  • the compacting means 40 may be elastically coupled with supporting means through elastic harmonizing means 40a and may be also coupled with vibration generating means 40b.

  • Positioning means 63 bring the product 14 under the punch 18 in a central position with respect to the hollow defined by upper frame means 23 and extracting means 64 extract the formed tile 5 from the pressing area.
  • the extracting means 64 may be provided with a depressurizing element 65 extending along an edge of the tile 5 and provided with an opening 66 through which, for difference in pressure, the correspoding edge of the tile is caught with a force sufficient to keep caught the tile while it is moved.

  • the types of powders 6, 8, 82 are introduced into the hopper 81 by respective conduit means 83, 84, 85 which are coupled with respective driving means inside the hopper distributing means 81, in such a way as to allow to vary the allocation of the powders inside the hopper distributing means and consequently vary the structure of the layer of powders 6, 8, 82 to compact.
  • Figure 33 shows that the lateral containing means may be formed by belts 100 rolled up on the belt conveyor means 3.

  • Figure 34 shows that the belts 100, when they are kept between the rolls 12 and 13 with interposition of the belt conveyor means 3, have a section S3 lowered toward the belt conveyor means 3 and widening towards the powders during pressing. Therefore, at the end of the action of the rolls 12 and 13, the section S3 would tend, anyway, to go far away from the pressed powders and have the initial section S2 supporting the delivery of the pressed product 14.

Claims (6)

  1. Méthode pour presser du matériau en poudre afin d'obtenir des tuiles à partir d'un matériau céramique en poudre, comprenant les phases de :
    - distribution des poudres sur des moyens transporteurs souples (3) et progression desdites poudres le long d'un sens de progression à travers un poste de pressage;
    - retenue desdites poudres sur lesdits moyens transporteurs dans ledit poste de pressage par des moyens de retenue latéraux (37) ;
    pressage desdites poudres pendant qu'elles progressent à travers ledit poste de pressage, lesdits moyens de retenue latéraux (37) agissant sur les poudres à presser pendant ladite progression et ils continuent d'agir pendant ledit pressage
    caractérisée en ce que
    des moyens de contrôle latéraux (39) étant aménagés près de la zone de compactage, agissant sur les moyens de retenue latéraux (37) pour limiter les déformations des moyens de retenue latéraux (37) pendant le pressage,
    lesquels moyens de retenue latéraux (37) définissent des parois latérales ayant une forme divergente vers l'extérieur des moyens transporteurs (3) de façon à supporter le débit de la couche de matériau compacté (14, 14a).
  2. Méthode selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de retenue sont mobiles à la même vitesse des moyens transporteurs le long d'un plan substantiellement parallèle auxdits moyens transporteurs.
  3. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant aussi, après ledit pressage, des portions se séparant desdites poudres pressées de façon à obtenir, à partir desdites portions, des tuiles correspondantes.
  4. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite distribution comprend la distribution desdites poudres dans plusieurs zones desdits moyens transporteurs.
  5. Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant un ultérieur pressage desdites poudres après ledit pressage.
  6. Méthode selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit pressage comprend le fait d'agir sur lesdites poudres avec une intensité de pressage qui augmente le long dudit sens de progression.
