Claims (6)
- Procédé pour fabriquer des briquettes présentant une stabilité dimensionnelle à partir de matière pressée en forme de copeaux, de fibres, de poudres ou de feuils au moyen d'une presse à briquettes, dans lequel la matière à presser est d'abord guidée vers un piston de précompression (11) et, au moyen de la plaque de précompression (12) de ce piston, est précomprimée dans une chambre de réception (10), le pressage se poursuivant dans un châssis de moulage (7) au moyen d'un piston de compression (4) qui se déplace perpendiculairement au piston de précompression, caractérisé en ce qu'on mesure la position finale (12') du piston de précompression (11), atteinte par la plaque de pressage (12), agissant à l'encontre de la résistance au pressage du produit comprimé, et on règle, en fonction de la position finale (12') mesurée, la quantité de matière introduite et/ou la pression de précompression dans la chambre de réception (10).
- Presse à briquettes pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant une chambre de réception (10) qui est précédée d'un espace de précompression (10') alimenté en matière à presser par un dispositif d'alimentation (13) et à partir duquel un piston de précompression (11) muni d'une plaque de pressage (12) comprime la matière à presser dans la chambre de réception (10), et comprenant en outre un piston de compression (4) susceptible de se déplaçer alternativement dans la direction perpendiculaire au déplacement du piston de précompression (11), en réalisant un pressage supplémentaire de la matière à presser pré-comprimée avec refoulement hors de la chambre de réception (10) ainsi qu'une commande séquentielle pour le piston de précompression et le piston de compression (4, 11), caractérisé en ce que le piston de précompression (11) comporte un capteur de déplacement (18) pour détecter la position de fin de course (12') de la plaque de précompression (12) et qui est relié à un appareil de commande (19) associé à des éléments de réglage (20, 15) de la pression de précompression du piston de précompression (11) ou, respectivement, de la quantité de matière introduite par le dispositif d'alimentation (13).
- Presse à briquettes selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de réglage (20) de la pression de précompression est réalisé sous la forme d'un capteur de pression (21) disposé sur une conduite de pression (22) du piston de précompression (11) et relié à une valve de réglage de pression (20).
- Presse à briquettes selon au moins la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de réglage (15) de la quantité de matière introduite est réalisé sour la forme d'un commutateur temporisé pour le moteur d'alimentation (15).
- Presse à briquettes selon au moins la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le capteur de déplacement (18) est conçu pour mesurer en continu.
- Presse à briquettes selon au moins la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le capteur de déplacement (18) est conçu pour mesurer sans contact.
