Claims (6)

  1. Procédé pour maintenir un fil de trame inséré dans la foule pendant le premier cycle de tissage après un processus de démarrage d'une machine à tisser, en particulier une machine à tisser à jet d'air, selon lequel l'insertion du fil de trame est contrôlée par au moins un capteur, selon lequel la machine à tisser, après chaque processus de démarrage, fonctionne à faible vitesse pendant au moins le premier cycle de tissage, et selon lequel ledit au moins un premier fil de trame inséré est maintenu à la sortie de la foule jusqu'à ce qu'il soit lié par les fils de chaîne pour l'empêcher de rentrer dans la foule, caractérisé en ce que le fil de trame inséré est lié par des fils de liage séparés dans un intervalle de temps avant le liage par les fils de chaîne, en ce que le liage par les fils de liage est effectué localement à au moins un emplacement de la foule en aval de son entrée, et en ce que le liage au moyen des fils de liage séparés est effectué en fonction d'un signal dudit au moins un capteur contrôlant l'insertion du fil de trame.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le signal est délivré en présence d'un nombre de spires prédéfinissable d'une réserve de fil de trame maintenue en stock sur une bobine de stockage.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le signal est délivré lorsque le fil de trame parvient du côté sortie de la foule.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le liage du fil de trame par des fils de liage est effectué à plusieurs reprises sur la largeur du tissu à réaliser.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le liage multiple du fil de trame par les fils de liage est effectué simultanément.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le liage multiple du fil de trame par les fils de liage est effectué successivement dans le temps dans le sens de l'insertion du fil de trame.
