Claims (8)
- Gleitbrett, insbesondere Ski oder Snowboard, mit zumindest einem mit dem Gleitbrettkörper verbundenen Interfaceelement, insbesondere Schienen- bzw. Führungselement, zum Anordnen von Bindungselementen an der Oberseite des Gleitbrettes, wobei in den Gleitbrettkörper ein Gerüst bzw. eine Kassettierung (7) integriert ist, und wobei das Gerüst bzw. die Kassettierung (7), vorzugsweise auch die Interfaceelement(e) (5, 5'), mit weiteren Gleitbrettteilen über Schaumstoff, vorzugsweise über einen geschäumten Kern (6), verbunden ist bzw. sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Interfaceelement(e) (5, 5') an dem Gerüst bzw. an der Kassettierung verankert ist bzw. sind. - Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerüst bzw. die Kassettierung (7) aus einander kreuzenden Streben und / oder Stützen (10, 11, 12) besteht, die mit Durchbrechungen bzw. Löchern (13) versehen sind.
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerüst bzw. die Kassettierung (7) mit einer Anzahl von Rastöffnungen (13) versehen ist, in welchen Verbindungselemente (9) der Interfaceelemente (5, 5') verankert sind.
- Gleitbrett nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungselemente (9) nach Art einer Klipsverbindung mit dem Gerüst bzw. der Kassettierung (7) verbunden sind.
- Gleitbrett nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungselemente (9) der Interfaceelemente, insbesondere der Schienen- bzw. Führungselemente (5, 5'), in der bzw. den Schichten (4) des Gleitbrettoberteiles ausgebildete Löcher, Langlöcher, Schlitze oder dergleichen durchsetzen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gleitbrettes, insbesondere eines Skis oder eines Snowboards, bei welchem ein vorgeformtes und eine Oberschale aufweisendes Gleitoberteil mit einem eine Laufsohle, gegebenenfalls einen Untergurt und Stahlkanten aufweisenden Gleitbrettunterteil verbunden wird und Schaumstoff eingebracht wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Zusammenfügen der Gleitbrettteile bzw. -schichten zumindest ein Interfaceelement, insbesondere ein Schienen- bzw. Führungselement (5, 5'), zum Anordnen und Führen eines Bindungsteiles an einem zwischen Gleitbrettteilen positionierten Gerüst bzw. an einer Kassettierung (7) verankert werden, nachfolgend Schaumstoff eingebracht wird, sodass das bzw. die Interfaceelement(e) (5, 5') und / oder das Gerüst bzw. die Kassettierung (7) miteinander, mit dem Schaumstoff und den weiteren Gleitbrettteilen verbunden werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eingebrachte Schaumstoff zumindest bereichsweise den Kern (6) des Gleitbrettes bildet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaumstoff über im Gerüst bzw. der Kassettierung (7) vorgesehene Durchbrechungen, Löcher oder dergleichen innerhalb des Gleitbrettkörpers verteilt wird.
