Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Umwickeln des auf der Innenwandung der Spinnzentrifuge (4) einer Topfspinnmaschine abgelegten, gesponnenen Garnkörpers (9) auf eine Hülse (10), wobei die Hülse (10) hierfür in die Spinnzentrifuge (4) eingebracht wird und wobei an dem Ende der Hülse (10), das die Mündung (7) eines Fadenführerrohres (6) zuerst erreicht, der zwischen der Mündung (7) und der Innenwandung (8) der Spinnzentrifuge (4) verlaufende Faden (5) erfaßt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Ende der Hülse (10), an dem der Faden (5) erfaßt wird, der zwischen einem Streckwerk (1) und diesem Hülsenende entstehende Spinnfadenrest (15) vom Garnkörper (9) und der Hülse (10) abgetrennt und anschließend durch Absaugen entfernt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abtrennen als Schervorgang erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abtrennen erfolgt, wenn der Faden (5) an einem Ende von den Walzen des Streckwerkes (1) und am anderen Ende vom Garnkörper (9) oder der Hülse (10) gehalten und gespannt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mittels der Relativbewegung zwischen Hülse (10) und Fadenführerrohr (6) ansteuerbare Trenneinrichtung das Abtrennen bewirkt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abtrennen durch die Rotationsbewegung einer Trenneinrichtung erfolgt, deren Rotationsachse auf der die gemeinsame Längsachse von Hülse (10) und Fadenführerrohr (6) bildenden gedachten Mittellinie (18) liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Absaugen durch die als Absaugeinrichtung (25) ausgebildete Luntenabsaugung der Spinnstelle erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Eintreffen eines Wanderdoffers (26) an der Spinnstelle der Spinnfadenrest (15) mittels einer vom Wanderdoffer (26) mitgeführten Trenneinrichtung (27) abgetrennt wird und daß das Entfernen des Spinnfadenrestes (15) durch die Absaugeinrichtung (28) des Wanderdoffers (26) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Trenneinrichtung zum Abtrennen des Spinnfadenrestes (15) vom Garnkörper (9) und eine Absaugeinrichtung (25;28) zum Entfernen des so abgetrennten Spinnfadenrestes (15) vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Spinnstelle eine Trenneinrichtung zum Abtrennen des Spinnfadenrestes (15) vom Garnkörper (9) und eine Absaugeinrichtung (25) zum Entfernen des so abgetrennten Spinnfadenrestes (15) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luntenabsaugung der Topfspinnmaschine auch als Absaugeinrichtung (25) für den Spinnfadenrest (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtung mindestens ein in axialer Richtung der Hülse (10) bewegbares Messer (19) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trenneinrichtung mindestens ein um eine Rotationsachse drehbares Messer (19) aufweist, wobei die Rotationsachse auf der die gemeinsame Längsachse von Hülse (10) und Fadenführerrohr (6) bildenden gedachten Mittellinie (18) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (19) kronenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zum Topfspinnen Mittel zum Umsetzen der axialen Relativbewegung von Fadenführerrohr (6) und Hülse (10) in die Messerbewegung umfaßt, wobei die Mittel insbesondere aus einer wenigstens teilweise wendelförmig verlaufenden Nut (22) und einem in der Nut (22) bewegbaren Bolzen (23) bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Trenneinrichtung zum Abtrennen des Spinnfadenrestes (15) an einem Wanderdoffer (26) angeordnet ist und die Absaugeinrichtung des Wanderdoffers auch als Absaugeinrichtung (28) für den Spinnfadenrest (15) ausgebildet ist.
