Claims (15)
- Bandgiessmaschine zur Erzeugung eines Metallbandes, mit zwei nebeneinander angeordneten, einen Giessspalt bildenden Giessrollen (22, 24) sowie mit Seitenabdichtungen (25), die beidseits der Giessrollen (22, 24) je eine stirnseitig an die Giessrollen anrückbare Dichtplatte (61) aufweisen, wobei die jeweilige Dichtplatte (61) derart an die beiden Stirnseiten (22', 24') der Giessrollen (22, 24) andrückbar ist, dass mit ihr eine im erwärmten Betriebszustand sehr genaue Auflage an den Stirnseiten der Giessrollen ermöglicht wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an die Giessrollen (22, 24) anstellbare oder anpressbare Dichtplatte (61) in dreidimensionaler Bewegungsrichtung schwimmend gelagert ist. - Bandgiessmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Seitenabdichtung (25) mit einem Trägerelement (41) verbunden ist und aus der Dichtplatte (61), einem diese aufnehmenden Tragrahmen (64, 65), einem auf letzteren wirkenden Anstellmittel oder Anpressmittel und der schwimmenden Lagerung derselben am Trägerelement (41) besteht. - Bandgiessmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anpressmittel wenigstens einen, vorzugsweise drei unabhängig voneinander gesteuerte Zylinder (71) aufweist, die mit ihren Kolben (72) als Einpunktauflage oder als Mehrpunktauflage einen steuerbaren Anpressdruck auf die jeweilige Dichtplatte (61) ausüben. - Bandgiessmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anstelimittel wenigstens einen, vorzugsweise drei unabhängig voneinander gesteuerte Zylinder (71) aufweist, die mit ihren Kolben (72) eine steuerbare, gegebenenfalls berührungslose Anstellposition der jeweiligen Dichtplatte zu den Stirnseiten der Giessrollen bewirkt. - Bandgiessmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Dichtplatte (61) aufnehmende Tragrahmen (64, 65) über Gelenkverbindungen (66, 67) an einer Verbindungsplatte (80) gelagert ist, die durch ein Kugelgelenk (81) am Trägerelement (41, 41') schwimmend gehalten ist, wobei der Tragrahmen (64, 65) über eine elastische Verbindung (68) zwischen ihm und der Verbindungsplatte (80) permanent an die Kolben (72) angedrückt ist. - Bandgiessmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkverbindungen von je einem annähernd horizontal und/oder einem bzw. zwei vertikal angeordneten Gelenkhebel (66, 67) gebildet sind, wobei diese Gelenkhebel (66, 67) am einen Ende am Tragrahmen (64) und am anderen Ende an der Verbindungsplatte (80) gelagert sind, wobei mindestens an einem Ende des jeweiligen Gelenkhebels (66, 67) ein sphärisches Lager angeordnet ist. - Bandgiessmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Seitenabdichtung (25) haltende Trägerelement (41) einem Manipulator (40) zugehört, mittels dem die jeweilige Seitenabdichtung seitlich zu den Giessrollen (22, 24) zu- bzw. weggeführt werden kann. - Bandgiessmaschine nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenabdichtungen (25) in der Stellung seitlich der Giessrollen (22, 24) von einer an einem Maschinenständer (32) der Giessrollen angeordneten Einrichtung (85) zentriert sind und deren Zylinder (7.1) mit einem jeweiligen Antriebsorgan verbunden sind. - Bandgiessmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus einem feuerfesten Material bestehende dreieckförmige Dichtplatte (61) in ihren Eckbereichen von je einem Zylinder (71) beaufschlagt ist. - Bandgiessmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Giessrollen (22, 24) zur möglichst planen Ausrichtung ihrer Stirnseiten (22', 24') zueinander, insbesondere axial ausrichtbar ist. - Bandgiessmaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichteinrichtung (13) wenigstens eine an einem Ende einer Giessrolle (22) angreifende, bspw. als Hydraulikzylinder oder als Spindeltrieb (27) ausgebildete, Verstelleinrichtung (26) und eine am anderen Ende der Giessrolle (22) angreifende bspw. als Plunger (33) ausgebildete Druckeinrichtung (29) umfasst. - Bandgiessmaschine nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstelleinrichtung (26) und die Druckeinrichtung (29) an der Achse (1) der Giessrolle (22) angreifen. - Bandgiessmaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer eine stillstehende Achse (1) und einen auf dieser Achse (1) drehbar ausgebildeten, gekühlten Mantel (5) umfassenden Giessrolle (22), der Mantel (5) auf der Achse (1), vorzugsweise hydraulisch wirkend, verschiebbar ist. - Bandgiessmaschine nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebeeinrichtung mindestens an einem Gießrollenende angeordnet ist und einen dem Mantel (5) zugeordneten Kolbenring (14) und eine der Achse (1) zugeordnete umlaufende Nut (16) zur Aufnahme des Kolbenrings unter Ausbildung zweier Zylinderkammern (17) umfasst. - Bandgiessanlage nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinderkammern (17) der Verschiebeeinrichtung mit unterschiedlich hohen Hydraulikdrücken (P1, P2) beaufschlagbar sind.
