (PCTFE), das insbesondere unter dem für die Honeywell International, Inc. geschützten Handelsnamen Aclar® bekannt ist, mit Polyvinylchlorid (PVC) oder Polyvinylchlorid (PVC) mit Polyvinylidenchlorid (PVdC) oder aber auch Laminatfolien aus diesen Materialien oder in Form von Aluminiumfolien oder Aluminiumverbundfolien Verwendung finden.
- Es versteht sich, dass die vorstehend genannten und nachstehend noch zu erläuternden Merkmale nicht nur in der jeweils angegebenen Kombination, sondern auch in anderen Kombinationen verwendbar sind. Der Rahmen der Erfindung ist durch die Ansprüche definiert.
- Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die zugehörigen Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

- Die in den
Fig. 1 bis 5 dargestellten Verpackungen 1, 1', 1", 1"' und 1"" unterscheiden sich lediglich hinsichtlich der Ausbildung eines Dämpfungs- oder Polstermittels. Demzufolge sind bei allen Ausführungsbeispielen jeweils gleiche Elemente oder Gegenstände mit demselben Bezugszeichen versehen. - Die
Fig. 1 zeigt eine nicht erfindungsgemässe Verpackung in Form einer Flasche 1, die bis auf die Mündungsöffnung 2 geschlossenen ist und in ihrem Inneren das Füllvolumen 3 oder einen Füllraum aufweist. In gleicher Weise sind auch die Flaschen 1' bis 1"" derFig. 2 bis 5 ausgebildet. - Auf dem Flaschenboden 4 der Flaschen 1 bis 1"" ist jeweils ein Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 angeordnet. Das jeweilige Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 ist somit in dem Füllvolumen 3 vorgesehen und wird auf seiner jeweiligen Oberfläche bei Befüllung der Flaschen 1 bis 1"" mit Verpackungsgut auf seiner jeweiligen Oberseite 9 mit diesem beaufschlagt. Bei den Flaschen 1"' und 1"" gemäß
Fig. 4 und Fig. 5 wird die Innenseite des jeweiligen Folienbeutels 21 mit Verpackungsgut 24 beaufschlagt. - Bei einer befüllten Flasche 1, 1', 1" wirkt das jeweilige Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 auf das in der jeweiligen Flasche 1, 1', 1" befindliche Verpackungsgut ein und ist zwischen der Flaschenwandung, in diesem Falle dem Flaschenboden 4, und angrenzenden Flaschenwandbereichen sowie dem nicht dargestellten Verpackungsgut angeordnet. Das jeweilige Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 weist jeweils flexible, federnde, komprimierbare Federelementbereiche 6, 7, 8 auf, deren jeweilige Oberseite 9 eine Füllbodenfläche innerhalb der jeweiligen Flasche 1, 1', 1" ausbildet. Jedes der Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 ist als oberhalb des Flaschenbodens 4 den dortigen Füllquerschnitt des Füllvolumens 3 überdeckendes, flexibel komprimierbares Einlegeelement ausgeführt. Mit Füllquerschnitt ist die Querschnittsfläche innerhalb der jeweiligen Flasche 1, 1', 1" bezeichnet, die mit Verpackungsgut befüllt wird. Das jeweilige Einlegeelement wird beispielsweise schräg in die Mündungsöffnung 2 eingeführt und fällt dann auf den Flaschenboden 4 herab und bleibt dort liegen. Durch eine leichte Rüttelbewegung kann der jeweilige Einlegeboden 10, 18, 27 bzw. das jeweilige Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 grob ausgerichtet werden. Die genaue Ausrichtung erfolgt dann später durch das in die jeweilige Flasche 1, 1', 1" eingefüllte Verpackungsgut, das den jeweiligen Einlegeboden dann in die in den
Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellte jeweilige Gebrauchsposition drückt und entsprechend ausrichtet. - Bei der nicht erfindungsgemässen Ausführungsform nach der
Fig. 1 ist das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 als flexibel komprimierbares Einlegeelement in Form eines federkraftgestützten Einlegebodens 10 ausgebildet. Der Einlegeboden 10 umfasst auf seiner Oberseite 9 eine Füllbodenfläche 11, die von einer auf dem Flaschenboden 4 aufliegenden Druckfeder 12 gestützt wird. - Bei der erfindungsgemässen Ausführungsform der
Fig. 2 ist das Dämpfung- und/oder Polstermittel 5 als flexibel komprimierbares Einlegeelement mit einem Einlegeboden 27 in Form eines schirmförmigen Federelementes 13 ausgebildet, das mit der gespreizten Seite seiner von einem Zentrum 15 ausgehend gespreizten Federarme 14 auf dem Flaschenboden 4 aufliegt. Es ist aber auch möglich, das schirmförmige Federelement 13 derart auf dem Flaschenboden 4 anzuordnen, dass es mit seinem Zentrum 15 auf dem Flaschenboden 4 aufliegt. Die dann jeweils dem Füllvolumen 3 zugeordnete Oberseite 9 bildet dann eine Füllbodenfläche 26 des Einlegebodens 27 der Flasche 1' aus. - Beim nicht erfindungsgemässen Ausführungsbeispiel nach der
Fig. 3 ist das dortige Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 als flexibles, komprimierbares Einlegeelement in Form eines faltenbalgartigen Federelementes 16 oder Polsterkissens ausgebildet. Das faltenbalgartige Federelement 16 besteht aus komprimierbaren Seitenwandbereichen 17 und einem darauf angeordneten Einlegeboden 18, der auf seiner Oberseite 9 eine Füllbodenfläche 28 ausbildet. Weiterhin ist innerhalb des faltenbalgartigen Federelementes 16 ein Bereich 19 vorhanden, der mit einem Trockenmittel 20 befüllt ist. Der mit dem Trockenmittel 20 befüllte Bereich 19 ist zwischen der Oberseite 9 des Einlegebodens 18, die die dem mit Verpackungsgut zu befüllenden Füllvolumen 3 der Flasche 1" zugewandte Füllbodenfläche 28 des Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittels 5 ausbildet, und dem Flaschenboden 4 angeordnet. - Jedes der in den
Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellten Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 ist aufgrund seiner federnden, flexiblen und komprimierbaren Ausgestaltung mit Federelementbereichen 6, 7, 8 zum einen so ausgestaltet, dass es sich bei Befüllung des Füllvolumens 3 mit Verpackungsgut durch auf seine jeweilige Oberseite 9 auftreffendes Verpackungsgut selbsttätig auf dem Flaschenboden 4 derart ausrichtet, dass sein jeweils einen Einlegeboden 10, 18, 27 oder eine Füllbodenfläche 11, 26, 28 ausbildender Bereich oberhalb des Flaschenbodens 4 den Füllquerschnitt des Füllvolumens 3 überdeckt. Des Weiteren ist das jeweilige Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 aufgrund seiner flexiblen, komprimierbaren und federnden Ausgestaltung derart ausgebildet, dass es sich unter der Gewichtskraft der Verpackungsgutbefüllung komprimiert, sich dann aber im Maße einer Verpackungsgutentnahme aus dem Füllvolumen 3 auch wieder ausdehnt und entfaltet oder expandiert. Zumindest behält das jeweilige Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 diese Eigenschaft und Funktion bis zum Erreichen einer Teilentnahmemenge an Verpackungsgut aufrecht. - Als Verpackungsgut ist für die in den
Fig. 1 bis 5 dargestellten Flaschen 1 bis 1"" eine pharmazeutische Wirkstoffformulierung in Form von Tabletten, Dragees oder befüllten Kapseln vorgesehen, die in einer solchen Verpackung einen erhöhten Transportschutz erfahren. - Die Flasche 1 bis 1"" sowie die Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 können aus allen gängigen und üblichen Kunststoffen hergestellt sein, die für die Verpackung pharmazeutischer Wirkstoffformulierungen geeignet und zugelassen sind. Die jeweilige Flasche 1 bis 1"" ist vorzugsweise mittels eines Kunststoffblasverfahrens, insbesondere eines Extrusionsverfahrens, hergestellt, wobei die Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 im Spritzgussverfahren hergestellt sein können.
- Die
Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen nicht erfindungsgemässe Verpackungen in Form von Flaschen 1"', 1"", die innenseitig einen das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 5 bildenden Folieninnenbeutel 21 aufweisen. Der Folieninnenbeutel 21 ist sich zumindest teilweise selbsttätig elastisch zusammenziehend und/oder durch Krafteinwirkung eines in einem hohlen Zwischenraum 22 angeordneten weiteren Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittels 23 zumindest bereichsweise komprimierbar und/oder kollabierbar ausgebildet. Der Folieninnenbeutel 21 legt sich, das darin befindliche Verpackungsgut 24 aneinanderdrückend, umhüllend an dieses Verpackungsgut 24 an. An der Innenseite der Mündungsöffnung 2 der jeweiligen Flasche 1"', 1"" ist der Folieninnenbeutel 21 durch Verschweißung oder Verklebung oder Versiegelung befestigt. Zur Befüllung wird an die jeweilige Flasche 1"', 1"" durch eine in der Flaschenwand ausgebildeten Öffnung 25 ein Unterdruck an den Flascheninnenraum angelegt, wodurch sich der Folieninnenbeutel 21 an die Innenseite der Flaschenwandung anlegt. Anschließend wird der Innenraum des Folieninnenbeutels 21 mit dem Verpackungsgut 24 befüllt und der Unterdruck aufgehoben. Der Folieninnenbeutel 21 zieht sich nun selbsttätig zusammen, da er elastisch dehnbar ausgebildet ist. Außerdem zieht er sich später im Maße der Verpackungsgutentnahme zumindest bis zum Erreichen einer Teilentnahmemenge weiter zusammen. Insofern ist auch der Folieninnenbeutel 21 als Dämpfungsund/oder Polstermittel zu verstehen, das sich im Maße der Befüllung des Füllvolumens 3 mit Verpackungsgut 24 selbsttätig ausrichtend und/oder zumindest bis zum Erreichen einer Teilentnahmemenge sich im Maße der Verpackungsgutentnahme ausdehnend und/oder entfaltend ausgebildet ist. Hierbei bewirken die Wandung des Folienbeutels 21 sowie der Zwischenraum 22, insbesondere wenn dieser mit dem weiteren Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 23 versehen ist, eine Pufferung und Dämpfung von von außen auf die jeweilige Flasche 1"', 1"" einwirkenden Stößen oder Erschütterungen. Das weitere Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel 23 kann eines der Einlegeelemente 10, 13, 16, aber auch eine Einlage aus flexibel komprimierbarem Material, beispielsweise Schaumstoff, sein.
Claims (6)
- Verpackung in Form einer Flasche (1') mit einem auf in ihr Füllvolumen (3) eingebbares Verpackungsgut einwirkenden und zwischen Verpackungsgut und Flaschenwandung angeordneten Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel (5), wobei das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel (5) sich im Maße der Befüllung des Füllvolumens (3) mit Verpackungsgut im Wesentlichen selbsttätig ausrichtend und/oder entfaltend oder komprimierend sowie zumindest bis zum Erreichen einer Teilentnahmemenge sich im Maße der Verpackungsgutentnahme zusammenziehend oder ausdehnend und/oder entfaltend ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel (5) als schirmförmiges Federelement (13) ausgebildet ist, das insbesondere mit seinem Wölbungszentrum (15) auf dem Flaschenboden (4) aufliegt. - Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel (5) im das Verpackungsgut aufnehmenden Füllvolumen (3), insbesondere auf dem Flaschenboden (4), angeordnet ist.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flaschenboden (4) oder das Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittel (5) einen mit einem Trockenmittel (20) befüllten Bereich (19) aufweist.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit dem Trockenmittel (20) befüllte Bereich (19) zwischen einer dem mit Verpackungsgut zu befüllenden Füllvolumen (3) der Flasche (1') zugewandten Fläche (9) des Dämpfungs- und/oder Polstermittels (5) und dem Flaschenboden (4) angeordnet ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flasche (1') mit einer pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffformulierung in Form von Tabletten, Dragees oder befüllten Kapseln befüllt ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flasche (1') eine Kunststoffflasche ist.
