- la figure 5 est une vue en élévation et en demi-coupe d'un mode de réalisation pour récipient aérosol muni d'un applicateur du type à élément poreux,
- la figure 6 est une vue de profil du dispositif de la figure 5,
Claims (14)
- Mécanisme de commande à poussoirs latéraux (5,5') pour la distribution d'un produit contenu dans un récipient (1), comportant un embout (3) monté mobile sur une ouverture du récipient (1) et une coiffe (4) qui est aménagée de manière fixe sur le récipient en recouvrant ledit embout et qui est munie d'au moins un orifice (10) pour la sortie du produit et d'au moins deux poussoirs latéraux (5,5') disposés de manière telle qu'une pression latérale exercée sur lesdits poussoirs entraíne un déplacement axial de l'embout (3) d'une position d'obturation vers une position d'ouverture, mécanisme caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen élastique (16) est aménagé à la base de l'embout et vient prendre appui sur une partie fixe du récipient en vue de solliciter ledit embout à l'encontre de l'effet exercé par les poussoirs afin de lui permettre de reprendre sa position initiale d'obturation.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen élastique de retour en position initiale de l'embout (3) est constitué par au moins deux pattes élastiques (16) aménagées à la base de l'embout et qui viennent prendre appui par leurs extrémités libres sur une partie fixe du récipient (1).
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les pattes élastiques font partie d'une couronne élastique (16) qui présente une forme générale tronconique et qui est constituée par une pluralité de telles pattes élastiques.
- Mécanisme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les poussoirs latéraux (5,5') sont des poussoirs à levier qui sont articulés pour basculer vers l'intérieur et sont solidaires de butées (7), tandis que ledit embout (3) comporte au moins deux surfaces d'appui radiales (8,8') sur lesquelles viennent s'appuyer lesdites butées (7) des poussoirs latéraux (5,5').
- Mécanisme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les poussoirs (5,5') sont d'une seule pièce avec la coiffe (4) et sont articulés au moyen de charnières à rainures ou amincissements d'affaiblissement (6).
- Mécanisme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (3) comporte une cheminée centrale (11) dont l'extrémité est pourvue d'au moins une ouverture de passage (9) pour le produit et qui est montée coulissante de manière étanche dans une jupe (12) de la coiffe (4) aménagée autour de l'orifice (10) de celle-ci.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice (10) de la coiffe (4) est ménagé à l'extrémité d'une protubérance (13) dans laquelle s'introduit l'extrémité de la cheminée (11) de l'embout (3).
- Mécanisme selon l'une des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (3) comporte une extrémité (17) prévue pour venir obturer l'orifice (10) de la coiffe (4) tandis que l'ouverture de passage (9) de l'embout est fermée par une partie de la coiffe (4) en position d'obturation de l'embout et au contraire, communique avec l'orifice (10) de ladite coiffe (4) en position d'ouverture.
- Mécanisme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 pour récipient pourvu d'un col d'ouverture (2), caractérisé en ce que l'embout (3) est monté coulissant dans et/ou sur ledit col du récipient.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (3) présente une jupe intérieure (14) qui glisse sur la paroi intérieure du col (2) du récipient (1).
- Mécanisme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 pour récipient (1) aérosol, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie appropriée (19) de l'embout est prévue pour venir s'appuyer sur la tige (18) de la valve du récipient de telle sorte que l'actionnement des poussoirs (5,5') agit sur ladite valve.
- Mécanisme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 pour récipient (1) à pompe de vaporisation (18) , caractérisé en ce qu'une partie appropriée (19) de l'embout (3) est prévue pour venir s'appuyer sur ladite pompe (18) de vaporisation aménagée sur le récipient de telle sorte que l'actionnement des poussoirs (5,5') agit sur ladite pompe.
- Mécanisme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice (10) de la coiffe (4) communique avec un applicateur (21) de produit.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'applicateur se présente sous la forme d'un élément poreux (21) susceptible de s'imbiber de produit.
