Claims (21)
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag zur motorischen Neigungs-Verstellung einer Rückenlehne (1) und zum motorischen Ausund Einfalten einer zweiteiligen Beinstütze (3A, 3B), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beschlag vollständig zwischen zwei mit Traversen (40, 41) verbundenen Seitenplatinen (4) werksseitig vormontiert ist, an denen jeweils eine Seitenwand (42) mit einer Armlehne zu befestigen ist, daß an jeder Seitenplatine (4) direkt oder indirekt Sitzbeschlaglenker (24, 34A) angelenkt sind, an denen ein Montagewinkel (20) zur Befestigung eines Sitzrahmens (2), über dessen Länge er sich annähernd erstreckt, angelenkt ist, und die Beinstützenteile (3A, 3B) mit Stützen-Scherenlenkern (34 - 37) direkt oder indirekt als Stützenbeschlaglenker angelenkt sind, die an Winkelstücken (30A, 30B) jeweils die Beinstützen (3A, 3B) tragen, und an dem Montagewinkel (20) direkt oder indirekt eine Montageplatte (10, 10B) zum Halten eines Rückenlehnenrahmens (1) angelenkt ist und daß zwischen den beidseitigen Montageplatten (10, 10B) ein Rückenlehnenquerholm (12, 12B) angeordnet ist und zwischen den beiderseitigen Montagewinkeln (20) ein Sitzquerholm (22) angeordnet ist und zwischen diesem und dem Rückenlehnenquerholm (12, 12B) sich ein Antriebsglied (13) eines Rückenlehnenverstellmotors (11) erstreckt und daß zwischen den beiden Scherenlenkern (34, 35) sich ein Scherenquerholm (32) erstreckt, zwischen dem und einer der Traversen (40, 41) sich ein Antriebsglied (33) eines Beinstützenantriebsmotors (31) erstreckt, oder daß sich das Antriebsglied (33) des Beinstützenmotors (31) zwischen einer Traverse (40) und einem zwischen den Montagewinkeln (20) angeordneten Querholm (22A) erstreckt.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Montagewinkeln (20) des Sitzes (2) jeweils ein Montagewinkelfortsatz (20B) angeformt ist, der den Sitz (2) rückseitig überragt und bis etwa zu dessen halber Höhe aufragt an dessen Endbereich die Montageplatte (10) der Lehne (1) angelenkt ist.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Montagewinkeln (20) des Sitzes (2) jeweils ein Montagewinkelfortsatz (20B) angeformt ist, der sich am hinteren Sitzbereich nach unten erstreckt und an den ein Lehnenscherenlenker (14 - 17) angelenkt ist und sich nach hinten oben erstreckt, wo er an einer Montageplatte (10B) angelenkt ist, die an der Lehne (1) befestigt ist.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lehnenquerholm (12B) sich zwischen den Montageplatten (10B) nach hinten gekröpft erstreckt.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lehnenscherenlenker (14 - 17) so angeordnet und ausgebildet sind, daß sich Polster der Lehne (1) und des Sitzes (2) bei jeder Lehnenneigung einander berühren und die Lehnenscherenlenker (14 - 17) und die Montageplatte (10B) von den Polstern verdeckt sind.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsglieder (13, 33) der Motoren (11, 31) Verstellspindeln sind.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Stützen-Scherenlenker (34 - 37) im eingefalteten Zustand vom vorderen Sitzbereich bis annähernd zum Boden erstrecken und die Beinstützen (3A, 3B) dabei hintereinander beabstandet voneinander angeordnet sind, so daß die frontseitige Beinstütze (3B) einen Frontbereich unter dem Sitz (2) fast vollständig verschließt.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützen-Scherenlenker (34 - 37) im völlig ausgefalteten Zustand jeweils das vordere Winkelstück (30B) so vor den Sitz (2) halten, daß die vordere Beinstütze (3B) leicht geneigt zur Sitzoberfläche etwas tiefer als diese gelegen ist, und daß das sitzseitige Winkelstück (30A) mit einem Seitenschenkel an dem unteren frontseitigen Scherenlenker (36) und mit einem Hilfslenker (38) an dem sitzseitigen unteren Scherenlenker (35) so angelenkt ist, daß die auf den Winkelstücken (30A) montierte sitzseitige Beinstütze (3A) in dem völlig ausgefahrenen Zustand mit der frontseitigen Beinstütze (3B) fluchtet.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sitzseitigen Stützen-Scherenlenker (34, 35) übereinander und die vorderen Stützen-Scherenlenker (36, 37) beidseitig der hinteren angeordnet sind.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sitzseitigen Stützen-Scherenlenker (34, 35) so angeordnet sind, daß sie in allen Stellungen einen fingerbreiten Mindestabstand haben.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der frontseitige Stützen-Scherenlenker (37), der außen liegt, so breit ist, daß er in allen Stellungen den innenliegenden Stützen-Scherenlenker (36) überlappt.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere sitzseitige Stützenlenker (34) sich jenseits seiner direkten oder indirekten Anlenkung an der Seitenplatine (4) als der vordere Sitzbeschlaglenker (34A) weiter bis zum Gelenk an dem Montagewinkel (20) erstreckt und kürzer als der hintere Sitzbeschlaglenker (24) ausgebildet und so relativ zu diesem ist, daß bei ausgestellten Beinstützen (3A, 3B) der Sitzrahmen (2) frontseitig tiefer und weiter rückwärts gelegen ist als bei eingezogenen Beinstützen (3A, 3B) und der Sitzrahmen (2) rückseitig stets annähernd auf gleicher Höhe ist, wenn er bei der Beinstützenverstellung hin- und herbewegt wird.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung des Querholms (22A) zwischen den Montagewinkeln (20) an nach unten gerichteten Montagefortsätzen der Montagewinkel (20) erfolgt oder an Schwenkhebeln (43), die an den Seitenplatinen (4) verschwenkbar gelagert sind.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützenbeschlaglenker (34) zusätzlich an den Montagewinkeln (20) verschwenkbar angelenkt sind.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützenbeschlaglenker (34) an den Montagewinkeln (20) in den Anlenkungspunkten der Sitzbeschlaglenker (34A) verschwenkbar angeordnet sind.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützenbeschlaglenker (34) in den Anlenkungspunkten an den Montagewinkeln (20) Langlöcher (34B) aufweisen.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Langlöcher (34B) der Stützenbeschlaglenker (34) eine reibungsarme Ausbildung aufweisen.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Langlöcher (34B) Buchsen (34C) aus Kunststoff aufweisen, und der in diesen Buchsen (34C) geführte Bolzen (44) mit einer geeigneten Kunststoffbuchse (34D) versehen ist.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lehnenscherenlenker (14-17) eine mehrteilige Schere nach Art einer Nürnberger Schere bilden.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montagewinkel (20) auf dem sitzseitigen Winkelschenkel und/oder die Seitenplatinen (4) Zentrierbolzen (18) und Schraubenlöcher (19)aufweisen und der Sitzrahmen (2) bzw. die Seitenwände (42) in dazu passenden Zentrierbohrungen lageorientiert zu halten und zu verschrauben sind.
- Sitz-Liegesesselbeschlag nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querholme (12, 22, 22A, 32) und/oder die Traversen (40, 41) Rohre sind, die in Bohrungen gehalten und lösbar oder fest verbunden sind.
