- coding is not provided, which is merely a start or an end of a cloth or at the beginning or end of one Indicates cloth and the user must know how much residual cloth length is still there, but the coding according to the invention is on or in the cleaning cloth formed by markings, the design of one machine-readable, complete information content. So it won't just pointed out, for example, that "soon" a cloth end is imminent, instead, the actual length of the fabric is given. Another For example, the name or a sign of the Cloth manufacturer, the date of the cloth production, the type of cloth (dry, damp, type of fabric) and the like. So a user does not need to know what a particular label or coding "means” but the meaning is conveyed directly through the cleaning device or whose reading device is displayed in an optical display device in the form of concrete lengths, numbers or words.
- the invention has the advantages that any amount of information in the cloth can be saved and it is a very precise, direct information system is.
- Remaining length only indirectly by a mark or by scanning the Diameter of the cleaning cloth roll or by total addition of Wash cloth conveyor steps recognizable.
- the coding is preferably a binary code.
- the coding contains preferably a variety of specific lengths along the Cleaning cloth. This will not only go along in a variety of places the cleaning cloth both the used cloth length and the respective remaining remaining cloth length recognizable, but it is also the respective used section of cloth definable.
- the two embodiments of a printing press cylinder cleaning device according to the invention each contain a clean cloth spindle 2, a dirty cloth spindle 4 and a pressing device 6.
- a drive device 8 By driving the Dirty cloth spindle 4 by means of a drive device 8 can Cleaning cloth 10 from a clean cloth roll 12 of the clean cloth spindle 2 the pressing device 6 are wound on the dirty cloth spindle 4 and form a roll of dirty cloth 14 thereon.
- the pressing device 6 can have a cleaning section 16 of the Cleaning cloth 10 on the cylinder surface 18 of a to be cleaned Press press cylinder 20 for a cleaning phase and then Let it back away from the cylinder surface so that it is then spaced from each other to the cleaning cloth during a cleaning break 10 by a predetermined distance which the cleaning section 16 includes further transport. This means that the cleaning cloth 10 is gradually transported by the drive device 8. deviant of these, embodiments are also possible in which the Cleaning cloth 10 is transported and / or transported continuously, without being lifted off the cylinder surface 18 for this purpose.
- the printing press cylinder 20 rotates in during the cleaning phase Direction of rotation 22, which is preferably on the pressing device 6 down is directed.
- the direction of movement 24 of the cleaning cloth 10 in the gap between the pressing device 6 and the printing press cylinder 20 is preferably directed upwards.
