Claims (15)

  1. Une méthode pour former des tuiles ou des dalles en céramique, comprenant les étapes opérationnelles suivantes :
    - création d'une couche continue de poudres sur un tapis convoyeur (201),
    - avancée dudit tapis à travers une première station de pressage (3) de type continu à laquelle sont associés des moyens de retenue des poudres (8, 9) pour effectuer le pressage des poudres pendant l'avancée du tapis et obtenir un article cohérent de poudres compactées,
    caractérisée par
    - la mesure de l'épaisseur de la dalle de matériau compacté et
    - la régulation de l'épaisseur de poudre de la couche avant le compactage en fonction de la mesure de l'épaisseur de la dalle.
  2. Une méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le pressage concerne un premier compactage, suivi par un compactage final.
  3. Une méthode selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que la pression maximum à laquelle sont soumises les poudres pendant le premier compactage est comprise entre 20 et 100 kg/cm2 et de préférence entre 30 et 70 kg/cm2.
  4. Une méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le pressage concerne le compactage final.
  5. Une méthode selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait que la pression maximum à laquelle sont soumises les poudres pendant ledit compactage final est comprise entre 300 et 450 kg/cm2.
  6. Une méthode selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée par le fait que l'épaisseur de la dalle est mesurée après le compactage final.
  7. Une installation pour la formation de tuiles ou de dalles en céramique, comprenant un tapis convoyeur (201), sur lequel est créée une couche continue de matériau en poudre, et des moyens de pressage (4, 5) qui permettent de presser la couche de poudre sur un tapis (2) afin d'obtenir un article cohérent de poudres compactées, caractérisés par la présence de moyens de mesure de l'épaisseur de la couche à la fin du pressage, associés à des moyens pour réguler la quantité de poudre distribuée sur la couche.
  8. Une installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de mesure de l'épaisseur de la couche à la fin du pressage comprennent un transducteur de mesure.
  9. Une installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée la présence d'une deuxième station de pressage placée en aval de ladite station de pressage continue.
  10. Une installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de mesure de l'épaisseur de la couche à la fin du pressage sont associés à ladite deuxième station de pressage.
  11. Une installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que ladite couche continue de poudres est déposée sur le tapis par une trémie (200).
  12. Une installation selon la revendication 11, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de régulation de la quantité de poudre déterminant l'épaisseur de la couche sont associés à la sortie de distribution de la trémie (200).
  13. Une installation selon la revendication 11, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits moyens de régulation de la quantité de poudre déterminant l'épaisseur de la couche sont associés à un racloir (202) placé en aval de ladite sortie de distribution de la trémie pour racler la couche de poudre déposée sur le tapis.
  14. Une installation selon la revendication 13, caractérisée par le fait que le niveau dudit racloir est réglable à l'aide de dispositifs d'actionnement appropriés.
  15. Une installation selon la revendication 14, caractérisée par le fait que lesdits dispositifs d'actionnement du racloir comprennent un moteur d'avancée contrôlée relié de manière opérationnelle audit racloir par une liaison filetée mâle-femelle et contrôlé par ledit processeur en fonction de la mesure de l'épaisseur de la dalle compactée.
