Claims (20)
- Versiegelte Hülle enthaltend wenigstens ein Lebensmittelprodukt, umfassend:- einen Hüllenbogen (2) mit einem gekrümmten Teil (20), der wenigstens ein Produkt (1) aufnimmt, und- eine Siegellinie (3), die sich derart erstreckt, dass sie den Hüllenbogen (2) entlang eines Pfads, der das wenigstens eine Produkt (1) umgibt, verschließt, und deren Enden in einer Position entsprechend dem gekrümmten Teil (20) angeordnet sind, wobei der besagte Hüllenbogen zwei seitliche Ausläufer (21) umfasst, die sich auf entgegengesetzten Seiten des wenigstens einen Produkts (1) von dem besagten gekrümmten Teil (20) erstrecken, wobei sich die Siegellinie (3) derart erstreckt, dass sie die seitlichen Ausläufer (21) verbindet,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle ferner wenigstens einen Endteil (4) umfasst, der einen Fächeraufbau aufweist.
- Hülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hüllenbogen (2) aus einem Material gebildet ist, das einer Versiegelung ausgesetzt werden kann, bei der eine Technik eingesetzt werden kann, aus der Gruppe gebildet durch: Heißsiegeln, Kaltsiegeln, Siegeln mit Schweißmaterial, Siegeln ohne Schweißmaterial, Ultraschallschweißen, Laserschweißen, Prägen.
- Hülle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle in einer Position entsprechend der Siegellinie (3) durch Hüllenmaterial (2) gebildet ist, das einem Vorgang unterzogen worden, aus der Gruppe gebildet durch: Heißsiegeln, Kaltsiegeln, Siegeln mit Schweißmaterial, Siegeln ohne Schweißmaterial, Ultraschallschweißen, Laserschweißen, Prägen.
- Hülle nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Siegellinie (3) entlang eines Pfads frei von Schwellen erstreckt.
- Hülle nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Siegellinie (3) entlang eines Pfads frei von Bereichen überlappender Kanten oder Falten von Hüllenmaterial (2) erstreckt.
- Hülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten seitlichen Ausläufer (21) wenigstens in einer Position entsprechend der Siegellinie (3) im Wesentlichen frei von Falten oder Kanten sind.
- Hülle nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Siegellinie (3) entlang eines im Wesentlichen bogenförmigen Pfads erstreckt.
- Verfahren zum versiegelten Umhüllen eines Lebensmittelprodukts (1) umfassend die Schritte:- Bilden (12) eines Hüllenbogens (2) mit einem gekrümmten Teil (20),- Anordnen des wenigstens einen Produkts (1) in dem gekrümmten Teil, und- Bilden (18) einer Siegellinie (3), die sich derart erstreckt, dass sie den Hüllenbogen (2) entlang eines Wegs verschließt, der das wenigstens eine Produkt (1) umgibt, und deren Enden in einer Position entsprechend dem gekrümmten Teil (20) angeordnet sind, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:- Bilden (12) von zwei seitlichen Ausläufern (21) in dem Hüllenbogen, die sich auf entgegengesetzten Seiten des wenigstens einen Produkts (1) von dem gekrümmten Teil (20) erstrecken, und- Bilden (18) der Siegellinie (3), so dass sie die seitlichen Ausläufer (21) verbindet,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt umfasst: Bilden (20) wenigstens eines Endteils (4) der Hülle mit einem Fächeraufbau.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt umfasst: Bilden des Hüllenbogens (2) aus einem Material, das einer Siegelung unterzogen werden kann, die gemäß einer Technik ausgeführt wird, gewählt aus der Gruppe gebildet durch: Heißsiegeln, Kaltsiegeln, Siegeln mit Schweißmaterial, Siegeln ohne Schweißmaterial, Ultraschallschweißen, Laserschweißen, Prägen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt umfasst: Ausbilden der Siegellinie (3) mittels eines Vorgangs, gewählt aus der Gruppe gebildet durch: Heißsiegeln, Kaltsiegeln, Siegeln mit Schweißmaterial, Siegeln ohne Schweißmaterial, Ultraschallschweißen, Laserschweißen, Prägen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt umfasst: Ausbilden (18) der Siegellinie (3) entlang eines Pfads frei von Schwellen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt umfasst: Ausbilden (18) der Siegellinie (3) entlang eines Pfads frei von Bereichen überlappender Kanten oder Falten aus Hüllenmaterial (2).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt umfasst: Halten der seitlichen Ausläufer (31) im Wesentlichen frei von Falten oder Kanten wenigstens in einer Position entsprechend der Siegellinie (3).
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt umfasst: Ausbilden (18) der Siegellinie (3) gemäß eines im Wesentlichen gekrümmten Pfads.
- Vorrichtung zum versiegelten Umhüllen von Lebensmittelprodukten (1), umfassend:- eine Formeinrichtung (12) zum Bilden eines Hüllenbogens (2) mit einem gekrümmten Teil (20);- eine Ladestation (16) zum Einlegen des wenigstens einen Lebensmittelprodukts (1) in den gekrümmten Teil; und- eine Siegelstation (18), die ausgestaltet ist, um eine Siegellinie (3) zu bilden, die sich derart erstreckt, dass sie den Hüllenbogen (2) entlang eines Wegs verschließt, der das wenigstens eine Lebensmittelprodukt (1) umgibt und deren Enden in einer Position entsprechend des gekrümmten Teils (20) angeordnet sind, wobei die Formeinrichtung (12) derart ausgestaltet ist, dass sie in dem Hüllenbogen zwei seitliche Ausläufer (21) bildet, die sich auf entgegengesetzten Seiten des wenigstens einen Lebensmittelprodukts (1) von dem gekrümmten Teil (20) erstrecken, und die Siegelstation (18) derart ausgestaltet ist, dass sie die Siegellinie (3) derart bildet, dass sie die seitlichen Ausläufer (21) verbindet,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner eine Formgebungsstation (20) umfasst, um wenigstens einen Endteil (4) der Hülle mit einem Fächeraufbau zu versehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegelstation (18) eine Station ist, die gemäß einer Technik arbeitet, gewählt aus der Gruppe gebildet durch: Heißsiegeln, Kaltsiegeln, Siegeln mit Schweißmaterial, Siegeln ohne Schweißmaterial, Ultraschallschweißen, Laserschweißen, Prägen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegelstation (18) zum Ausbilden der Siegellinie (3) entlang eines Pfads frei von Schwellen ausgestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegelstation (18) ausgestaltet ist, um die Siegellinie (3) entlang eines Pfads frei von Bereichen überlappender Kanten oder Falten aus Hüllenmaterial (2) auszubilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis. 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegelstation (18) ausgestaltet ist, um die seitlichen Ausläufer (31) in wenigstens einer Position entsprechend der Siegellinie (3) im Wesentlichen frei von Falten oder Kanten zu halten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegelstation (18) derart ausgestaltet ist, dass sie die Siegellinie (3) gemäß einem im Wesentlichen bogenförmigen Pfad bildet.
