Abstract
Description
Der Versteifungswinkel im Eckbereich kann dabei in sich selbst als Profil (querschnittsveränderlich) ausgestaltet sein, wobei bevorzugt entlang beider Schenkel (der horizontale und der vertikale Schenkel) im montierten Zustand unterschiedliche Profilgeometrien vorgesehen sind (Anspruch 21), z.B. je nachdem, ob in einem Abschnitt eine Schraubverbindung mit dem Flügel zustande kommen soll, oder ob eine Schraubverbindung mit dem Laufwerk (durch den Flügelüberschlag) zustande kommen soll. Die Profilierung senkt das Gewicht (Anspruch 20).

Claims (43)
- Beschlag für einen Schiebeflügel mit Kippmöglichkeit, insbesondere mit Holzholmen oder Kunststoffholmen als Rahmenprofile, welcher Schiebeflügel (FR) horizontale und vertikale Holme aufweist und über zumindest einen davon an zumindest einem, parallel zu einem Festrahmen (BR) beweglichenLaufwagen (10,20) montierbar ist, welcher Laufwagen in einem Eckbereich des Schiebeflügels (FR) mit diesem fest verbindbar ist,wobei der Laufwagen (20) eine - im montierten Zustand im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene des Schiebeflügels verlaufende - Aufnahme- oder Stützfläche (21) aufweist,wobei ein Bolzen (22) in eine Öffnung (21a) der horizontalen Fläche (21) eingreift und über eine langgestreckte Platte (23; 23a,23b) mit dem Schiebeflügel verbindbar ist,
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Montagestellen Schraubverbindungen mit dem Schiebeflügel ermöglichen.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Montagestellen beidseits des Bolzens (22) angeordnet sind.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeweilige Paare von Verbindungsstellen (24a,24b; 25a,25b) vorgesehen sind, um die Platte (23) an horizontal und vertikal beabstandeten (c,d) Stellen am Schiebeflügel (FR) zu montieren.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Montagestellen so an der Platte (23) gelegen sind, daß zumindest eine, bevorzugt zwei vertikal beabstandete Stellen (24b,25b) im Randbereich des Schiebeflügels (FR), insbesondere im Bereich seines Überschlages (Ü) angeordnet sind.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, wobei die Montagestellen so gelegen sind, daß zumindest eine, bevorzugt zwei vertikal beabstandete (d) Montagestellen im Profilrumpfbereich des vertikalen Holms des Schiebeflügels (FR) angeordnet sind, um bei einem Kunststoffprofil als vertikaler Holm eine Verbindung mit seiner Innenarmierung (31) aus Metall zu ermöglichen.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, wobei als Montagestellen Öffnungen, Bohrungen oder Durchbrüche in der Platte (23) zur Aufnahme von Schrauben, Bolzen oder sonstigen Spann- oder Klemmverbindern zur kraftschlüssig festen, aber lösbaren Verbindung mit dem Flügel, vorgesehen sind.
- Beschlag nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (23) so ausgebildet ist, daß sie mehrere in Vertikalrichtung verlaufende Streifen (23a,23b) aufweist, zur Bildung einer die Platte versteifenden Oberflächenkontur.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 8, wobei zwei erhabene Streifen (23a) im Abstand (c) vorgesehen sind und jeder dieser Streifen zumindest eine von zumindest zwei in Horizontalrichtung beabstandeten Montagestellen (24a,24b) aufnimmt.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei die Platte (23) einen insbesondere im wesentlichen mittig zwischen zumindest zwei erhabenen Streifen (23a) angeordneten Prägestreifen (23b) aufweist, zur Aufnahme des Bolzens (22).
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, wobei der Bolzen (22) als Kopplungsstück so angeordnet ist, daß er - im vertikal montierten Zustand - zwischen zwei vertikal verlaufenden erhabenen (23a) oder in einem vertikal verlaufenden vertieft geprägten (23b) Streifen plaziert ist und fest mit der Platte (23) verbunden, insbesondere an beabstandeten Schweißstellen (26) verschweißt ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Bolzen (22) in die Stützfläche (21,21a) am oder in dem Laufwagen (20) eingesteckt ist.
- Beschlag nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, wobei eine langgestreckte Stützplatte (30) - im montierten Zustand - auf der zum Festrahmen (BR) zeigenden Seite des Schiebeflügels (FR), insbesondere einer Überschlagsinnenfläche, gegenüber zumindest einer der Montagestellen (24b,25b) der Platte (23) angeordnet ist, um den Schiebeflügel im vertikalen Holm zwischen der Platte (23) und der langgestreckten Stützplatte (30) einzuspannen.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 13, wobei die Stützplatte (30) länger als die langgestreckte Platte (23) ausgebildet ist.
- Beschlag für einen Schiebeflügel mit Kippmöglichkeit, insbesondere mitHolzholmen oder Kunststoffprofilen als Rahmenteile, welcher Schiebeflügel (FR) horizontale und vertikale Holme aufweist und über zumindest einen davon an zumindest einem, parallel zu einem Festrahmen (BR) beweglichen Laufwagen (10,20) montierbar ist, welcher Laufwagen in einem Eckbereich (E) des Schiebeflügels (FR) mit diesem fest verbindbar ist,wobei der Laufwagen (20) eine - im montierten Zustand im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene des Schiebeflügels verlaufende - Aufnahme- oder Stützfläche (21) aufweist,wobei ein Bolzen (22) in eine Öffnung (21a) der horizontalen Fläche (21) eingreift, welcher Bolzen über eine langgestreckte Platte (23; 23a,23b) mit dem Schiebeflügel verbindbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Platte (23) so ausgebildet ist, daß sie zumindest einen in ihrer Längsrichtung ausgebildeten Prägestreifen (23b) aufweist, zur Versteifung der Platte und zur Aufnahme des Montagebolzens (22).
- Beschlag für einen Schiebeflügel mit Kippmöglichkeit, insbesondere mit Holz- oder Kunststoffholmen als Rahmenprofile, bei welchem Beschlag der Schiebeflügel (FR) die horizontalen und vertikalen Holme aufweist und über zumindest einen davon an zumindest einem, parallel zu einem Festrahmen (BR) beweglichen Laufwagen (10,20) montierbar ist, welcher Laufwagen in einem Eckbereich (E) des Schiebeflügels (FR) mit diesem fest verbindbar ist,wobei der Laufwagen (20) eine - im montierten Zustand im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Ebene des Schiebeflügels verlaufende - Aufnahme- oder Stützfläche (21) aufweist,wobei ein Bolzen (22) in eine Öffnung (21a) der horizontalen Fläche (21) eingreift, welcher Bolzen über eine langgestreckte Platte (23; 23a,23b) mit dem Schiebeflügel verbindbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (23) zumindest zwei beabstandete Reihen von Montageöffnungen (24a,24b; 25a,25b) aufweist, von denen eine mit einem metallischen Gegenstück (30) so verbindbar ist, daß ein randseitiger Bereich (Ü) des Flügels zwischen dem Gegenstück und der Platte (23,30) einspannbar ist, um ihn im Eck- oder Endbereich (E) vertikal zu versteifen.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 16, wobei das metallische Gegenstück (30) im Falzraum (F) angeordnet ist.
- Beschlag für einen Schiebeflügel mit Kippmöglichkeit, insbesondere mitKunststoff oder Metallholmen als Rahmenprofile, bei welchem Beschlag der Schiebeflügel (FR) die horizontalen und vertikalen Holme aufweist und über zumindest einen davon an zumindest einem, parallel zu einem Festrahmen (BR) beweglichen Laufwagen (10,20) montierbar ist, welcher Laufwagen in einem Eckbereich des Schiebeflügels (FR) mit diesem fest verbindbar ist,wobei der Laufwagen (10) eine - im montierten Zustand im wesentlichen parallel zur Ebene des Schiebeflügels verlaufende - Aufnahme- oder Stützfläche (61) aufweist und ein Verbinder (60) eine Öffnung der Fläche (61) durchgreift oder in sie eingreift,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Falzraum (F) zwischen Festrahmen (BR) und Schiebeflügel (FR) ein um die Ecke (E) des Schiebeflügels (FR) verlaufender Versteifungswinkel (50; 50h,50v) anbringbar ist, dessen einer Schenkel (50v) mit dem Verbinder (60) in Richtung der Fläche (61) gespannt ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 18, wobei der Versteifungswinkel (50) zwei im wesentlichen senkrecht orientierte Schenkel (50h,50v) aufweist, die jeweils am Schiebeflügel (FR) an dessen zur Falzluft (F) weisenden Innenseite bzw. Innenflächen montierbar sind (56,57).
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 18, wobei der Versteifungswinkel (50) profilierte oder im Querschnitt langgestreckte Ausnehmungen (80) aufweisende Schenkel aufweist, zum Herabsetzen des Gewichts.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 20, wobei in jedem der Schenkel zumindest zwei unterschiedliche Querschnitts- oder Profilgeometrien bzw. Profilgestaltungen vorgesehen sind (70,70a,70b;69a,69b).
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 18 mit einem daran angeordneten Schiebeflügel, also Schiebeflügel mit einem daran angeordneten Beschlag, wobei der Verbinder (60) so im Bereich des Laufwagens (10) angeordnet ist, daß die Oberfläche im Eckbereich des Schiebeflügels (FR), oberhalb des Laufwagen (10) keine von der Sichtseite her wahrnehmbaren Montagestellen oder Oberflächendurchbrechungen aufweist, insbesondere mit einem sich nur horizontal erstreckenden Laufwagen ohne vertikale Montagezonen.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 18, wobei am Versteifungswinkel nur ein Verbinder (60) vorgesehen ist, zur Übertragung der Gewichtskraft im Eckbereich des Flügels auf den Laufwagen (20), bzw. die Stützfläche (61) am Laufwagen.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 18 oder 23, wobei der Verbinder (60) in einen vertikalen Schenkel (50v) des Winkels (50) eingreift.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 19, wobei Montagestellen in den beiden Schenkeln (50v, 50h) als Öffnungen (56a,57a) ausgebildet sind, zum Durchgreifen von zwei weiteren Verbindern (56,57) die im wesentlichen senkrecht zum ersten Verbinder (60) verlaufen, zur Montage des Versteifungswinkels (50) an den Holmen im Eckbereich (E).
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 19, wobei am Versteifungswinkel (50) andere Verbinder zur Aufnahme und Übertragung der Gewichtskraft des Flügels (FR) nicht benötigt bzw. vorgesehen sind, oder die drei Verbinder (60;56,57) für die Aufnahme und Übertragung der Gewichtskraft des Flügelrahmens (FR) auf den Laufwagen (10) im Eckbereich (E) ausreichend sind.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 24, wobei der Hauptverbinder (60) vom vertikal orientierten Schenkel im Bereich oberhalb der Ecke (51) des Winkels (50) ausgeht.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 18, wobei die Verbindung zwischen Winkel (50) und dem Laufwagen am horizontalen Holm über den die Gewichtskraft übertragenen Verbinder (60) erfolgt, der (im montierten Zustand)(a) auf der Höhe des horizontalen Holm gelegen ist;(b) in den vertikalen Schenkel (50v) des Winkels eingreift.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 28, wobei keine weitere Verbinder (60) zur Übertragung der Gewichtskraft oberhalb oder unterhalb des (einen) Verbinders (60) im Höhenbereich der Aufnahme- oder Stützfläche (61) vorgesehen sind, insbesondere nur eine Reihe von Halteelementen (19) entlang der Stützfläche angeordnet sind, von denen (nur) der eine Verbinder (60) in den Versteifungswinkel eingreift.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 18, wobei der Winkel (50) neben einer Teibschiene (54) oder neben einer Beschlagnut (55) am Flügel anbringbar ist, insbesondere zwischen Beschlagnut (55) und Überschlag (Ü), wobei der Überschlag eine erste der zum Falzraum bzw. der Falzluft weisenden Innenflächen definiert.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 30, wobei die Stirnfläche des Flügelrahmens die weitere im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der ersten Innenfläche verlaufende Innenfläche definiert, wobei der Versteifungswinkel (50) so ausgebildet ist, daß er an beiden Innenflächen anzuliegen vermag.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 18, wobei der horizontale Schenkel an der horizontal orientierten und zum Falzraum weisenden Innenseite des Flügelrahmens montiert ist, zur Aufnahme der Gewichtskraft des Flügels und zu ihrer Einleitung in den vertikalen Schenkel, wo sie über den Verbinder (60) auf den Laufwagen (10) übertragen wird.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 18 oder 32, wobei vom horizontalen Schenkel (50h) keine wesentlichen Anteile der Gewichtskraft des Flügelrahmens auf den Laufwagen direkt übertragen werden.
- Beschlag nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei die Verbinder (60,56,57) Schraubenelemente sind und/oder die Hauptverbindung (60) über ein Gewinde im Versteifungswinkel (50) erfolgt.
- Beschlag für einen Schiebeflügel (FR), bei welchem Beschlag der Schiebeflügel (FR) horizontale und vertikale Holme aufweist und über zumindest einen davon an zumindest einem, parallel zu einem Festrahmen (BR) beweglichen Laufwagen (10,20) montierbar ist, welcher Laufwagen in einem Eckbereich des Schiebeflügels (FR) mit diesem fest verbindbar ist, wobei der Laufwagen (10) eine - im montierten Zustand im wesentlichen parallel zur Ebene des Schiebeflügels verlaufende - Aufnahme- oder Stützfläche (61) aufweist, undein Verbinder (60) eine Öffnung der Fläche (61) durchgreift oder in sie eingreift, oderVerfahren zum Übertragen der Gewichtskraft des Schiebeflügels in dessen Eckbereich (E),wobei ein Versteifungswinkel (50) um die Ecke des Eckbereichs (E) des Schiebeflügels legbar ist, um(i) mit nicht mehr als drei Schraubverbindungen als Verbinder (60;56,57) die Gewichtskraft des Flügelrahmens (FR) im Eckbereich (E) auf den Laufwagen zu übertragen und den Versteifungswinkel im Eckbereich an den Flügelrahmen zu montieren;(ii) zwei der Verbinder (60,57) im wesentlichen senkrecht zueinander orientiert sind.
- Beschlag oder Verfahren nach Anspruch 35, wobei die zwei Verbinder (60,57) im vertikal orientierten Schenkel des Versteifungswinkels angeordnet sind.
- Beschlag oder Verfahren nach Anspruch 35, wobei zwei Verbinder (56,57) zum Flügelrahmen in zwei unterschiedlichen Schenkeln (50h,50v) des Winkels angeordnet sind.
- Beschlag oder Verfahren nach Anspruch 35 oder 37, wobei die wesentliche Übertragung der Gewichtskraft im Eckbereich mit nur einem Verbinder (60) erfolgt, der in eine andere Richtung orientiert ist, als die anderen zwei Verbinder (56,57).
- Beschlag nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche oder nach Anspruch 40, wobei nur eine einzige Reihe von beabstandeten Montagestellen (19) in der Stützfläche (61) vorgesehen ist.
- Beschlag für einen Schiebeflügel mit Kippmöglichkeit, insbesondere mit Metallholmen als Rahmenprofile, bei welchem Beschlag der Schiebeflügel (FR) horizontale und vertikale Holme aufweist und über zumindest einen davon an zumindest einem, parallel zu einem Festrahmen (BR) beweglichen
Laufwagen (10,20) montierbar ist, welcher Laufwagen in einem Eckbereich des Schiebeflügels (FR) mit diesem fest verbindbar ist, wobei(aa) der Laufwagen (10) eine - im montierten Zustand im wesentlichen parallel zur Ebene des Schiebeflügels verlaufende - Aufnahme- oder Stützfläche (61) aufweist,(bb) ein Verbinder (60) in eine Öffnung der Fläche (61) eingreift,(cc) ein um die Ecke (E) des Schiebeflügels (FR) verlaufender Versteifungswinkel (50;50h,50v) vorgesehen ist, dessen einer Schenkel (50v) mit dem Verbinder (60) in Richtung der Stützfläche (61) gespannt ist, zur Montage des Versteifungswinkels an dem horizontalen Holm und dem Laufwagen (10);(dd) mehrere Montagestellen (19) in einer Reihe an der Stützfläche (61) angeordnet sind und diese Montagestellen auf der Höhe des horizontalen Holms verbleiben, um die Montagestellen von der Rauminnenseite abzudecken (11,11'); wobei oberhalb des Laufwagen (10) keine von der Sichtseite her wahrnehmbaren Montagestellen oder Oberflächen-Durchberechungen vorgesehen sind, insbesondere mit einem sich nur horizontal erstreckenden Laufwagen ohne vertikale Montagezonen. - Beschlag nach Anspruch 40, wobei der Versteifungswinkel (50) zwei im wesentlichen senkrecht orientierte Schenkel (50h,50v) aufweist, die jeweils am Schiebeflügel (FR) an dessen zur Falzluft (F) weisenden Innenseite bzw. Innenflächen montierbar sind (56,57).
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 40, wobei der Versteifungswinkel (50) zumindest abschnittsweise profilierte Schenkel aufweist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 40 mit einem daran angeordneten Schiebeflügel, also Schiebeflügel mit einem daran angeordneten Beschlag, wobei der Verbinder so im Bereich des Laufwagens (10) angeordnet ist, daß die Oberfläche im Eckbereich des Schiebeflügels (FR), oberhalb des Laufwagen (10) keine von der Sichtseite her wahrnehmbaren Montagestellen oder Oberflächendurchberechungen aufweist, insbesondere mit einem sich nur horizontal erstreckenden Laufwagen ohne vertikale Montagezonen.
