Claims (8)
- Schaltelement (1) für einen Ventiltrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine, vorzugsweise zur Ventilabschaltung, mit einem Außenteil (2) sowie einem in dessen Bohrung (3) axial beweglichen Innenelement (4), wobei das Außenteil (2) und das Innenelement (4) in einer durch eine Lost-Motion-Feder (5) erzielten axial entfernten Relativstellung wenigstens je eine zueinander fluchtende Aufnahme (6, 7) besitzen, wobei in einer der Aufnahmen in Richtung zur anderen Aufnahme ein oder mehrere verschiebliche Koppelmittel (8) zur Kopplung des Innenelements (4) mit dem Außenteil (2) bei der Relativstellung zueinander appliziert sind, wobei zwischen dem Innenelement (4) und dem Außenteil (2) ein erster Höhenanschlag (22) zur Definierung der Relativstellung appliziert ist und wobei in das Innenelement (4) ein hydraulisches Spielausgleichselement (24) mit einem Druckkolben (23) eingebaut ist, welcher Druckkolben (23) axial aus diesem heraus durch einen zweiten Höhenanschlag (21) fixiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhenanschläge (21, 22) als jeweils mindestens ein ringartiges Element wie ein Sicherungsring (19, 20) ausgebildet und übereinander liegend in der Bohrung (3) des Außenteils (2) angeordnet sind, wobei in die Bohrung (3) des Außenteils (2) gesehen der untere Sicherungsring (19) den zweiten Höhenanschlag (21) und der darüberliegende erste Sicherungsring (20) den ersten Höhenanschlag (22) bildet, wobei bei Montage der Sicherungsringe (20, 19) dickenvariable erste und dickenkonstante zweite Sicherungsringe (20, 19) vorgesehen sind und wobei das Sicherungsringpaket (20, 19) über den ersten Sicherungsring (20) aus der Bohrung (3) heraus an einem Anschlag (18) wie einem Ringabsatz der Bohrung (3) anliegt.
- Schaltelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Koppelmittel (8) zwei Kolben vorgesehen sind, welche in der als Radialbohrung ausgebildeten Aufnahme (7) des Innenelements (4) verlaufen und sich dort diametral gegenüberliegen.
- Schaltelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (6) des Außenteils (2) als Ringnut in dessen Bohrung (3) gefertigt ist, wobei die Ringnut von zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Öldurchlässen (11) wie Bohrungen im Außenteil (2) geschnitten ist und wobei das Innenelement (4) über eine Verdrehsicherung (15) in der Bohrung (3) des Außenteils (2) geführt ist.
- Schaltelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Verdrehsicherung (15) ein radial vorstehendes Element wie ein Stift angeordnet ist, welcher im Außenteil (2) oder Innenelement (4) befestigt und in einer Längsaussparung (16) des gegenüberliegenden Bauteils (Innenelement (4) oder Außenteil (2)) geführt ist.
- Schaltelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Außenteil (2) Mittel (13) zur verdrehgesicherten Führung des gesamten Schaltelements (1) gegenüber einer Umgebungskonstruktion hat.
- Schaltelement nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (13) zur verdrehgesicherten Führung aus einer oder mehreren Anflachungen am Außenmantel (12) des Außenteils (2) bestehen.
- Schaltelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaltelement (1) als Nockenfolger in einem Stößelstangentrieb hergestellt ist.
- Verfahren zur Einstellung des Koppelspiels bei einem Schaltelement (1) nach den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1, wobei als Höhenanschlag (21, 22) jeweils mindestens ein ringartiges Element wie ein Sicherungsring (19, 20) vorgesehen ist, die Bohrung (3) des Außenteils (2) einen bohrungsfernen Anschlag (18) wie einen Ringabsatz hat und als Koppelmittel (8) zumindest ein Kolben vorgesehen ist, welcher in der als Radialbohrung ausgebildeten Aufnahme (7) des Innenelements (4) verläuft, mit folgenden Schritten, denen auch weitere Schritte zwischengelagert sein können:a) Einschnappen des wenigstens einen zweiten Sicherungsringes (19) in einen Bereich axial unterhalb des Anschlages (18) derart, dass der Druckkolben (23) des Spielausgleichselements (24) mit seinem bohrungsfernen Rand (26) über die Kraft einer Druckfeder (25) des Spielausgleichselements (24) gegen den zweiten Sicherungsring (19) und dieser gegen den Anschlag (18) gedrückt ist;b) Verschieben des Innenelements (4) bei in die Aufnahme (6) des Außenteils (2) ausgefahrenem Koppelmittel (8) in Bohrungsrichtung soweit, bis das Koppelmittel (8) an einer Unterseite (27) der Aufnahme (6) anliegt;c) Messen des zurückgelegten Leerwegs des Innenelements (4) mit Koppelmittel (8) bis zum Kontakt an der Unterseite (27) undd) Zupaaren des wenigstens einen ersten Sicherungsringes (20) mit einer solchen Dicke, dass bei dessen anschließendem Einschnappen in einen Bereich axial unterhalb des Anschlages (18), in Anlage auf dem zweiten Sicherungsring (19), das Innenelement (4) über den zweiten Sicherungsring (19) so verschoben ist, dass das Koppelmittel (8) zumindest in beide Axialrichtungen gleichbeabstandet zu der Aufnahme (6) verläuft.
