Claims (15)
- Hydraulisches Handpreßgerät (1) mit einem Hydraulik-Zylinder (8), in welchem ein hydraulisch beaufschlagter Kolben zur Durchführung eines Preß- oder Schneidvorganges verschiebbar ist, mit einem Kolbenkopf (5) und einem Kolbenschaft (16), wobei der Kolbenschaft (16) mit einem Werkzeugträger (10) verbunden ist und wobei der Werkzeugträger (10) Teil eines auswechselbaren Gerätekopfes (9) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Auswechsel-Gerätekopf (9) jeweils einen Kolbenschaft (16) mit Rückstellfeder (22) aufweist.
- Handpreßgerät nach den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolbenschaft (16) den Kolbenkopf (5), ohne mit diesem verbunden zu sein, lediglich druckbeaufschlagt.
- Handpreßgerät nach den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolbenschaft (16) betrieblich lösbar mit dem Kolbenkopf (5) verbunden ist.
- Handpreßgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Druckfeder (22) zur Rückstellung des Kolbens an dem Kolbenschaft (16) gefesselt ist.
- Handpreßgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolbenkopf (5) kolbenschaftseitig eine Zentrierausnehmung (14) oder einen Zentriervorsprung aufweist und daß der Kolbenschaft (16) kolbenkopfseitig einen Zentriervorsprung (24) oder eine Zentrierausnehmung aufweist.
- Handpreßgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Kolbenschaft (16) kolbenkopfseitig eine Zylinderkopfschraube (25) mit überstehendem Zylinderkopf (26) zentral angebracht ist zur Zentrierung an dem Kolbenkopf (5), wobei der Zylinderkopf (26) in einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung (15) des Kolbenkopfes (5) zur Aufnahme kommt.
- Handpreßgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolbenkopf (5) eine kolbenschaftseitige Topfwandung (13) aufweist.
- Handpreßgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Topfwandung (13) mehr als einem Viertel der Schaftlänge entspricht.
- Handpreßgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulik-Zylinder (8) an seinem gerätekopfseitigen Ende ein Außengewinde (12) aufweist und der Gerätekopf (9) mittels dieses Gewindes (12) mit dem Hydraulik-Zylinder (8) verbunden ist.
- Handpreßgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstellung zwischen Gerätekopf (9) und Hydraulik-Zylinder (8) durch einen Indexstift (29) festgelegt ist.
- Handpreßgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolbenschaft (16) gestuft ausgebildet ist und mittels eines an dem Gerätekopf (9) abgestützten, gegen die Stufenfläche anliegenden Gegenhalterteiles (19) mit dem Gerätekopf (9) verbunden ist.
- Handpreßgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenhalterteil (19) in die, den Hydraulik-Zylinder (8) aufnehmende Bohrung des Gerätekopfes (9) eingeschraubt ist.
- Handpreßgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gerätekopf (9) einen Handgriff (27) aufweist.
- Handpreßgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (27) sich in Bewegungsrichtung des Kolbens bzw. des Hydraulik-Zylinders (8) erstreckt.
- Handpreßgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (27) durch ein beidseitig in den Gerätekopf (9) übergehendes Bogenteil (28) gebildet ist.
