Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Einbringen eines die Feder einer mit einer Feder-/Nut-Profilierung versehenen Platte, insbesondere eines Bodenpaneels, bildenden Verriegelungselementes, in eine an einer der Seitenkanten der Platte vorhandene ersten Nut, wobei der Streifen Verriegelungsmittel aufweist, durch die zwei über die Feder/Nut verbundenen Platten zueinander quer in Verbindungsrichtung verriegelbar sind.
- Aus der
DE 100 34 409 A1 sind Bauplatten, insbesondere Bodenpaneele mit einem Kern aus Holzwerkstoff bekannt, die an mindestens zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten mit über ihre volle Längs- und/oder Querseite verlaufenden Nuten versehen sind. Die erste Nut und die gegenüberliegende zweite Nut des Paneels sind spiegelsymmetrisch ausgebildet. Das Verbindungselement ist mit Widerhaken versehen. Werksseitig wird das Verbindungselement in eine der Nuten eingesetzt. Es bildet dann die Feder des Paneels aus. Zur Verbindung zweier Paneele wird die Feder des einen Paneels in die Nut des anderen Paneels eingeschoben. Durch die Widerhaken an dem Verriegelungselement werden die beiden Platten dann zueinander quer in Verbindungsrichtung verriegelt. Grundsätzlich sind solche Platten als Click-Paneele bekannt. Damit können Bodenpaneele leimlos schwimmend miteinander verlegt werden. An sich ist es bekannt, die Feder des Paneels aus dem Kernmaterial herauszufräsen. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren anzugeben, mit dem das Verriegelungselement maschinell in die erste Nut der Platte eingesetzt werden kann.
- Die Lösung der Aufgabe erfolgt mit den eingangs erläuterten Bauteilen durch folgende Schritte:
- a) die Platte und das Verriegelungselement werden mit derselben Geschwindigkeit zueinander parallel entlang einer Transportstrecke in eine Transportrichtung T transportiert.
- b) das Verriegelungselement läuft während des Transportes seitlich an einer die Transportstrecke in Transportrichtung T stetig verengenden ortsfesten Einrichtung an,
- c) mittels der Einrichtung wird das Verriegelungselement stetig zunehmend quer zur Transportrichtung T verlagert, bis es dabei
- d) mit seinem in Bezug auf die Transportrichtung T vorderen Ende beginnend stetig zunehmend in die Nut der Platte eingedrückt wird.
- Durch die erfindungsgemäßen Schritte ist es möglich, entlang einer Fertigungsstraße mit hoher Taktfrequenz die Verriegelungselemente einzusetzen. Dadurch, dass die Platte und das Verriegelungselement mit derselben Geschwindigkeit transportiert werden, ist keine Relativverschiebung der beiden Bauteile zueinander möglich, so dass das Verriegelungselement sicher und reproduzierbar in die vorgegebene Position in der Nut in der Platte eingedrückt wird.
- Vorzugsweise wird die Platte durch mindestens ein umlaufend angetriebenes Band transportiert, auf dem in Transportrichtung T zueinander beabstandete Mitnehmer angeordnet sind und jeweils ein Mitnehmer sowohl die Platte als auch das Verriegelungselement ergreift.
- Durch diese Ausgestaltung ist es möglich, die Platten in einem Magazin zu lagern, einzeln auf das Band zu übergeben, wo der Mitnehmer dann an die Rückseite der Platte anläuft und diese vortransportiert.
- Vorzugsweise sind auf dem Band quer zur Transportrichtung eine Mehrzahl von Mitnehmern angeordnet, so dass insbesondere dann, wenn das Verriegelungselement in die Querseite der Platte eingebracht wird, eine sichere Führung der Platte an ihrer Längsseite geführt ist.
- Die Platte kann auch durch mehrere umlaufend angetriebene, zueinander parallel angeordnete Bänder transportiert werden, wobei dann auf jedem Band in Transportrichtung T zueinander beabstandete Mitnehmer angeordnet sind und jeweils ein Mitnehmer auf nur einem Band sowohl die Platte als auch den Streifen transportiert. In diesem Fall muss nur sichergestellt sein, dass die einzelnen Bänder synchron angetrieben und die Mitnehmer der einzelnen Bänder auch quer zur Transportrichtung zueinander parallel umlaufen, um zu verhindern, dass die Platte während des Transportes schräg gestellt wird.
- Vorzugsweise ergreift der Mitnehmer zunächst die Platte und dann das Verriegelungselement.
- Die Einrichtung, über die das Verriegelungselement in die Nut eingedrückt wird, besteht vorzugsweise aus einer sich in Transportrichtung T erstreckenden Schiene mit einer sich in Richtung der Seitenkante der Platte öffnenden Nut, wobei der Nutgrund der Nut in Richtung der Nutöffnung schräg verläuft. Durch diese Ausgestaltung wird das Verriegelungselement in Transportrichtung T schräg gestellt und an seinem vorderen Ende beginnend in die Nut der Platte stetig eingedrückt.
- Das Verriegelungselement wird vorzugsweise von einem an dem Mitnehmer ausgebildeten Vorsprung ergriffen, der in die Nut der Schiene eintaucht. Die Nut entspricht in ihrer Breite der Dicke des Verriegelungselementes, so dass sich eine Zwangsführung des Verriegelungselementes einstellt.
- Insbesondere wenn der Streifen aus Kunststoff besteht und von einer Rolle zugefördert und abgelängt wird, verhindert die Zwangsführung durch die Nut, dass das Verriegelungselement sich verwellt oder gekrümmt transportiert wird.
- Mit Hilfe einer Zeichnung soll die Erfindung nachfolgend kurz erläutert werden:

- Die Transporteinrichtung besteht aus den drei parallel zueinander angeordneten um Umlenkrollen 7, 8 umlaufend angetriebenen Bändern 1, 1a, 1b. In Transportrichtung T sind auf den Bändern 1, 1a, 1b Mitnehmer 2, 2a, 2b regelmäßig beabstandet angeordnet. Die Mitnehmer 2, 2a, 2b stehen über die Förderbänder 1, 1a, 1b in vertikaler Richtung hervor und sind in Querrichtung Q zueinander parallel ausgerichtet. Die Mitnehmer 2, 2a, 2b greifen an der hinteren Längskante einer Platte 6 an und nehmen die Platte 6 so in Transportrichtung T mit. Seitlich zu dem Förderband 1 ist in der Transportstrecke eine aus einer Schiene 3 bestehende Einrichtung angeordnet, die eine sich in Richtung des Bandes 1 öffnende Nut 9 aufweist. Wenn die Platte 6 an der Schiene 3 vorbeigeführt wird, liegen sich die in der Seitenkante der Platte 6 eingefräste erste Nut 5 und die Nut 9 der Schiene 3 gegenüber. In die Nut 9 ist das streifenförmige Verriegelungselement 4 eingelegt. Der Nutgrund 9a der Nut 3 verläuft in Transportrichtung T schräg zu, so dass sich der Abstand zwischen dem Nutgrund 9a und der Seitenkante des Paneels 6 in Bezug auf die Transportrichtung T stetig verringert.
- In die Nut 9 ist das streifenförmige Verriegelungselement 4 eingelegt. Die Mitnehmer 2 des Bandes 1 sind mit seitlich in Richtung der Schiene 3 hervorragenden Vorsprüngen 2' versehen, die in die Nut 9 der Schiene 3 eintauchen und dabei den Streifen 4 ergreifen und mit derselben Geschwindigkeit wie die Platte 6 in Transportrichtung T transportieren. Durch den schrägen Nutgrund 9a wird der Streifen 4 in der Nut 9 über die Transportstrecke schräg gestellt und mit seinem vorderen Ende 4' beginnend in die Nut 5 der Platte 6 eingeführt und in Transportrichtung T stetig in die Nut 5 eingedrückt, bis es am Ende vollständig in die Nut 5 eingesetzt ist.
- Die Platte 6 ist an ihren sich gegenüberliegenden Kanten mit identisch ausgebildeten Nuten 5, 15 versehen. Die Fertigung der Platten 6 wird dadurch vereinfacht und das Verriegelungselement 4 kann symmetrisch ausgebildet werden, wodurch die Werkzeugkosten reduziert sind. Das Verriegelungselement 4 kann als Bandmaterial von der Rolle zugeführt und vor der Einrichtung 3 abgelängt werden und dann in der passenden Länge in die Nut 4 eingeschoben werden. Hierzu kann eine nicht näher dargestellte Öffnung in der Oberlippe 3' der Nut 9 vorgesehen sein.

Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Einbringen eines die Feder einer mit einer Feder-/Nut-Profilierung versehenen Platte (6), insbesondere eines Bodenpaneels, bildenden Verriegelungselementes (4), in eine an einer der Seitenkanten der Platte (6) vorhandene erste Nut (5), wobei das Verriegelungselement (4) Verriegelungsmittel aufweist, durch die zwei über die Feder/Nut verbundenen Platten (6) zueinander quer zur Verbindungsrichtung verriegelbar sind, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:a) die Platte (6) und das Verriegelungselement (4) werden mit derselben Geschwindigkeit zueinander parallel entlang einer Transportstrecke in eine Transportrichtung (T) transportiert,b) das Verriegelungselement (4) läuft während des Transportes seitlich an einer die Transportstrecke in Transportrichtung (T) stetig verengenden ortsfesten Einrichtung (3, 9a) an,c) das Verriegelungselement wird mittels der Einrichtung (3, 9) stetig zunehmend quer zur Transportrichtung (T) verlagert, bis es dabeid) mit seinem in Bezug auf die Transportrichtung (T) vorderen Ende beginnend stetig zunehmend in die Nut (5) der Platte (6) eingedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (6) durch mindestens ein umlaufend angetriebenes Band (1) transportiert wird, auf dem in Transportrichtung (T) zueinander beabstandete Mitnehmer (2) angeordnet sind und jeweils ein Mitnehmer (2) sowohl die Platte (6) als auch das Verriegelungselement (4) ergreift.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Band (1) quer zur Transportrichtung (T) eine Mehrzahl von Mitnehmern (2, 2a, 2b) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (6) durch mehrere umlaufend angetriebene, parallel angeordnete Bänder (1, 1a, 1b) transportiert wird und auf jedem Band (1, 1a, 1b) in Transportrichtung (T) zueinander beabstandete Mitnehmer (2, 2a, 2b) angeordnet sind und jeweils ein Mitnehmer (2) auf einem Band (1) sowohl die Platte (6) als auch das Verriegelungselement (4) transportiert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (2) zunächst die Platte (6) und dann das Verriegelungselement (4) ergreift.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung aus einer sich in Transportrichtung (T) erstreckenden Schiene (3) mit einer sich in Richtung der Seitenkante der Platte (6) öffnenden Nut (9) besteht, und dass der Nutgrund (9a) der Nut (9) in Richtung der Nutöffnung (9b) schräg verläuft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (4) von einem an dem Mitnehmer (2) ausgebildeten Vorsprung (2') ergriffen wird, der in die Nut (9) der Schiene (3) eintaucht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (4) aus Kunststoff besteht.
