Claims (8)
- Laugenabpumpstrang in einer Waschmaschine, welcher einen Rücklaufbehälter (30; 30-2; 30-3; 30-4) enthält, dessen Volumen so bemessen ist, dass bei abgeschalteter Laugenpumpe eine vorbestimmte Laugenmenge durch die Laugenpumpe hindurch unter die Wäschetrommel durch Schwerkraft zurückströmen kann, wobei der Rücklaufbehälter unten mit einem Einlass (34) und oben mit einem Auslass (64) für die abzupumpende Lauge versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rücklaufbehälter ein einstückiges Gehäuse (32) aufweist, welches im Spritzgussverfahren hergestellt ist.
- Laugenabpumpstrang nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (32) aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Laugenabpumpstrang nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (32) mindestens an seinem unteren Ende einen Innendurchmesser hat, der größer als der Außendurchmesser eines am Einlass (34) vorgesehenen unteren Abpumpleitungsstückes (25) ist, welches von unten nach oben in das Gehäuse gerichtet ist, dass ein im horizontalen Querschnitt ringförmiges Verbindungsstück (36; 36-4) vorgesehen ist, welches im Umfangsbereich zwischen dem unteren Abpumpleitungsstück und dem Gehäuse (32) einen ringförmigen Gehäuseboden (38) bildet, wobei das Verbindungsstück an seinem radial inneren Umfangsbereich gegen das untere Abpumpleitungsstück (25) und an seinem radial äußeren Umfangsbereich gegen das Gehäuse (32) gedichtet ist und je axial gesichert ist gegen unbeabsichtigtes Trennen.
- Laugenabpumpstrang nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Leitungsendstück (44) vorgesehen ist, welches ein Teil oder eine Verlängerung des unteren Abpumpleitungsstückes (25) ist, von unten nach oben über das Verbindungsstück (36; 36-4) hinaus in das Gehäuse (32) hinein ragt und im Gehäuse (32) mündet und die radial innere Begrenzung eines als Grobkammerfalle wirkenden Zwischenraumes (46) bildet, der radial außen und unten von einer Umfangswand des Gehäuses (32) und/oder von dem Verbindungsstück (36; 36-4) gebildet ist.
- Laugenabpumpstrang nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leitungsendstück (44) mindestens eine seitliche Öffnung (50) in seiner Leitungswand zum Zurückfließen von Lauge aus dem Zwischenraum (46) in das Leitungsendstück hat.
- Laugenabpumpstrang nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (36; 36-4) durch eine Steckverbindung (56, 58; 62) mit dem Gehäuse (32) verbunden ist.
- Laugenabpumpstrang nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (36) eine Muffe ist, die unten einen dem Abpumpleitungsstück (25) angepassten kleineren Durchmesser als oben hat, wobei der größere obere Durchmesser dem Gehäuse (32) angepasst ist.
- Laugenabpumpstrang nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (36-4) ein ringförmiger Dichtungsringkörper ist, der zwischen das Gehäuse (32) einerseits und das Leitungsendstück (44) andererseits eingesetzt ist und an beide jeweils wasserdicht angrenzt.
