Claims (18)
- Vorrichtung (20) zum Einstellen einer Walze (21) mit mindestens einem Aktor (34; 50), wobei der Aktor (34; 50) mindestens eine mit Druckmittel beaufschlagbare Druckkammer (36) aufweist, wobei in Umfangsrichtung der Walze (21) mehrere Druckkammern (36; 53) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Höhe (h36; h53) der Druckkammer (36; 53) in radialer Richtung der Walze (21) kleiner als eine Breite (b36) der Druckkammer (36; 53) in axialer Richtung der Walze (21) und/oder eine Länge (l36; l53) der Druckkammer (36; 53) in Umfangsrichtung der Walze (21) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Druckkammern unabhängig voneinander betätigbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze (21) in einem Walzenhalter (27) angeordnet ist und dieser Walzenhalter (27) an einem Rahmenhalter (26) gelagert und diese Druckkammer (36) in einem Spalt (33) zwischen Walzenhalter (27) und Rahmenhalter (26) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Verhältnis von Breite (b36) und/oder Länge (l36; l53) der Druckkammer (36; 53) zur Höhe (h36; h53) der Druckkammer (36; 53) größer als 3 ist.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Umfangsrichtung der Walze (21) mehrere in unterschiedliche Richtung wirkende Druckkammern (36; 53) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Umfangsrichtung mindestens drei Druckkammern angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Umfangsrichtung vier Druckkammern angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einstellbare Walze (21) als Farbwalze oder Feuchtwalze einer Druckmaschine ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktor (34; 50) die einstellbare Walze (21) an einer gegenüberliegenden Walze (22) an- und abstellt.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Fixiereinrichtung (01) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiereinrichtung (01) als Klemmeinrichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiereinrichtung (01) sich in der Vorrichtung koaxial zur Längsachse der ersten Walze (21) erstreckt und entlang der Mittelachse der Vorrichtung verlaufend angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiereinrichtung (01) zumindest drei hintereinander angeordnete Lamellenelemente (09; 11) aufweist, dass Reibflächen der Lamellenelemente (09; 11) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Rotationsachse der Walze (21) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Rahmenhalter (16) der Vorrichtung in radialer Richtung kleiner als die zugeordnete verstellbare Walze (21) in radialer Richtung, d. h. kleiner als der Durchmesser der Walze (21) ist.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in radialer Richtung der Rahmenhalter (16) der Vorrichtung als Gehäuse ausgebildet ist und die Druckkammern (36; 53) aufnimmt.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass resultierende Kräfte benachbarter Druckkammern (36; 53) annähernd rechtwinklig zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aktoren (34; 50) sternförmig angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktor (34; 50) von einem Leitstand ferneinstellbar und/oder an der Vorrichtung (20) einzeleinstellbar ist.
