Claims (19)
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) einer Offsetdruckmaschine, mit jeweils zumindest einem Formzylinder (11), zumindest einem Übertragungszylinder (12) und zumindest einem Farbwerk (13), wobei zwei Druckwerke (01, 06; 02, 07; 03, 08; 04, 09) sich gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, und wobei zwischen den gegenüberliegenden Druckwerken (01, 06; 02, 07; 03, 08; 04, 09) zumindest ein Gegendruckzylinder (16 bis 19) angeordnet ist, wobei die Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) zumindest drei trennbare Gestellmodule (21 bis 23) aufweist und in einem mittleren Gestellmodul (22) zumindest ein Gegendruckzylinder (16 bis 19) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem linken Gestellmodul (21) Formzylinder (11) und Übertragungszylinder (12) zumindest eines linken Druckwerkes (01 bis 04) und in einem rechten Gestellmodul (23) Formzylinder (11) und Übertragungszylinder (12) zumindest eines rechten Druckwerkes (06 bis 09) angeordnet sind.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegendruckzylinder (16 bis 19) in der Art eines Satellitenzylinders ausgebildet ist, der mit zumindest zwei Übertragungszylindern (12) beim Bedrucken einer Materialbahn zusammenwirkend angeordnet ist.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils in dem linken Gestellmodul (21) und dem rechten Gestellmodul (23) ein Farbwerk (13) angeordnet ist.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gestellmodule (21 bis 23) relativ zueinander abstandsveränderbar angeordnet sind.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung der Gestellmodule (21 bis 23) relativ zueinander in Richtung radial zu den Rotationsachsen der Zylinder (11; 12; 16 bis 19) veränderbar ist.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung der Gestellmodule (21 bis 23) relativ zueinander in achsparalleler Richtung der Rotationsachsen der Zylinder (11; 12; 16 bis 19) veränderbar ist.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Gestellmodule (21) ortsfest angeordnet ist und die beiden anderen Gestellmodule (22; 23) relativ dazu verschiebbar gelagert sind.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittlere Gestellmodul (22) ortsfest angeordnet ist.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das linke oder rechte Gestellmodul (21; 23) ortsfest angeordnet ist.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die drei Gestellmodule (21 bis 23) im Betriebszustand verriegelbar angeordnet sind.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbaren Gestellmodule (22; 23) auf Rollen (27) in einem Rahmen (26) gelagert sind.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbaren Gestellmodule (22; 23) mit einer Antriebseinrichtung (31; 32) ferngesteuert verfahrbar sind.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb und/oder oberhalb der gegenüberliegenden Druckwerke (01, 06; 02, 07; 03, 08; 04, 09) mindestens ein weiteres Paar gegenüberliegender Druckwerke (01, 06; 02, 07; 03, 08; 04, 09) angeordnet ist.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegendruckzylinder (16 bis 19) beim Bedrucken einer Materialbahn mit zwei untereinander angeordneten Übertragungszylindern (12) zusammenwirken kann.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Farbwerk (13) zumindest eines Druckwerks (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) als Anilox-Kurzfarbwerk (13) ausgebildet ist.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einem Druckwerk (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) ein Feuchtwerk (14) zugeordnet ist.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formzylinder (11) zumindest eines Druckwerkes (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) zusammen mit seinem Farbwerk (13) und/oder Feuchtwerk (14) separat abschaltbar angeordnet ist.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Druckwerk (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) eine Bauhöhe aufweist, die zwischen dem zweifachen und dem vierfachen eines Durchmessers eines Formzylinders (11) liegt.
- Druckeinheit (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb jedes Zylinders (11; 12; 16 bis 19) in zumindest einem Druckwerk (01 bis 04; 06 bis 09) als Einzelantrieb ausgebildet ist.
