Claims (46)
- Ensemble de distribution (2) comportant un corps (5 ; 5') et un élément d'actionnement (6) mobile par rapport à ce corps pour provoquer la distribution simultanée de deux produits à l'état mélangé ou séparé, à partir de deux récipients (3,4) dans lesquels ces produits sont stockés séparément, chaque récipient étant pourvu d'une pompe ou d'une valve comportant une tige creuse d'actionnement (15) dont l'enfoncement provoque la distribution du produit, cet ensemble de distribution étant caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un organe intermédiaire (10;10') distinct de l'élément d'actionnement et comprenant deux embouts (49) aptes à s'engager respectivement sur les deux tiges d'actionnement des récipients et par le fait que l'élément d'actionnement (6) et l'organe intermédiaire (10;10') sont agencés pour coopérer au moins lors de la manoeuvre de l'élément d'actionnement de manière à permettre le passage des produits provenant des récipients vers l'élément d'actionnement, ce dernier comportant au moins un canal intérieur permettant l'écoulement des produits vers un embout de distribution (8;8',9).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'actionnement (6) est articulé.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe intermédiaire comporte un conduit de sortie (50) par lequel sortent les produits à l'état séparé ou mélangé, et par le fait que l'élément d'actionnement comporte une embouchure (45) apte à recevoir ce conduit de sortie.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le conduit de sortie et l'embouchure forment une liaison non étanche lorsque l'élément d'actionnement est au repos.
- Ensemble selon l'une des deux revendications immédiatement précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le conduit de sortie (50) est reçu dans l'embouchure (45) de l'élément d'actionnement avec une possibilité de débattement angulaire autour d'au moins un axe géométrique, et de préférence avec une possibilité de débattement angulaire autour de deux axes géométriques perpendiculaires.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le corps de l'ensemble de distribution comporte des pattes intérieures (17) aptes à s'encliqueter sur des collerettes (16') formées sur les récipients.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'actionnement (6) est fixé par encliquetage sur le corps (5).
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le corps de l'ensemble de distribution comporte une fente (27) et par le fait que l'élément d'actionnement comporte à une extrémité une dent (29) apte à s'encliqueter dans cette fente.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la fente est disposée en retrait d'une paroi (35) contre laquelle est apte à venir en butée l'élément d'actionnement lorsqu'il est déplacé dans une direction opposée à celle provoquant la distribution, cette paroi empêchant l'utilisateur de relever l'élément d'actionnement suffisamment pour pouvoir accéder à l'organe intermédiaire.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'actionnement (6) est pivotant et lorsqu'observé dans l'axe géométrique de pivotement, présente de profil une forme générale de Γ.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'actionnement est rigide.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'actionnement comporte au moins une nervure de rigidification (41) sur un côté intérieur, et par le fait que le corps de l'ensemble de distribution comporte un évidement (42) permettant d'accueillir cette nervure de rigidification lorsque l'élément d'actionnement est déplacé vers sa position de distribution.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'actionnement comporte un élément de fixation (7) servant au montage d'un embout de distribution rapporté (8,9).
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'embout de distribution (8,9) est fixé sur l'élément d'actionnement par vissage.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que l'embout de distribution (8) est fixé sur l'élément d'actionnement par encliquetage, avec possibilité de rotation autour d'un axe.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'embout de distribution (8,8') est droit.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé par le fait que l'embout de distribution (9) est coudé.
- Ensemble de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité libre (70) de l'embout de distribution (8,8') est biseautée.
- Ensemble de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément d'actionnement comporte un brise-jet (46).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe intermédiaire (10;10') comporte une partie tubulaire allongée (47;47'), fermée au moins à une extrémité par une buse (60) dont l'orifice de sortie est bouché.
- Ensemble de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte au moins un élément de verrouillage (80) mobile entre une position de verrouillage et une position de distribution et permettant d'empêcher lorsqu'il est dans la position de verrouillage un déplacement de l'élément d'actionnement suffisant pour provoquer la distribution.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de verrouillage peut tourner par rapport à l'élément d'actionnement, étant solidaire de l'embout de distribution et apte à venir en appui sur le corps de l'ensemble de distribution en position de verrouillage.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe intermédiaire comporte au moins une nervure longitudinale (51) de rigidification.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le corps de l'ensemble de distribution comporte à sa partie supérieure des éléments de fermeture rapportés (11), mis en place après introduction de l'organe intermédiaire dans le corps de l'ensemble de distribution pour maintenir celui-ci à l'intérieur.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le corps de l'ensemble de distribution comporte des portées tubulaires (16) définissant des logements destinés à recevoir les récipients et par le fait que ces portées comportent des gorges (22) dans lesquelles est reçu l'organe intermédiaire.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe intermédiaire comporte au moins une nervure (51) s'engageant entre les portées à l'extérieur des logements et permettant le centrage de l'organe intermédiaire à l'intérieur du corps de l'ensemble de distribution.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe intermédiaire est maintenu avec un jeu sensible dans le corps de l'ensemble de distribution lorsque l'élément d'actionnement n'est pas manoeuvré et que l'ensemble de distribution est en attente d'être monté sur les récipients.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe intermédiaire est agencé pour canaliser séparément les produits jusqu'à l'élément d'actionnement.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le l'élément d'actionnement est agencé pour canaliser séparément les produits jusqu'à l'embout de distribution.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 27, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe intermédiaire est agencé pour permettre le mélange des produits avant que ces derniers ne gagnent l'élément d'actionnement.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'embout de distribution comporte un élément mélangeur (100) destiné à favoriser le mélange des composants.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que ledit élément mélangeur (100) est agencé pour forcer les composants à se déplacer dans une direction non purement axiale.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément mélangeur (100) est agencé pour forcer les composants à se déplacer selon un trajet comportant une ou plusieurs portions généralement hélicoïdales.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 31 à 33, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément mélangeur (100) comporte une succession de parties (100a, 100b) identiques, traversées successivement par le produit.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 31 à 34, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément mélangeur (100) est réalisé hors de l'embout de distribution et est immobilisé axialement à l'intérieur de celui-ci par butée à une extrémité sur un épaulement (85) et à l'autre extrémité contre une partie de l'élément d'actionnement sur laquelle l'embout de distribution est monté.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est agencé de telle sorte que le déplacement de l'élément d'actionnement au-delà d'une course prédéterminée produise un clic sonore, perceptible par l'utilisateur.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte au moins une patte (120) élastiquement déformable qui est déformée dans un sens lorsque l'élément d'actionnement est déplacé jusqu'à un certain seuil à partir d'une position initiale de repos et se déforme dans l'autre sens lorsque l'élément d'actionnement a franchi le seuil précité.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 36 et 37, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte au moins une patte (120) réalisée sur le corps (5') en vue d'émettre un clic sonore lorsque l'élément d'actionnement est déplacé pour distribuer du produit.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le corps comporte deux pattes (120) aptes à être déformées par le déplacement de l'élément d'actionnement (6).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 38 et 39, caractérisé par le fait que la ou les pattes précitées (120) se raccordent à une portion de paroi (121) généralement plane et sont disposées de manière à se déformer lors du plan de cette portion de paroi (121) lors du déplacement de l'élément d'actionnement.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait qu'une dimension de la ou desdites pattes décroít en direction de l'extrémité libre de chaque patte.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 37 à 41, caractérisé par le fait que deux pattes (120) sont réalisées sur le corps (5') afin de produire un clic sonore lors du déplacement de l'élément d'actionnement, et par le fait que ce dernier comporte deux nervures (41) aptes à venir appuyer sur lesdites pattes (120).
- Dispositif de distribution (1) comportant un ensemble de distribution (2) tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et deux récipients (3,4) sur lesquels est fixé ledit ensemble de distribution.
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que les récipients contiennent des produits à mélanger extemporanément.
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une des deux revendications immédiatement précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les récipients sont pressurisés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que les récipients (3,4) sont munis de valves dont la tige d'actionnement (15) présente une extrémité supérieure (17) dont le positionnement axial est connu avec une tolérance supérieure ou égale à 0,2 mm, voire supérieure ou égale à 0,3 mm.
