- la figure 1 représente une vue éclatée d'un ensemble de distribution équipé d'une tête de distribution selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention ;
- les figures 2A-2E représentent l'ensemble de la figure 1 avec la tête de distribution en position de stockage (figure 2A-2C), respectivement, en position de distribution (figure 2D-2E) ;
- les figures 3A-3C représentent l'ensemble de la figure 1, avec le capot monté, en position non verrouillée (figure 3B), et en position verrouillée (figure 3C). Dans la figure 3A, le capot est représenté en coupe.
Claims (11)
- Tête de distribution (10) d'un produit, notamment cosmétique comprenant : a) une frette (13) destinée au montage de la tête sur un récipient (2) contenant ledit produit ; b) un bouton poussoir (11) mobile par rapport à la frette (13) de manière à permettre l'actionnement d'un élément de distribution (4) surmontant ledit récipient (2), ledit bouton poussoir (11) comportant un orifice de sortie (7) en communication avec l'élément de distribution (4) pour, en réponse à une commande d'actionnement exercée sur le bouton poussoir (11), lorsque la tête est en position de distribution, délivrer une dose dudit produit au travers dudit orifice de sortie (7) ; c) des moyens (15) portés par la frette (13) pour, dans une position de stockage de la tête, masquer ledit orifice de sortie (7), un capot (20) étant prévu pour recouvrir, au moins en partie, ladite tête (10) de façon amovible, ledit capot comportant des moyens (23-25) aptes, en coopération avec lesdits moyens de masquage (15), à assurer l'immobilisation du capot (20) sur la tête de distribution.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que le passage de la position de stockage à la position de distribution, et vice versa, s'effectue par rotation du bouton poussoir (11) par rapport à la frette (13).
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisée en ce que des moyens (26-28) sont prévus pour, en position de stockage, rendre impossible l'actionnement de l'élément de distribution (4).
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce que l'un desdits moyens de masquage (15) et desdits moyens d'immobilisation (23-25) du capot (20) forme au moins une rampe (30) progressant dans une direction radiale par rapport à ladite tête de distribution (10), l'autre desdits moyens de masquage (15) et desdits moyens d'immobilisation (23-25) ayant un profil apte, en réponse à une rotation du capot (20) par rapport à la tête de distribution (10), à venir en engagement sur ladite (ou lesdites) rampe(s) (30) de manière à exercer une contrainte de serrage du capot (20) sur la tête de distribution, s'exerçant dans au moins une direction radiale, assurant ainsi l'immobilisation du capot amovible (20) sur ladite tête de distribution.
- Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que ladite rampe (30) est formée par un doigt (15) formant lesdits moyens de masquage.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 5 caractérisée en ce que ledit orifice de sortie (7) est, en position de stockage, masqué par une extrémité libre (16) dudit doigt (15), ladite extrémité libre (16) étant contrainte élastiquement en direction dudit orifice de sortie (7) lorsque les moyens d'immobilisation (23-25) sont en engagement avec la rampe (30) formée par ledit doigt (15).
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 5 ou 6 caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'immobilisation sont constitués d'au moins une ailette (23-25) formée sur la surface intérieure d'une jupe latérale (21) du capot (20), et s'étendant radialement à l'intérieur dudit capot.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 7 caractérisée en ce que une pluralité d'ailettes (23-25) sont réparties de manière régulière sur ladite surface intérieure.
- Ensemble (1) de conditionnement et de distribution sous pression d'un produit, notamment cosmétique, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'une tête de distribution (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de distribution est constitué d'une pompe (4) ou d'une valve.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 9 ou 10 caractérisé en ce que le récipient (1) est constitué d'un flacon (1), d'un tube, ou d'un dispositif pour le mélange extemporané d'au moins deux compositions de base.
