Claims (8)
- Procédé pour introduire une languette d'une plaque (6) en particulier un panneau de sol comportant un profilage languette/rainure, formant des éléments de verrouillage (4), dans une première rainure (5) présente sur l'un des bords latéraux de la plaque (6), dans lequel l'élément de verrouillage (4) présente un moyen de verrouillage par lequel deux plaques (6) liées entre elles par la languette/rainure peuvent être verrouillées transversalement à la direction de la liaison, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :a. la plaque (6) et l'élément de verrouillage (4) sont transportés parallèlement l'un de l'autre, à la même vitesse, le long d'un chemin de transport dans une direction de transport (T),b. l'élément de verrouillage (4) circule lors du transport à côté d'un dispositif (3,9a) fixe par rapport au chemin de transport et se rétrécissant continuellement dans la direction de transport (T)c. l'élément de verrouillage (4) est déplacé au moyen du dispositif (3,9) transversalement à la direction de transport (T) d'une façon qui progresse en continu jusqu'à ce qu'en conséquence,d. son extrémité avant selon la direction de transport (T) soit poussée dans la rainure (5) de la plaque (6) de façon continuellement croissante au début.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (6) est transportée par au moins une bande (1) entraînée de façon circulante, sur laquelle sont disposés des entraîneurs (2) espacés les uns par rapport aux autres, chacun des entraîneurs (2) venant en prise à la fois avec la plaque (6) et avec l'élément de verrouillage (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs entraîneurs (2, 2a, 2b) sont disposés sur la bande (1) transversalement à la direction de transport (T).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (6) est transportée par plusieurs bandes (1, 1a, 1b) entraînées de façon circulante disposées de façon parallèle et sur chaque bande (1, 1a, 1b) sont disposés des entraîneurs (2, 2a, 2b) espacés les uns des autres dans la direction de transport (T) et chacun des entraîneurs (2) transporte sur une bande (1) à la fois la plaque (6) et l'élément de verrouillage (4).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'entraîneur (2) est en prise d'abord avec la plaque (6) et ensuite avec l'élément de verrouillage (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est constitué par un rail (3) s'étendant dans la direction de transport (T) comprenant une rainure (9) ouverte dans la direction du bord latéral de la plaque (6) et en ce que la base (9a) de la rainure (9) est inclinée dans la direction de l'ouverture (9b) de la rainure.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 et 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (4) vient en prise avec une protubérance (2') réalisée sur l'entraîneur (2) qui pénètre dans la rainure (9) du rail (3).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (4) est constitué par une matière synthétique.
