Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von Münzen, deren Durchmesser und Dicke innerhalb vorgegebener Größenbereiche liegen, mit einem Münztrichter, mit wenigstens einem umlaufenden Münzförderer, dessen in Förderrichtung ansteigendes, nach oben aus dem Münztrichter führendes Fördertrum einen Teil der Rückwand des Münztrichters bildet und Münzaufnahmen für einzelne Münzen aufweist, mit einer Abwerfeinrichtung für in den Münzaufnahmen axial übereinanderliegende Münzen und mit einer Austragseinrichtung für die vereinzelten Münzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Münzförderer (3) aus zwei parallelen im Bereich des Fördertrums beidseits eines Gleitsteges (8) für die Münzen (1) verlaufenden, gemeinsam angetriebenen, endlosen Zugmitteln (7) und die Münzaufnahmen aus einander paarweise zugeordneten, an den Zugmitteln (7) vorgesehenen Mitnehmerstiften (9) bestehen, die über den Gleitsteg (8) um ein die vorgegebene größte Münzdicke übersteigendes Maß vorstehen, und daß der Gleitsteg (8) als Abwerfeinrichtung eine Anlauframpe (20) trägt, deren Höhe kleiner als der Überstand der Mitnehmerstifte (9) über dem Gleitsteg (8), aber größer als die Differenz aus dem Überstand der Mitnehmerstifte (9) und der kleinsten vorgegebenen Münzdicke ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anlauframpe (20) ein auf den größten vorgegebenen Münzdurchmesser und die größte vorgegebene Münzdicke abgestimmter Münzdurchtritt (24) in Förderrichtung nachgeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anlauframpe (20) ein auf den größten vorgegebenen Münzdurchmesser eingestellter Fühler (22) für die in Förderrichtung gemessenen Münzabmessungen nachgeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gegenseitige Abstand der Paare von Mitnehmerstiften (9) größer als die zulässige Füllhöhe des Münztrichters (12) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Münztrichter (12) eine Rütteleinrichtung (15) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Münzförderer (3) um eine obere Schwenkachse (5) drehbar in einem Gestell (2) gelagert und aus einer Arbeitsstellung in eine vom Münztrichter (12) weggeschwenkte Wartungsstellung verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden endlosen Zugmittel (7) aus je einem Zahnriemen bestehen.
