Claims (11)
- Procédé d'approvisionnement contrôlé d'un flux de cigarettes (10) dans une section d'approvisionnement initialement vide (16) d'une machine de fabrication et/ou d'emballage de cigarettes, la section d'approvisionnement (16) étant limitée latéralement par des parois (18) et le flux de cigarettes (10), lors de l'approvisionnement, étant supporté par un organe de support mobile (14) qui est déplacé conjointement avec le flux de cigarettes (10) le long de la section d'approvisionnement (16), les parois (18) limitant latéralement la section d'approvisionnement (16) étant déplacées au moins en partie pour faire varier la section transversale de la section d'approvisionnement (16), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) le flux de cigarettes (10) est approvisionné vers le bas dans une gaine, les cigarettes du flux de cigarettes (10) reposant avec leur étendue longitudinale transversalement par rapport à la direction d'approvisionnement sur l'organe de support (14),b) deux parois opposées (18) de la gaine sont déplacées à l'écart l'une de l'autre en fonction des cigarettes introduites, en particulier sont pivotées à l'écart l'une de l'autre, afin d'augmenter la section transversale de la gaine entre les deux parois (18),c) les parois (18) sont déplacées après que l'organe de support (14) a été déplacé à l'extrémité inférieure de la gaine hors de celle-ci et après que la gaine a été substantiellement complètement remplie de cigarettes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les parois (18) sont déplacées de telle sorte que la section transversale s'élargisse dans la direction d'approvisionnement pour la répartition du flux de cigarettes (10) sur une section d'approvisionnement adjacente de plus grande section transversale, en particulier de plus grande largeur.

- Dispositif d'approvisionnement contrôlé d'un flux de cigarettes (10) dans une section d'approvisionnement initialement vide (16) d'une machine de fabrication et/ou d'emballage de cigarettes, la section d'approvisionnement (16) étant limitée latéralement par des parois (18) et le flux de cigarettes (10), lors de l'approvisionnement, étant supporté par un organe de support mobile (14) qui peut être déplacé conjointement avec le flux de cigarettes (10) le long de la section d'approvisionnement (16), les parois (18) limitant la section d'approvisionnement (16) pouvant être déplacées au moins en partie pour faire varier la section transversale de la section d'approvisionnement (16), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) les parois (18) de la section d'approvisionnement (16) sont montées de manière à pouvoir pivoter de telle sorte que la section transversale de la section d'approvisionnement (16) puisse être augmentée par pivotement des parois (18),b) la section d'approvisionnement (16) fait partie d'un magasin de cigarettes (11), le magasin de cigarettes (11) se composant d'une partie de stockage supérieure (12) et d'une partie de gaines inférieure (13) avec des gaines (19) séparées par des parois de gaine pour des cigarettes, et les parois pivotantes (18) faisant partie de la partie de stockage (12),c) les parois déplaçables (18) de la partie de stockage (12) peuvent être réglées entre une position d'introduction des cigarettes dans la section d'approvisionnement vide (16) et une position après l'introduction des cigarettes, les parois (18) de la partie de stockage (12) dans la position d'introduction des cigarettes dans la section d'approvisionnement vide (16) se raccordant essentiellement verticalement par le dessous à des parois fixes (17) de la partie de stockage (12), de sorte que la section transversale de la partie de stockage (12) soit essentiellement constante sur toute la hauteur et les parois réglables (18), après le remplissage de cette section d'approvisionnement (16), étant amenées dans une position divergente de telle sorte que l'ouverture inférieure de la section d'approvisionnement (16) corresponde essentiellement aux dimensions de la partie de gaine s'y raccordant (13) avec les gaines (19) pour les cigarettes, de sorte que la partie de gaine (13) puisse être remplie sur toute sa largeur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les parois pivotantes (18) sont disposées de manière adjacente à des parois fixes (17, 23) de la section d'approvisionnement (16) et/ou d'une section d'approvisionnement adjacente (15) ou d'un autre organe du dispositif, des guides (21) pour les parois pivotantes étant associés à au moins certaines parois fixes (17, 23).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la partie de stockage (12) avec les parois déplaçables (18) est disposée centralement au-dessus de la partie de gaines (13) et présente une plus faible largeur que la partie de gaines (13), et les deux parois opposées (18) peuvent être déplacées dans une position divergente, notamment peuvent être pivotées, de telle sorte que le flux de cigarettes (10) puisse être divisé sur toute la largeur de la partie de gaines (13).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de support (14) présente des dimensions essentiellement constantes, en particulier une largeur essentiellement constante.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les parois déplaçables (18) présentent au moins une section supérieure verticale (24) et une section inférieure (26) de préférence orientée obliquement, lesquelles sont connectées l'une à l'autre par le biais d'une charnière (27), les deux sections (24, 26) de la paroi (18) pouvant pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre autour de cet axe de charnière.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les parois (18) peuvent être réglées par un actionneur respectif (28) qui vient en prise à chaque fois au niveau de la section supérieure (24) orientée verticalement des parois (18) et qui, par un déplacement linéaire, provoque le pivotement de la section inférieure (26) de la paroi (18) autour de l'axe de charnière.
