Definitions

  • the invention relates to a saw blade, in particular a circular saw blade, according to the Preamble of claim 1 (see also WO 96/21545).
  • Saw blades in particular circular saw blades, for professional use consist of a steel blade and soldered cutting teeth made of a carbide.
  • the separate cutting teeth have the advantage that their properties and their design largely independent of the master sheet on the requirements of Saw blade can be adjusted.
  • two critical play Wear types an opposite role.
  • the cutting teeth are laterally and behind the back of the teeth.
  • the back-grinding creates a clearance angle, which reduces the wedge angle of the cutting teeth.
  • the cutting teeth Dull as a result of operation, also reduces the clearance angle.
  • This gradual Deterioration of the cutting teeth of the saw blade then results in otherwise substantially same cutting parameters to a greater power consumption of the sawing device.
  • the quality of cut deteriorates.
  • the saw blades known from the prior art are formed for example with mutually chamfered cutting teeth.
  • circular saw blades With such change teeth usually cause very small cutting forces.
  • the tips of the alternating teeth are exposed to high loads and are very fragile.
  • the cutting teeth are as Flat teeth formed with approximately trapezoidal shape.
  • the trapezoidal shape of Cutting teeth has the disadvantage of high cutting forces, as the teeth substantially cut across its entire width.
  • the slightly flattened cutting corners are no longer so vulnerable to breakage.
  • the mined chips can not escape laterally, but remain in the kerf.
  • the cutting forces with the Time always bigger. This has an effect on increased power consumption of the sawing device and in a slow cutting progress.
  • the cutting teeth are worn relatively quickly, and the clearance angle behind the tips of the teeth is largely lost. This increases the friction of the saw blade in the kerf and the power consumption of the saw increases even further.
  • WO 96/21545 shows several sets of cutting teeth for circular saw blades. Show the sets inter alia pairs of identical cutting teeth with a bevelled Cutting area and a flattened portion, the successive mutually are arranged. In addition, more cutting teeth are provided in each set, which are in differ in their shape from the couple. By the successive arrangement at least six differently shaped cutting teeth noise reduction is to be achieved.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a saw blade, in particular a circular saw blade, to improve that the disadvantages of the known saw blades remedied and the different requirements in use.
  • the Saw blade should provide good sawing progress while maintaining good cut quality and have a low wear.
  • the power needed to achieve a sufficiently large sawing progress should be kept low. It should be the Suitability for the major critical applications in construction stay.
  • a saw blade in particular by the invention a circular saw blade, created with a steel blade, with facilities for mounting on a sawing device, for example a circular saw, Is provided.
  • a sawing device for example a circular saw
  • On the circumference of the stem blade are cutting teeth made of a hard metal mounted, for example, soldered, each one transverse to the longitudinal extent or to the diameter of the saw blade extending, flattened portion and a thereto subsequent, beveled cutting area, which in successive Cutting teeth is mutually arranged.
  • the bevelled cutting area has a transverse to the blade extension, which is greater than the transverse extent the flattened section.
  • the chamfered cutting area is opposite to the flattened portion by one Angle tilted from 10 ° to 20 °.
  • the saw blade formed according to the invention combines the advantages of the change tooth those of the flat tooth and avoids their disadvantages.
  • the cutting corners are largely unbreakable. Due to the greater extent of the bevelled Cutting area occurs at successive alternating teeth to cover the tooth slopes. As a result, forces act on both sides during use Cutting tooth and stabilize the cut. Because the cutting tooth does not over the entire Spacing transverse extension, there is enough room for the chips to pass through they are removed. This results in cutting forces that are similar to those at Saw blades with pure alternating teeth, but the cutting teeth are a far subjected to less wear. The clearance angle of the cutting teeth is retained.
  • the Cutting teeth with advantage a substantially trapezoidal cross section.
  • each cutting tooth a reaching into the master blade notch upstream, which extends in a circular saw blade substantially radially and in Direction of rotation leads the cutting tooth.
  • the subsequent to the sawtooth Saw blade back formed with a corrugated circumferential contour.
  • the selected circumferential contour of the blade backrest is particularly stable during operation Relationships.
  • the saw blade shown in Fig. 1 is provided overall with the reference numeral 1.
  • the circular saw blade 1 is a circular saw blade, for example, for a circular saw.
  • the circular saw blade 1 consists of a master sheet 2 made of steel, which is provided with an axial bore 3, which allows the Circular saw blade 1 to be mounted on a sawing device, such as a circular saw.
  • On the circumference of the stem blade 2 cutting teeth 4 are mounted, for example, soldered, which are preferably made of a hard metal.
  • the cutting teeth 4 are attached to support portions 5 of the stem blade 2, which are separated from each other by approximately radially extending notches 6 are separated. For the attachment of the cutting teeth 4 are on the in the direction of rotation R of the circular saw blade 1 trailing boundary surfaces.
  • FIGS. 2-4 two consecutive cutting teeth 4 are shown, each in the recesses 8 in relation to the direction of rotation of the saw blade in operation trailing boundary surfaces 7 of the notches 6 are mounted.
  • the cutting teeth 4 have a tooth face 12, which faces the notch 6 and are based with their Foot parts in the recesses 8 radially and facing away from the tooth face 12 Rear surface 13 in the circumferential direction on the master sheet 2 from.
  • the cutting teeth 4 each have a flattened portion 10 and a beveled cutting area 11, whose axial arrangement alternates with successive cutting teeth 4.
  • the subsequent cutting tooth is indicated by dashed lines.
  • the beveled cutting region 11 is a transverse extension b, which is larger than the width f of the flattened portion 10 of the Cutting tooth.
  • the transverse extent b of the chamfered cutting area 11 about 55% to about 85%, preferably about 2/3 of the total width t of a cutting tooth 4.
  • it is characterized in successive Cutting teeth 4 to overlap the tapered cutting areas 11. As a result, acting on both sides forces F on each cutting tooth 4, the Stabilize the cut.
  • the inclination of the chamfered cutting area 11 of a cutting tooth 4 opposite its flattened portion 10 is designated by the angle ⁇ and is preferably about 5 ° to about 40 °, preferably 10 ° to 20 °, especially about 15 °.
