Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Reinigen von Zylindern in Rotationsdruckmaschinen, wobei ein Waschtuch (5) von einem in einem ersten Waschtuch-Depot (1) befindlichen Vorratswickel (22) abgezogen wird, während des Waschvorganges über ein Andrückelement (8) an die Mantelfläche des zu reinigenden Zylinders (6) gedrückt, in einem zweiten Waschtuch-Depot (3) als Aufnahmewickel (42) aufgenommen, nach dem Verbrauch des auf dem Vorratswickels (22) befindlichen Waschtuches (5) der Vorratswickel (22) durch einen neuen ersetzt und auch der volle Aufnahmewickel (42) entfernt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zum Ersatz des Vorratswickels (22) ein neue Vorratsrolle (2') in das zweite Waschtuch-Depot (3) eingelegt wird, zum Herstellen der Betriebsbereitschaft der Anfang des Waschtuches (5) der neuen Vorratsrolle (2') auf eine in dem ersten Waschtuch-Depot (1) befindliche Spindel (21) fixiert und das Waschtuch (5) zur Bildung eines neuen Vorratswickels (22) unter Erfassung der aufgewickelten Länge auf die Spindel (21) aufgewickelt wird, wobei das Ende des Waschtuches (5) im zweiten Waschtuch-Depot (3) verbleibt und so während des Waschvorganges den Aufnahmewickel (42) bildet. - Verfahren zum Reinigen von Zylindern in Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Bildung des Vorratswickels (22) die Länge des aufzuwickelnden Waschtuches (5) durch einen Sensor (10) erfaßt und dem Speicher eines Rechners zur Auswertung zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen von Zylindern in Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rechner aus den bereitgestellten Werten in Verbindung mit den Maschinendaten den Verbrauch des Waschtuches (5), die verbleibende Länge des Waschtuches (5) sowie andere mit dem Waschprozeß zusammenhängende Daten ermittelt.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen von Zylindern in Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorschub des Waschtuches (5) im Zuge des Waschprozesses schrittweise oder kontinuierlich erfolgt.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen von Zylindern in Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anfang des neuen Waschtuchs (5) auf der Spindel (41) manuell fixiert wird.
- Einrichtung zum Reinigen von Zylindern in Rotationsdruckmaschinen, bestehend aus einem ersten Waschtuch-Depot (1), dem ein Vorratswickel (22) und eine Spindel (21) zugeordnet sind, einem zweiten Waschtuch-Depot (3), dem ein Aufnahmewickel (42) und eine Spindel (41) zugeordnet sind, einem Andrückelement (8) zum Andrücken eines Waschtuches (5) an den zu waschenden Zylinder (6) und einen einzigen, drehrichtungsumschaltbaren Antriebsmotor (M) zum Antrieb beider Spindeln (21; 42),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Antriebsmotor (M) über eine Antriebswelle (23) und einer Rücklaufsperre (24) der Spindel (21) zugeordnet ist, die Antriebswelle (23) weiterhin über einen Übertragungsmechanismus (26; 11; 46) und einer zweiten, in die andere Drehrichtung wirkende Rücklaufsperre (44) mit der anderen Spindel (41) verbunden ist, einmal die Spindel (21) über die Rücklaufsperre (24) in der durch diese gesperrten Richtung antreibbar ist und zum anderen die Spindel (41) über die Antriebswelle (23), dem Übertragungsmechanismus (26; 11; 46) und der Rücklaufsperre (44) in der anderen, durch die Rücklaufsperre (24) nicht gesperrten Drehrichtung antreibbar ist. - Einrichtung zum Reinigen von Zylindern in Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rücklaufsperren (24; 44) als selbsthemmende Freiläufe ausgeführt sind.
- Einrichtung zum Reinigen von Zylindern in Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übertragungsmechanismus (26; 11; 46) aus einem der Antriebswelle (23) zugeordnetes Antriebszahnrad (26), einem Räderzug (11) und einem der Spindel (41) zugeordnetes Antriebszahnrad (46) besteht.
- Einrichtung zum Reinigen von Zylindern in Rotationsdruckmaschinen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (M) innerhalb der Spindel (21) angeordnet ist und der Antriebswelle (23) koaxial zugeordnet ist.
