Claims (21)
- Gehäuseteil aus Kunststoff, insbesondere für einen elektronischen Schlüssel (1) eines Schließsystems eines Kraftfahrzeugs, mit einem Gehäuseinneren (31), in dem ein elektrischer Schalter (10) befindlich ist, und mit einem Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) für den elektrischen Schalter (10), wobei das Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) auf den elektrischen Schalter (10) betätigend einwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) an einem starren, bei Betätigung des Betätigungsorgans (3, 4) im wesentlichen unverformbaren Stützelement (13) derart angeordnet ist, daß das Stützelement (13) dem elektrischen Schalter (10) zugewandt ist, daß das Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) und das Stützelement (13) aus vorgefertigten Halbteilen (33, 34) bestehen, und daß die Halbteile (33, 34) entlang wenigstens eines Teils deren Randes mit dem Kunststoff des Gehäuseteils (6) bei der Herstellung des Gehäuseteils (6) umspritzt sind.
- Gehäuseteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) in der Art einer zur Betätigung elastisch verformbaren, gegebenenfalls im wesentlichen in der Oberfläche (26) des Gehäuseteils (6) verlaufenden Fläche (27, 27') ausgestaltet ist, und daß das Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) mittels eines Stößels (12) auf den elektrischen Schalter (10) betätigend einwirkt.
- Gehäuseteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit dem Kunststoff des Gehäuseteils (6) umspritzte Rand der Halbteile (33, 34) derart im Gehäuseteil (6) eingebettet ist, daß das Stützelement (13) an der dem elektrischen Schalter (10) nähergelegenen Seite (15) des Gehäuseteils (6) und das Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) an der dem elektrischen Schalter (10) abgelegenen Seite (16) des Gehäuseteils (6) befindlich sind.
- Gehäuseteil nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halbteile (33, 34) an einem Randbereich aneinander anliegen, wobei das Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) am Stützelement (13) derart befestigbar ist, daß die beiden Halbteile (33, 34) ein gemeinsames Bauteil (19) bilden, das entlang wenigstens eines Teils seines Randes mit dem Kunststoff des Gehäuseteils (6) umspritzt wird.
- Gehäuseteil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigung durch Kraft- und/oder Formschluß hergestellt ist, indem Zapfen (20), Rasthaken oder Schnapphaken an einem Halbteil (33) in dazu korrespondierende Aufnahmen (21) am anderen Halbteil (34) eingreifen.
- Gehäuseteil nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eines der Halbteile (33, 34) Durchgangslöcher (29) besitzt, die beim Umspritzen mit Kunststoff vom Gehäuseteil (6) ausgefüllt sind, derart daß eine zusätzliche Verankerung wenigstens des einen Halbteils (33, 34) im Gehäuseteil (6) bewirkt wird.
- Gehäuseteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) ein in Richtung des elektrischen Schalters (10) beweglicher Ansatz (11) zur betätigenden Einwirkung auf den Stößel (12) des elektrischen Schalters (10) zugeordnet ist, daß der Ansatz (11) in der Art eines Zapfens ungefähr in der Mitte des Betätigungsorgans (3, 4) an der dem Stützelement (13) zugewandten Seite (17) angeordnet ist, und daß im Stützelement (13) eine zum Ansatz (11) korrespondierende Öffnung (18) angeordnet ist, in die der Ansatz (11) hineinragt.
- Gehäuseteil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (11) einstückig mit dem Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) ausgebildet ist, indem der Ansatz (11) am Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) stoffschlüssig angespritzt ist.
- Gehäuseteil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (11) aus einem vom Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) separaten Teil besteht, wobei das Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) mit einem Teil (32) der dem elektrischen Schalter (10) zugewandten Seite (17) am Ansatz (11) anliegt.
- Gehäuseteil nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (11) mittels eines federartigen Elements (28) an der Öffnung (18) in dem Stützelement (13) angeordnet ist.
- Gehäuseteil nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das federartige Element (28) in der Art einer Torsionsfeder aus Kunststoff ausgebildet ist, und daß das federartige Element (28) einerseits an der Öffnung (18) in dem Stützelement (13) und andererseits am Ansatz (11) einstückig angespritzt ist.
- Gehäuseteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (13) zur Aufnahme von mehreren Betätigungsorganen (3, 4) ausgebildet ist, wobei mehrere Betätigungsorgane (3) als einstückiges Halbteil und/oder die Betätigungsorgane (4) als einzelne Halbteile ausgebildet sind.
- Gehäuseteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) als längliches mit abgerundeten Ecken und/oder abgerundeten Seiten, als ovales, als rundes oder als kreisförmiges Teil ausgestaltet ist, und daß das Stützelement (13) eine zu dem Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) in etwa korrespondierende Gestalt aufweist.
- Gehäuseteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (13) in der Art einer im wesentlichen ebenen Platte ausgebildet ist.
- Gehäuseteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) in der Art einer elastisch verformbaren, gegebenenfalls eine Wölbung aufweisenden Membran ausgebildet ist, wobei die Elastizität der Membran durch deren Dicke in Abhängigkeit von der Härte des Kunststoffs festgelegt ist.
- Gehäuseteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) aus einem weichen, elastischen Kunststoff, wie aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer oder aus einem Blockcopolymer von Polybutylen-Terephtalat und Polyetherglykol, oder aus einem harten Kunststoff, wie Polyamid oder Polyacetal, besteht, und daß das Gehäuseteil (6) aus einem harten Kunststoff, wie aus Polyamid oder glasfaser- oder glaskugelgefüllten Polyamid, besteht.
- Gehäuseteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (13) aus einem harten Kunststoff besteht.
- Gehäuseteil nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Kunststoff für das Stützelement (13) um einen für Licht in wenigstens einem Teilbereich des sichtbaren Spektrums weitgehend transparenten Kunststoff, wie Polycarbonat oder transparentes amorphes Polyamid, handelt.
- Gehäuseteil nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Stützelement (13) ein in etwa linsenförmig oder zylinderförmig ausgebildeter Abschnitt (23) angeordnet ist, wobei der Abschnitt (23) derart mit dem Kunststoff des Gehäusteils (6) umspritzt ist, daß der Abschnitt (23) ein in der Wandung (25) des Gehäuseteils (6) eingespritztes Fenster (22) bildet.
- Gehäuseteil nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abschnitt (23) einstückig über ein Trägerteil (24) am Stützelement (13) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gehäuseteils (6) aus Kunststoff nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) und das Stützelement (13) als Halbteile (33, 34) aus Kunststoff vorgefertigt werden, daß die Halbteile (33, 34) aneinander zu einem Bauteil (19) angeordnet und/oder befestigt werden, daß das Bauteil (19) in die Spritzgießform für das Gehäuseteil (6) so eingebracht wird, daß das Stützelement (13) den für die Betätigung des Betätigungsorgans (3, 4) dienenden, zwischen dem Betätigungsorgan (3, 4) und dem Stützelement (13) befindlichen Hohlraum (36) weitgehend abdichtet, und daß anschließend das Bauteil (19) entlang wenigstens eines Teils seines Randes mit dem Kunststoff für das Gehäuseteil (6) beim Spritzen des Gehäuseteils (6) umspritzt wird.
