Claims (14)
- Verschließmaschine zum Verschließen von Flaschen, Gläsern mit Schraubverschluss oder dergleichen Behälter mit Verschluss- oder Schraubkappen durch Aufschrauben, mit mehreren am Umfang eines um eine vertikale Maschinenachse umlaufenden Rotors gebildeten Verschließpositionen, denen die zu verschließenden Behälter an einem Behältereinlauf übergeben und die verschlossenen Behälter an einem Behälterauslauf entnommen werden, wobei jede Verschließposition einen Behälterträger und eine an einem unteren Ende mit einem Schraubkopf versehene um eine Achse drehbar gelagerte Schraubwelle aufweist, wobei jede dieser Schraubwellen durch einen eigenen Antriebsmotor (5) antreibbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb der Verschließpositionen ein mit der Hauptsäule (9) umlaufender Montageraum (13) gebildet ist.
- Verschließmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageraum (13) gegenüber der Umgebung und/oder den Umgebungseinflüssen hermetisch dicht ist.
- Verschließmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageraum (13) durch hermetisch dicht verschließbare Öffnungen wie Türen und/oder Klappen zugänglich ist.
- Verschließmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageraum (13) die Antriebsmotoren (5) beinhaltet
- Verschließmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageraum (13) mindestens einen Drehverteiler für Betriebsstrom und/oder Steuersignale beinhaltet.
- Verschließmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle äußeren Oberflächen des Montageraums (13) durch mit der Hauptsäule (9) umlaufende und/oder ortsfest angeordnete Düsen mit Reinigungs- und/oder Desinfektionsmitteln besprühbar sind.
- Verschließmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Antriebsmotoren (5) in einer separaten, dicht gegen Umgebungseinflüsse mit dem Montageraum (13) verbundenen Motorummantelung (11) angeordnet ist.
- Verschließmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschließmaschine (1) Mittel beinhaltet, welche eine nicht permanente Rotation der Schraubköpfe bewirken.
- Verschließmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei diesen Mitteln um die Antriebsmotoren (5) handelt, wobei diese Servo- oder Schritt- oder Synchronmotoren sein können.
- Verschließmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei diesen Mitteln um Schaltkupplungen handelt.
- Verschließmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei diesen Mitteln um nicht umlaufende Teilsegmente einer Innenverzahnung handelt.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Verschließmaschine (1) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubköpfe (8) nur dann drehangetrieben werden, wenn Behälter (2) unmittelbar zum Verschließen anstehen.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Verschließmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubköpfe (8) nur während ihrer Beschleunigungsphasen der Drehbewegungen, dem eigentlichen Verschließvorgang und den Verzögerungsphasen der Drehbewegungen drehange-trieben werden.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Verschließmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehrichtung der Schraubköpfe (8) zumindest zeitweise zu ihrer Drehrichtung während des Aufschraubvorganges entgegengesetzt ist.
