Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Sortieren von Banknoten, miteinem Eingabefach (40) zur Aufnahme der Banknoten,einer dem Eingabefach (40) zugeordneten Vereinzelungseinrichtung (41,42,43),einem Transportsystem (TA,TB),einer entlang des Transportsystems (TB) angeordneten Prüfeinrichtung (50,51) undmindestens einer Ablageeinrichtung (20) mit einem Ablagefach (21) zur Ablage von Banknoten, in Abhängigkeit vom Ergebnis der Prüfeinrichtung (50,51),
die Vorrichtung (1) aus wenigstens drei Teilen (11,12,13) besteht, mit einem mittig angeordneten Teil (12) und wenigstens zwei davon entfernbaren äußeren Teilen (11,13), wobei wenigstens das Transportsystem (TA,TB) im Bereich der Prüfeinrichtung (50,51) sowie im Bereich der Ablageeinrichtung (20) nach der Entfernung der äußeren Teile (11,13) frei zugänglich ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportsystems (TA,TB) auf die drei Teile (11,12,13) der Vorrichtung verteilt ist, und daß beim Entfernen der äußeren Teile (11,13) vom inneren Teil (12) das Transportsystem (TA,TB) selbst entlang einer Linie getrennt wird, die dem Transportweg der Banknoten entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportsystem (TA,TB) eine Antriebseinheit (65), insbesondere einen Motor, aufweist, die im inneren Teil (12) angeordnet ist und mittels Antriebselementen (2), wie Zahnrädern oder Riemen, ausschließlich Bestandteile des Transportsystems (TA,TB) antreibt, die im inneren Teil (12) untergebracht sind, wobei die Bestandteile des Transportsystems in den beiden äußeren Teilen (11,13) im geschlossenen Zustand der Vorrichtung (1) von korrespondierenden Bestandteilen des Transportsystems des inneren Teils (12) angetrieben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Teile (11,13) der Vorrichtung (1) entlang zweier Schwenkachsen (14,15) öffenbar gelagert sind, und daß das innere Teil (12) feststehend ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Teile (11,13) der Vorrichtung (1) entlang Schienen öffenbar gelagert sind, und daß das innere Teil (12) feststehend ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportsystem (TA,TB) im wesentlichen parallel zu den äußeren Konturen der Vorrichtung (1) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Entfernen wenigstens eines der äußeren Teile (13) die Vereinzelungseinrichtung (41,42,43) frei zugänglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vereinzelungseinrichtung (41,42,43) auf einen der äußeren Teile (13) und den inneren Teil (12) der Vorrichtung (1) verteilt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzeigeeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die bei Ermittlung unvorschriftsmäßig transportierter Banknoten anzeigt, in welchem Bereich des Transportsystems (TA,TB) sich die unvorschriftsmäßig transportierten Banknoten befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prüfeinrichtung (50,51) auf einen der äußeren Teile (13) und den inneren Teil (12) der Vorrichtung (1) verteilt ist, wobei in der Prüfeinrichtung (50,51) Bestandteile (55) des Transportsystems und Öffnungen oder Fenster (54) für Sensoren vorgesehen sind, von denen nur die Bestandteile des Transportsystems im mittleren Teil (12) der Vorrichtung (1) mittels Antriebselementen (2) von der Antriebseinheit (65) angetrieben werden, wohingegen die Bestandteile des Transportsystems (55) im äußeren Teil (13) der Vorrichtung (1), im geschlossenen Zustand von korrespondierenden Bestandteilen des Transportsystems des mittleren Teils (12) der Vorrichtung (1) angetrieben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der Ablageeinrichtungen (20,21) eine Anzeigeeinrichtung zugeordnet ist, die anzeigt, daß eine vorgegebene Menge von Banknoten in die jeweilige Ablageeinrichtung (20,21) abgelegt wurde.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine externe Bedieneinrichtung (30) vorgesehen ist, die drahtgebunden oder drahtlos mit der Vorrichtung zur Verarbeitung von Banknoten verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die externe Bedieneinrichtung (30) einen Drucker (33) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die externe Bedieneinrichtung (30) über eine Infrarotschnittstelle mit der Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung von Banknoten verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Schnittstelle (34) für ein Speichermedium (35) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittstelle (34) in der externen Bedieneinheit (30) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Speichermedium (35) eine Chipkarte oder eine Flash-Speicherkarte ist.
