- the invention relates to an electromechanical remote switch with two switching paths, from which each have at least one fixed contact and one with this cooperating movable contact, wherein the movable contacts of the two switching paths arranged on a common slide and from this relative to the fixed contacts are movable, which remote switch further Magnetic system with an excitation coil and a movable armature of this, which with the Slider is coupled, which slider by means of a return spring in the direction a first switching position is pressed, wherein the slide in the area of the movable Contacts has two, separated by a slot arms and each arm the at least one movable contact piece in each case carries a switching path.
- DE-A1-37 07 491 a hinged armature relay is described.
- the magnet system has an armature acting on linearly displaceable actuating webs.
- These actuating bars each carry movable switch contacts, which are designed in the form of contact plates and cooperate with fixed switch contacts.
- the description of DE-A1-37 07 491 mentions several times that the two actuating webs two separate from each other executed components are, which are also mounted independently displaceable.
- EP-A2-440 953 deals with a reclosing lock on a relay. It is here only the armature of the relay as well as that controlled by this, in the form of a linear slidable slide executed (contact) actuator shown. At the anchor opposite end of this actuator two contact springs are arranged, the Wear contacts. It is thus intended, the movable contacts of two To arrange switching sections on a single slider common to both switching sections, However, this slide with a removable arm form is not suggested.
- JP-A-59 025 135 a multi-pole relay is described, the armature via a Rocker arm acting on a slide or can move this linear.
- This slider has a total of four openings, in which rectangular contact plates, the their two free ends each carry contact pieces, are introduced.
- the Contact plate is by means of a lying also within the opening Pressed helical compression spring against the front end side of the opening.
- the lateral ones Limiting surfaces of this opening are parallel to the direction of the Slide.
- the object of the present invention is to provide an electromechanical remote switch at the beginning specify type, which is characterized by particularly easy mountability. Furthermore, the specified remote switch is particularly simple from its basic Embodiment comprising two simultaneously operated switching paths to only one Switching distance having remote switch can be rebuilt.
- the invention provides that at least one Section of the first arm as separated from the rest of slide, on the remaining slide fixable component is formed.
- a dovetail groove is incorporated, with which the first arm to a corresponding, to the rest Slider molded guide can be placed.
- the first arm can be particularly simple and reliable and without any Auxiliary materials, such as Adhesive, to be fixed on the remaining slide.
- An inventive electromechanical remote switch includes as already known Such switching devices at least one switching path. Each switching path has at least one fixed contact 1 and at least one movable contact 2. These two Contacts 1,2 work together insofar as they open and close one to them enable connected circuit.
- the fixed contact 1 is fixed on a busbar 3, which with its end portion 3 'in a known per se, in the enclosed Drawing figures not shown terminal opens.
- the movable contact 2 is connected via a movable conductor cable 4 with another busbar 5, whose End portion 5 'in a second, also not shown terminal opens.
- the conductor cable 4 can also be executed with a small thickness and thus elastic busbar 59 may be provided (see FIG.
- the movable contacts 2 are each arranged on a slide 7 and from this relative to the fixed Contact 1 movable.
- About said terminals is a circuit connected to the Remote switch according to the invention to be switched, with this connectable.
- a lower shell 23 and an attachable to this Upper shell (not shown in the accompanying drawings) includes.
- the remote switch according to the invention will be as in the accompanying drawings represented, preferably two of a single slider 7 simultaneously actuated Comprehensive formed switching paths.
- the housing further comprises an intermediate shell 21 which between the upper and lower shell 23 is located.
- the plate 6 is arranged on a slide 7 - in the manner described in more detail below, with which the slide 7 with the two movable contacts 2 in Active connection is and this can move relative to the fixed contacts 1.
- a magnet system 8 is provided to drive the slider 7.
- an operating knob 36th arranged, which protrudes through an opening of the lower shell 23.
- the magnet system 8 comprises an exciter coil 9 and an armature 10 movable therefrom.
- a magnetic core 11 is arranged in the magnetically good conductive connection with a running approximately parallel to the coil longitudinal axis yoke 12.
- This yoke 12 is designed as a flat plate anchor 10 in the region of its first End mounted pivotally and thus designed as hinged armature (see Fig. 4,5). This Storage is realized so that the armature 10 with an edge of its end face on the yoke front side 61 is on.
- a resilient sheet metal strip 62 is attached, which is the Joch front side 61 projects beyond and bent in the direction of the armature 10 section 63rd has, with which it engages over the armature 10. With this section 63 acts the resilient metal strips 62 at the same time as an anchor spring.
- the armature 10 projects into a slot-shaped Recess 13 of the slider 7 in and is in this way with the slide. 7 coupled.
- the slider 7 is in the direction symbolized by the arrow 14 slidably mounted in the housing of the remote switch and in this direction of displacement 14 from Anchor 10 movable.
- a special feature of this magnet system 8 represent the anchor bearing plates 60 which are connected to the Side surfaces of the yoke 12 are fixed. They are the front side 61 of the yoke 12 and the formed in the region of this end face 61 lying portion of the armature 10 outstanding.
- This anchor bearing plates 60 can always, especially when the anchor 10 is in its position shown in Fig. 4,5, lifted from the magnetic core 11 position, a flow relatively large magnetic flux. This can always be a relatively large on the anchor 10 magnetic force to be exerted, resulting in a high functional reliability of the Magnetic system 8 leads.
- This return spring 20 is as Helical compression spring designed with its first end on a part of the housing, preferably the intermediate shell 21, which separates the two switching sections, supported and the other end rests on the slide 7.
- This return spring 20 is as Helical compression spring designed with its first end on a part of the housing, preferably the intermediate shell 21, which separates the two switching sections, supported and the other end rests on the slide 7.
- the armature 10 is a magnetic Force applied, which is greater than the force generated by the return spring 20, so that the Slide 7 can be moved against the return spring 20.
- the at least one with the at least one fixed contact 1 cooperating contact 2 monostable movable because the return spring 20, the slide 7 and with him the at least one movable contact 2- pushes in the direction of the first switching position.
- a gate 15 is incorporated in the surface of the slide 7. This is preferably as shown in the accompanying drawings, such as heart-shaped trained, but can - as following the discussion of how this works heart-shaped backdrop will be set forth, also have other shape.
- This mounting is realized by means of two cylindrical projections 18 on the rocker 17, which engage in recesses 19 which are incorporated in the housing.
- Fig.5 is one of these projections 18 recognizable, the second lies on the not visible in Figure 5, opposite surface of the rocker 17.
- the indentations 19 for receiving the cylindrical projections 18 have slightly larger dimensions than the projections 18th on, whereby the rocker 17 slightly pivoted also normal to the direction of displacement 14 can be.
- the recesses 19 are preferably not as fully cylindrical, mutually aligned and formed at a distance from the thickness of the rocker 17 lying bores, because the installation the rocker 17 would be difficult in such holes.
- these indentations have 19 semi-cylindrical bottoms whose diameter is slightly larger than that of the projections 18.
- two plates 24 are formed, in which the Intermediate shell 21 facing end faces each incorporated such a recess 19 is.
- the distance between these two plates 24 corresponds to the thickness of the rocker 17 in Area of their projections 18.
- the rocker 17 is in the distance between the platelets 24th used, wherein the projections 18 come to lie in the recesses 19.
- the intermediate shell 21 To the intermediate shell 21 also spaced apart plates 24 'are integrally formed.
- the indentations 19 in the Lower shell 21 arranged platelets 24 are thereby from the platelets 24 'of Closed intermediate shell 23 and the projections 18 in the recesses 19th locked in.
- the heart-shaped gate 15 preferably has the one shown in Figs.1-8 unbalanced shape. This comprises a displacement direction 14 of the slider 7th extending tip 24 and straight sections 25, 29, which subsequent to this tip 24 are arranged (see Fig.6).
- the straight portions 25,29 are V-shaped to each other arranged and separated by an approximately V-shaped system 27 from each other. To each of these straight sections 25,28 is followed by a curvature 26,28, which two Curves 26,28 in the area above the V-shaped system 27 open into each other.
- the heart-shaped gate 15 and arranged on the rocker 17 pin 16 form a Locking device which works as follows:
- the slider 7 moved down (direction reference to the position shown in Figure 3 of Remote switch). During this movement, the pin 16 first passes through the in Displacement direction 14 extending tip 24 and subsequently the right-hand straight Section 25 of the gate 15. The subsequent to this straight section 25 Curvature 26 leads the pin 16 on the approximately V-shaped system 27, where he in Fig.6 with continuous line is shown schematically. During this pass of the pen 16 through the gate 15, the rocker 17 is slightly first in a clockwise direction (until the pin 16 has reached the curvature 25) and then pivoted counterclockwise.
- the return spring 20 can move the slider 7 upwards to press.
- the approximately V-shaped system 27 is thereby displaced in the direction of the pin 16 until this rests on the system 27 (see dash-dotted registered position of the pin 16).
- the slider 7 can thus no longer return to the position shown in Figure 3, but is held in the position shown in Fig.8, in which the movable contacts. 2 the visible in Fig. 3.8 switching path still rest on the fixed contacts 1 and This switching path is thus closed.
- This second switching position is thus also at Voltage-free excitation coil 9 durable (stable) switching position.
- a movement of the slider 7 back into the switching position shown in Figure 3 can by another, applied to the exciter coil 9 voltage pulse done:
- the slider 7 is moved back down by such another voltage pulse, whereby the Pin 16 is moved into the curvature 28 of the left wing of the heart-shaped gate 15 (see dotted representation of the pin 16 in Figure 6).
- the return spring 20 can move the slider 7 upwards, the Pin 16 passes over the left straight section 29 back into the top 24 of the link 15.
- the slide 7 is now again movable into the switching position shown in Figure 3, in which the visible in Figure 3 switching path is open.
- the remote switch according to the invention may differ from the previous versions also be operated manually, including the slide 7 -as already explained above- with a by an opening of the lower shell 23 protruding actuating button 36th is provided.
- the locking mechanism formed from pin 16 and link 15 works with manual slide operation but completely similar.
- the pin 16 always the just discussed, counterclockwise path takes through the scenery 15, the following two measures are provided: First, there is a spring 30, which biases the rocker 17 in the direction of the left wing of the link 15. Under "wing of the backdrop 15" is included in the context of this description and the Claims in each case the entirety of a straight section 25 and 29 and to him subsequent curvature 26 or 28 to understand.
- the bias of the rocker 17 in Direction of the left gate wing is to be understood as exemplary, would be completely equivalent it to bias the rocker 17 in the direction of the right gate wing, of course, the Setting 15 are executed mirrored around their axis running in the direction 14 shift would.
- This spring 30 is in the preferred embodiment of the accompanying drawings designed as a helical compression spring, which at one end on the inner wall of the Lower shell 23 and the other end on the rocker 17 is supported.
- peg-shaped projections 37 may be provided on which the ends of the spring 30th are plugged.
- rocker 17 in the direction left wing of the backdrop 15 press This can be, for example be effected in that the rocker 17 slightly inclined in the direction of the left gate wing is arranged inclined, whereby the provided with the pin 16 end of the rocker 17 through the Gravity is pushed in the direction of the left wing wing.
- the rocker 17 is biased in the direction of the right gate wing, the plane discussed Ramp 31 in the right straight portion 25 of the gate 15 may be arranged.
- This wing could according to another conceivable embodiment of the Deviate half-heart shape and be formed approximately in the shape of a half ellipse.
- the remote switch according to the invention can be designed to include any number of switching paths are in the accompanying drawings, only a two switching paths comprehensive remote switch is shown.
- FIGS. 1-3 only one switching path is in each case shown, which in the area between the intermediate shell 21 and the upper shell of Remote switch housing is arranged.
- the second switching path is between the Intermediate shell 21 and the lower shell 23 and is in terms of the design principle same as the first, in Figs.1-3 visible switching path constructed.
- this second switching path with a different switching function than the first switching path is constructed.
- the first Switching circuit normally open function switching path is in the first, in Figs.1-3 shown switching position and in the second, shown in Fig.8 switching position closed
- the second switching path is constructed with ⁇ ffnerfunktion, so that they in the the first switching position (Fig.1-3) closed, in the second switching position ( Figure 8), however is open.
- both switching paths as normally open or both be designed as an opener or one or both switching paths as Changer be executed.
- Magnetic system 8 and slide 7 are provided in common for both switching paths, i. the movable contacts 2 of the two switching paths are on a single, common Slide 7 arranged and movable from this relative to the fixed contacts 1.
- the movable contacts 2 of the remote switch are arranged, each arm 41, 42 being the only movable contact piece 2 or the two moving ones Contact pieces 2 each carries a switching path.
- Housing of the remote switch is the wall 45 of the intermediate shell 21 in the region of Slot 40.
- Each of the two arms 41,42 thus projects into its associated switching path in and is in the range of the movable contact 2 of the other switching path through the wall 45 of the intermediate shell 21 is separated.
- a special feature of the slider 7 provided in a remote switch according to the invention is that the entire first arm 41 as the rest of the slider 7 separate component executed, but the remaining slide 7 can be fixed. This fixability can basically be realized arbitrarily, for example, the arm 41 could be glued to the remaining slide 7 become.
- groove 43 and guide 44 can be arbitrarily selected and For example, be the hammer shape shown in the drawings.
- groove 43 and guide 44 could have trapezoidal cross-section, with the longer the parallel to each other side edges of this trapezium in the bottom of the Groove 43 and the corresponding surface of the Anformung 44 must lie to a positive connection of arm 41 and remaining slide 7 to achieve.
- FIG.6 Another aspect of the invention lies in the structural design of Holder of the movable contacts 2 on the slide 7. As is apparent from Fig.6, the Slider 7 for holding the movable contacts 2 a switching path to a cage 50. Since the remote switch shown in the drawings comprises two switching paths whose movable contacts 2 are arranged on two arms 41,42 as described above each of these arms 41,42 equipped with such a cage 50.
