Claims (33)
- Verfahren zum Entfernen einer Abdeckung (11) von einem Magazinkasten (13), insbesondere von einem mit vorgefertigten Einwegspritzen (14) bestückten Magazinkasten (13), der mittels der randseitig daran befestigten Abdeckung (11) deckelartig verschlossen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftfestigkeit der Abdeckung (11) im Bereich einiger Verschlussränder (15) vermindert wird und die Abdeckung unter Abschälung vom Magazinkasten (13) abgelöst wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftfestigkeit einer Siegelung der Abdeckung (11) im Bereich einiger Verschlussränder (15) vermindert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftfestigkeit der Abdeckung (11) durch Erwärmung zumindest im Bereich einiger Verschlussränder (15) vermindert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (11) mit von oben her zumindest im Bereich einiger Verschlussränder (15), insbesondere der Querränder, auf diese einwirkender Heizwärme, insbesondere einer Heizstrahlung, beaufschlagt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (11) mit einer darauf einwirkenden Saugkraft beaufschlagt wird und mittels dieser Saugkraft vom Magazinkasten (13) abgelöst wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (11) zumindest im Bereich eines Querrandes mit einer Saugkraft beaufschlagt wird und mittels der Saugkraft zumindest im Bereich dieses Querrandes vom zugeordneten Querrand des Magazinkastens (13) abgelöst wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (11) durch Aufwickeln vom Magazinkasten (13) abgeschält wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (11) durch Abschälen im Bereich der Verschlussränder (15) vom Magazinkasten (13) und mit dadurch bedingter Niederhaltung dieses getrennt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der Saugkraftbeaufschlagung gleichzeitig die Abschälung der Abdeckung (11) durch Aufwickeln eingeleitet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufwickeln der Abdeckung (11) auf eine oberhalb des Magazinkastens (13) befindliche Walze (20) geschieht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugkraftbeaufschlagung durch z. B. längs mindestens einer Reihe der Walze (20) angeordnete Saugvorrichtungen (19), insbesondere Saugnäpfe, mit einer Unterdruckquelle verbundene Saugöffnungen od. dgl., geschieht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom Magazinkasten (13) abgelöste und aufgewickelte Abdeckung (11) außerhalb des Bereichs des Magazinkastens (13) gegensinnig oder gleichsinnig zur Aufwickelrichtung abgewickelt und unter Abfall der Saugkraftbeaufschlagung durch eine Ausgabeöffnung (33) abgegeben wird. - Verfahren zum Entfernen einer Abdeckung (12) von einem Magazinkasten (13), insbesondere von einem mit vorgefertigten Einwegspritzen (14) bestückten Magazinkasten (13), auf den die Abdeckung (12) oberseitig lose aufgelegt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (12) mit einer darauf einwirkenden Saugkraft beaufschlagt wird und mittels dieser Saugkraft vom Magazinkasten (13) entfernt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (12) zumindest im Bereich eines Querrandes mit einer Saugkraft beaufschlagt und mittels der Saugkraft angehoben wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angesaugte Abdeckung (12) durch Aufwickeln aus dem Magazinkasten (13) entfernt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der Saugkraftbeaufschlagung gleichzeitig die Entfernung der Abdeckung (12) durch Aufwickeln eingeleitet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufwickeln der Abdeckung (12) auf eine oberhalb des Magazinkastens (13) befindliche Walze (21) geschieht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugkraftbeaufschlagung durch z. B. längs mindestens einer Reihe der Walze (21) angeordnete Saugvorrichtungen (24), insbesondere Saugnäpfe, mit einer Unterdruckquelle verbundene Saugöffnungen od. dgl., geschieht. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vom Magazinkasten (13) entfernte und aufgewickelte Abdeckung (12) außerhalb des Bereichs des Magazinkastens (13) gegensinnig oder vorzugsweise gleichsinnig zur Aufwickelrichtung abgewickelt und unter Abfall der Saugkraftbeaufschlagung durch eine Ausgabeöffnung (33) abgegeben wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19,
dass in kontinuierlicher Folge beim Durchlauf von Magazinkästen (13) in einer ersten Stufe eine erste Abdeckung (11) unter Minderung der Haftfestigkeit der Abdeckung (11) im Bereich einiger Verschlussränder (15), insbesondere der Querränder, und unter Abschälen vom Magazinkasten (13) abgelöst und in einer nachfolgenden zweiten Stufe eine zweite Abdeckung (12) aus diesem gleichen Magazinkasten (13) entfernt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abgelöste und aufgewickelte erste Abdeckung (11) und zumindest annähernd zeitgleich damit die entfernte und abgewickelte zweite Abdeckung (12) außerhalb des Bereichs des Magazinkastens (13), vorzugsweise gegensinnig zueinander, abgewickelt und unter Abfall der jeweiligen Saugkraftbeaufschlagung in eine diesen gemeinsame Ausgabeöffnung (33) abgegeben werden. - Einrichtung zum Entfernen mindestens einer Abdeckung (11, 12) von einem Magazinkasten (13), insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 und/oder Anspruch 13,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine die Magazinkästen (13) in Abständen voneinander vorzugsweise kontinuierlich längs einer Bahn transportierende Transporteinrichtung (17) und mindestens eine Walzenstation (18) mit mindestens einer, zumindest eine Abdeckung (11, 12) durch Saugwirkung aufnehmenden und festhaltenden Saugeinrichtung (19, 24) und mindestens einer diese festgehaltene Abdeckung (11, 12) aufwickelnden Walze (20, 21). - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzenstation (18) zwei in Transportrichtung in Abständen hintereinander angeordnete Walzen (20, 21) mit zugeordneten, vorzugsweise hinsichtlich der Drehrichtung umsteuerbaren, Antrieben (22, 23) aufweist, die jeweils eine eigene steuerbare Saugeinrichtung (19, 24) aufweisen. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 23,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Walze (20) mit Saugeinrichtung (19) zum Ablösen und Aufwickeln einer ersten , vorzugsweise oberen angesiegelten Abdeckung (11) ausgebildet ist und in Transportrichtung gesehen als erste vor der zweiten Walze (21) angeordnet ist und dass die zweite Walze (21) mit Saugeinrichtung (24) zum vorzugsweise nachfolgenden Aufnehmen und Aufwickeln einer zweiten, vorzugsweise in dem Magazinkasten (13) lose aufgelegten, Abdeckung (12) ausgebildet ist und beide Walzen (20, 21) zum Aufwickeln in vorzugsweise gleichem Drehsinn umlaufen. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzenstation (18) mitsamt den Walzen (20, 21) nach dem Aufwickeln der Abdeckung (11, 12) darauf aus dem Bereich der Bahn und der Magazinkästen (13) heraus, z. B. um etwa 90°, in eine Abgabeposition und über eine Ausgabeöffnung (33) schwenkbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Walze (20, 21) in der Abgabeposition mittels des jeweils zugeordneten Antriebs (22, 23) gegensinnig zur Aufwickelrichtung antreibbar ist und unter Abschaltung der jeweiligen Saugeinrichtung (19, 24) die jeweils aufgewickelte Abdeckung (11, 12) durch Abwicklung in die Ausgabeöffnung (33) abgibt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 26 oder 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzenstation (18) nach Abgabe der Abdeckungen (11, 12) aus der Abgabeposition zurück in ihre Ausgangsposition schwenkbar ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb der Bahn mindestens eine Heizeinrichtung (30) angeordnet ist, mittels der eine Abdeckung (11), vorzugsweise eine erste, randseitig am jeweiligen Magazinkasten (13) angesiegelte Abdeckung (13), beim Durchlauf der Magazinkästen (13) im Bereich einiger Verschlussränder (15), insbesondere der Querränder, mit einer Heizstrahlung zur Verminderung der Haftfestigkeit beaufschlagbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 29,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung (30) in Transportrichtung betrachtet vor der Walzenstation (18) angeordnet ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 29 oder 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung (30) mindestens einen Heizstrahler, vorzugsweise zwei in Transportrichtung in Abständen voneinander angeordnete Heizstrahler (31, 32), aufweist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 31,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung (30), insbesondere deren Heizstrahler (31, 32), quer zur Transportrichtung angeordnet sind und sich zumindest über die ganze Bahnbreite erstrecken, derart, dass beim Durchlauf der Magazinkästen (13) eine Beaufschlagung und Erwärmung einer Abdeckung (11) im Bereich des vorderen und des hinteren Querrandes erfolgt. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 32,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinrichtung (17) eine insbesondere geradlinig verlaufende Rollenbahn (9) aufweist, auf der die Magazinkästen (13) mit ihren Längsrändern aufliegen und in Transportrichtung vorwärtsbewegbar sind.
