Claims (27)
- Bandgießmaschine zum Gießen von flüssigen Metallen, insbesondere von Stahl, mit zwei einen Einlauftrichter (10a) bildenden, auf eine Strangdikke(7) beabstandet parallel angeordneten gekühlten Gießrollen (8a; 8b), die drehgelagert und drehantreibbar sind, und die zusammen mit Schmalseitenteilen (9) den Gießspalt (10) begrenzen, die Gießrollen (8a, 8b) zueinander einstellbar in einer rahmenartigen Kassette (11) gelagert sind, und die Kassette (11) in oder aus der Gießposition (34) schnell ein- oder auswechselbar ist, wobei die Kassette (11) in Gießposition (34) in einem ortsfesten Rahmen (12) angeordnet ist, und die Lagergehäuse (13) für die Gießrollen (8a, 8b) innerhalb der Kassette (11) angeordnet und zumindest einseitig geführt sind, wobei die Gießrollen (8a; 8b) jeweils über Antriebsmittel (18) drehantreibbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagergehäuse (13) der beiden Gießrollen (8a; 8b) mittels Traversen (15) miteinander verbunden sind, dass der Rollenmantel (16) der Gießrollen (8a; 8b) jeweils auf einer feststehenden Rollenachse (17), die in den Lagergehäusen (13) abgestützt ist, drehbar gelagert ist und dass der Antriebsmotor (18) auf der feststehenden Rollenachse (17) oder dem Lagergehäuse (13) drehmomentabgestützt ist. - Bandgießmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angestellten Lagergehäuse (13) für die Gießrollen (8a; 8b) innerhalb der Kassette (11) auf einem Hebel schwenkbar angeordnet sind. - Bandgießmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
