Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Einstellen von Webmaschinen bei demfür wenigstens eine Webware spezifische Einstelldaten von an dem Webvorgang beteiligten Baugruppen einer Musterwebmaschine ermittelt und gespeichert werden,für die Musterwebmaschine maschinenspezifische Daten ihrer an dem Webvorgang beteiligten Baugruppen ermittelt und gespeichert werden,für wenigstens eine andere, auf die Herstellung der gleichen Webware einzustellende Webmaschine entsprechende maschinenspezifische Daten deren an dem Webvorgang beteiligter Baugruppen ermittelt und mit den maschinenspezifischen Daten der Musterwebmaschine verglichen werden undin Abhängigkeit von dem Vergleich der maschinenspezifischen Daten der Musterwebmaschine und der einzustellenden Webmaschine aus den warenspezifischen Einstelldaten der Musterwebmaschine für die einzustellende Webmaschine geltende, für die genannte Webware warenspezifische Einstelldaten für die einzustellende Webmaschine abgeleitet werden und daraus Steuerbefehle für Stellglieder der an dem Webvorgang beteiligten Baugruppen der einzustellenden Webmaschine erzeugt werden, die den Stellgliedern zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Daten in einem Rechenprogramm der Steuerung der Musterwebmaschine verarbeitet werden, in das die waren- und/oder maschinenspezifischen Daten der Musterwebmaschine und wenigstens die maschinenspezifischen Daten der einzustellenden Webmaschine eingegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Daten in einem Rechenprogramm eines von der Musterwebmaschine und der einzustellenden Webmaschine getrennten Zentralrechners verarbeitet werden, in das die warenund/oder maschinenspezifischen Daten der Musterwebmaschine und wenigstens die maschinenspezifischen Daten der einzustellenden Webmaschine eingegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Daten in einem Rechenprogramm der jeweilig einzustellenden Webmaschine verarbeitet werden, in das die waren- und/oder maschinenspezifischen Daten der Musterwebmaschine und die maschinenspezifischen Daten der einzustellenden Webmaschine eingegeben werden.
- Webmaschinenanlage bestehend auswenigstens einer Musterwebmaschine (1) mit einstellbaren, an dem Webvorgang beteiligten Baugruppen und einer programmgesteuerten Steuerungseinrichtung (2) zur Ansteuerung von Stellgliedern (30,38) dieser Baugruppen, die Mittel zur Eingabe von zur Herstellung einer bestimmten Webware erforderlichen warenspezifischen Einstelldaten aufweist,wenigstens einer auf die Herstellung der gleichen Webware einstellbaren, anderen Webmaschine (X1, X2 ...Xn) mit einstellbaren, an dem Webvorgang beteiligten Baugruppen und einer Steuerungseinrichtung (3) zum Ansteuern von Stellgliedern (30,38) der an dem Webvorgang beteiligten Baugruppen,einem Leitsystem (4) über das warenspezifische Einstelldaten zu der Steuerungseinrichtung (3) dieser einzustellenden Webmaschine (X1, X2, ...Xn) übertragbar sind, wobeidie Musterwebmaschine (1) und die einzustellende Webmaschine (X1, X2, ...Xn) Mittel zur Erfassung von maschinenspezifischen Daten der an dem Webvorgang jeweils beteiligten Baugruppen aufweisen undprogrammgesteuerten Rechnermitteln, denen zumindest warenspezifische Einstelldaten der Musterwebmaschine (1) und maschinenspezifische Daten der jeweils am Webvorgang beteiligten Baugruppen der Musterwebmaschine (1) und der einzustellenden Webmaschine (X1, X2, ...Xn)eingebbar sind und die die maschinenspezifischen Daten der an dem Webvorgang beteiligten Baugruppen der Musterwebmaschine und der einzustellenden Webmaschine miteinander vergleichen und, abhängig von diesem Datenvergleich, die für die einzustellende Webmaschine (X1, X2,...Xn) geltenden, warenspezifischen Einstelldaten der einzustellenden Webmaschine ermitteln und Steuerbefehle für Stellglieder (30;38) der an dem Webvorgang beteiligten Baugruppen der einzustellenden Webmaschine erzeugt, die diesen Stellgliedern zugeführt werden.
- Webmaschinenanlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rechnermittel Teil der Steuerungseinrichtung (2) der Musterwebmaschine (1) sind.
- Webmaschinenanlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rechnermittel Teil einer zentralen Datenverarbeitungseinrichtung (42) sind, der zumindest die waren- und/oder maschinenspezifische Daten der Musterwebmaschine (1) und maschinenspezifische Daten der einzustellenden Webmaschine (X1, X2, ...Xn) zugeführt werden und die daraus die warenspezifischen Einstelldaten für die einzustellende Webmaschine ableitet, aus denen die entsprechenden Steuerbefehle für die Stellglieder der einzustellenden Webmaschine erzeugt werden.
- Webmaschinenanlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rechnermittel Teil der Steuerungseinrichtung (3) der einzustellenden Webmaschine (X1, X2,..... Xn) sind.
