Claims (11)
- Auslaufeinrichtung (100) eines Behälters für staubförmiges oder körniges Schüttgut mit einem kegelförmig nach unten sich auf einen engeren Querschnitt eines Anschlußstutzens für eine Förderleitung verengenden Auslaufkörper (11), wobei die Auslaufeinrichtung (100) bzw. der Auslaufkörper (11) reversibel mit dem Behälter verbunden ist, und in dem Auslaufkörper (11) ein Schüsseleinsatz (13) angeordnet ist, der einen oberen auskragenden Rand (27) aufweist, der im Bereich der Kontaktfläche zwischen Behälter und Auslaufkörper (11) gehalten wird, wobei an einem unteren Rand eine kreisförmige untere Öffnung (30) an der dem auskragendem Rand (27) entgegengesetzten Seite des Schüsseleinsatzes (13) befindlich ist, wobei ein umlaufender Spalt (33) zur Wandung (31) des Auslaufkörpers (11) besteht, und der Schüsseleinsatz (13) einen an der Öffnung (30) angeformten Stutzen (41) aufweist, der in den Auslauf (14) hineinragt, wobei im Bereich des Stutzens (41) zwischen der Wandung (28) des Schüsseleinsatzes (13) und der Wandung (31) des Auslaufkörpers (11) eine Ringdichtung (42) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Schüsseleinsatz (13) eine grobmaschige Matte (52 ) eingelegt ist, die am oberen und am unteren Rand (53, 54) mit Streifen (55, 56) zur Verstärkung versehen ist, wobei auch zwischen den randseitigen Streifen (55, 56) Streifen (57) verlaufen, und daß in den Streifen (55, 56, 57) Löcher (58) vorgesehen sind, die mit Löchern (59) im Schüsseleinsatz (13) korrespondieren.
- Auslaufeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandung (28) des Schüsseleinsatzes (13) parallel zur Wandung (31) des Auslaufkörpers (11) verläuft, so daß zwischen der Wandung (31) des Auslaufkörpers (11) und der Wandung (28) des Schüsseleinsatzes (13) ein Raum (35) ausgebildet wird.
- Auslaufeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schüsseleinsatz (13) zwischen Behälter und Auslaufkörper (11) klemmend gehalten wird.
- Auslaufeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringdichtung (42) einen runden Querschnitt aufweist.
- Auslaufeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matte (52) reversibel fixiert ist.
- Auslaufeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter mit dem Auslaufkörper (11) über einen Flansch verbunden ist.
- Auslaufeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter mit dem Auslaufkörper (11) über eine Schnellspanneinrichtung miteinander verbunden ist.
- Auslaufeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Verbindungsbereich zwischen Behälter und Auslaufkörper (11) eine oder zwei Ringdichtungen (19, 21) angeordnet ist bzw. sind.
- Auslaufeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringdichtung (19) oder die Ringdichtungen (19, 21) in eine in dem Rand (17, 20) des Behälters und/oder des Auslaufkörpers (11) umlaufende Nut (18, 22) eingelegt sind und herausragen.
- Auslaufeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schüsseleinsatz (13) und dessen Teile aus Kunststoff, faserverstärkten Kunststoff, beschichtetem Kunststoff oder einem Kompost besteht.
- Auslaufeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Material des Schüsseleinsatzes (13) federelastisch ist.
