- the lock 20 is unlocked (Fig. 3), the hood 4 can be removed for maintenance purposes of the motor-gear unit 5.
- the motor-gear unit 5 is thus directly on the spindle 8 and is pulled off this for emergency release.
- This unit 5 is not moved during manual operation of the gate, which means that the sequence in the gear does not have to be overcome. Unlocking is easily possible in any gate position, since this unit 5 is disengaged from the spindle 8 in the axial direction.
