Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Transport eines Bogens für eine Bogen verarbeitende Maschine, insbesondere eine Rotationsduckmaschine, in einer Verarbeitungsrichtung mitbetriebsmäßig in einer ersten Richtung umlaufenden ersten Greifern zum Erfassen des Bogens an einem in der Verarbeitungsrichtung vorauseilenden Greiferrand desselben,einem die ersten Greifer tragenden Zylinder mit einer an dessen Umfang ausgebildeten Stützfläche für den seitens der ersten Greifer erfassten Bogen,betriebsmäßig in einer zur ersten Richtung entgegengesetzten zweiten Richtung umlaufenden zweiten Greifern, welche den vorauseilenden Greiferrand von den ersten Greifern übernehmen und miteinem Paar betriebsmäßig in der zweiten Richtung um eine Rotationsachse rotierender Bogenstützen, die jeweils eine zu der Rotationsachse konzentrische Wälzfläche aufweisen, deren Erstreckung entlang der Rotationsachse kleiner ist als die Breite eines jeweiligen druckfreien Seitenrandes des Bogens, und welche den Bogen innerhalb eines jeweiligen Seitenrandes in Bereichen gemeinsamer Normalen der Stützfläche und der Wälzflächen an die Stützfläche pressen,
betriebsmäßig in der zweiten Richtung umlaufende Sauggreifer (1.18,) welche einen mittels der Bogenstützen (1.16; 1.16') an die Stützfläche (1.13) des Zylinder (1.7) angelegten nacheilenden Greiferrand (2.2'") des Bogens (2.2) vom Zylinder (1.7) übernehmen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine die zweiten Greifer (1.14), die Bogenstützen (1.16) und die Sauggreifer (1.18) umfassende Bogenführungstrommel (1.10; 3.6). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
gekennzeichnet durcheine der Bogenführungstrommel (3.6) nachgeschaltete, betriebsmäßig in der ersten Richtung rotierende Transfertrommel (3.7) mit dritten Greifern (3.8), welche den vorauseilenden Greiferrand (2.2") von den zweiten Greifern (1.14) übernehmen, und mit den dritten Greifern (3.8) nacheilenden Saugern (3.9), die den nacheilenden Greiferrand (2.2'") von den Sauggreifern (1.18) übernehmen sowieeinen betriebsmäßig umlaufende Vorgreifer (3.13) und Nachgreifer (3.15) umfassenden Endlosförderer (3.5'), dessen Vorgreifer (3.13) den vorauseilenden Greiferrand (2.2") von den dritten Greifern (3.8) und dessen Nachgreifer (3.15) den nacheilenden Greiferrand (2.2'") von den Saugern (3.9) übernehmen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen betriebsmäßig umlaufenden Endlosförderer (3.5), der die zur Übernahme des vorauseilenden Greiferrandes (2.2") von den ersten Greifern (1.12) vorgesehenen zweiten Greifer (1.14') und Hinterkantengreifer (3.31) umfasst, welche den nachlaufenden Greiferrand (2.2'") von den Sauggreifern (1.18) übernehmen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinterkantengreifer (3.31) den nacheilenden Greiferrand (2.2'") im Auslaufzwickel zwischen der Stützfläche (1.13) und den Wälzflächen (1.17) erfassen. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gegenseitige Abstand der Bogenstützen (1.16; 1.16') einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erstreckung der Wälzflächen (1.17) in deren Umfangsrichtung einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Phasenlage der Sauggreifer (1.18) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Phasenlage der Sauger (3.9) einstellbar ist. - Bogen verarbeitende Maschine insbesondere eine Rotationsdruckmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Vorrichtung zum Transport eines Bogens nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
