Claims (4)
- Riementrieb für eine flächige Bedruckstoffe verarbeitende Maschine, miteinem betriebsmäßig umlaufenden endlosen Riemen,einer von dem Riemen teilweise umschlungenen Rolle,einem Rahmen, gegenüber welchem die Rolle zwischen einer den Riemen gespannt haltenden Arbeitslage und einer davon abgerückten Lage verstellbar ist, in welcher der Riemen ungespannt ist, undeiner Federanordnung, welche die Rolle in ihre Arbeitslage vorspannt, gekennzeichnet durcheinen Zweischlag (Exzenterwelle 37, Lenker 38), mit dessen Hilfe die Rolle (28) am Rahmen (24) angelenkt ist undeinen Anschlag (Wellenabschnitt 37.1"'), der bei einer um ein bestimmtes Maß über eine Totpunktlage des Zweischlages (Exzenterwelle 37, Lenker 38) hinaus erfolgenden Lageänderung des Zweischlages (Exzenterwelle 37, Lenker 38) aus einer der Arbeitslage der Rolle (28) entsprechenden Lage in eine der abgerückten Lage der Rolle (28) entsprechende Lage eine Lageveränderung über das bestimmte Maß hinaus verhindert.
- Riementrieb nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zweischlag (Exzenterwelle 37, Lenker 38) mittels einer Exzenterwelle (37) und eines daran exzentrisch angelenkten Lenkers 38 gebildet ist. - Riementrieb nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (Wellenabschnitt 37.1"') an der Exzenterwelle (37) ausgebildet ist und in der der abgerückten Lage der Rolle (28) entsprechenden Lage des Zweischlages (Exzenterwelle 37, Lenker 38) am Lenker (38) angeschlagen ist. - Flächige Bedruckstoffe verarbeitende Maschine, insbesondere eine Rotationsdruckmaschine, mit einer eine erste Verarbeitungsstation mit Bogen versorgenden Förderstation in Form eines Anlegers und einer von einer letzten Verarbeitungsstation übernommene Bogen einer Stapelstation zuführenden Förderstation in Form eines Auslegers und einer Ausstattung der Förderstationen mit Riementrieben,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Ausbildung der Riementriebe wenigstens einer der Förderstationen nach wenigsten einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3.
