Claims (11)
- Baumaschine (1) mit für unterschiedliche Bautätigkeiten vorgesehnen, auswechselbaren Auslegern (4), insbesondere Hydraulikbagger (2) mit einem Abbruchausleger (5) mit Betonschere (6) sowie einem Auslegerarm (7) mit Grablöffel (8), die über einen geteilten Maschinenausleger (10) verfügen, dessen Teilarme (11, 13) über eine Koppeleinrichtung (12) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Teilarm (13), der dem Hydraulikbagger (2) zugeordnet ist, mit zwei Bolzenaufnahmen ausgebildet ist
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bolzenaufnahmen (15, 18) gabelförmig sind und der mit den die Werkzeuge (6, 8) tragenden Verbindungsarmen verbunde Teilarm (11) mit zwei Bolzen (21, 22) ausgerüstet ist, von denen einer als Exzenterbolzen (22) ausgebildet ist. - Baumaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die obere, gabelförmige Bolzenaufnahme (15) ein zum oberen Rand (16) des Teilarms (13) freies Öffnungsmaul (17) aufweist, die untere, mit dem Exzenterbolzen (22) korrespondierende Bolzenaufnahme (18) dagegen ein zur Koppelkante (19) freies Öffnungsmaul (20). - Baumaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die untere Bolzenaufnahme (18) an der dem unteren Rand (24) des Teilarmes (13) abgewandten Kante (25) einen Stützvorsprung (26) ergebend ausgebildet ist. - Baumaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Stützvorsprung (26) eine abgerundete Einlaufkante (27) aufweist. - Baumaschine nach Anspruch 1 bis Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die untere Bolzenaufnahme (18) an der dem unteren Rand (24) des Teilarmes (13) zugewandten Kante (29) einen Einlaufbogen (28) ergebend ausgebildet ist. - Baumaschine nach Anspruch 1 bis Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Exzenterbolzen (22) ein mit der unteren Bolzenaufnahme (18) korrespondierend ausgebildetes Exzenterteil (30) aufweist, das aus der Bolzenmitte (31) versetzt angeordnet ist. - Baumaschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Exzenterteil (30) ein Stützteil (32) zugeordnet ist, das die Bolzenaufnahme (18) rundum überragend ausgebildet ist. - Baumaschine nach Anspruch 6 bis Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Exzenterbolzen (22) drehbar im Teilarm (11) gelagert ist. - Baumaschine nach Anspruch 6 bis Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Exzenterteil (30) und/oder dem Stützteil (32) ein Sicherungsarm (34) zugeordnet ist, der endseitig eine mit einer im Einlaufbogen (28) ausgebildeten Bolzenhalterung (40) korrespondierende Bohrung (35) aufweist. - Baumaschine nach Anspruch 6 bis Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Exzenterteil (30) und/oder Stützteil (32) ein Sicherungsarm (34) zugeordnet ist, der am freien Ende (36) über eine Halteschraube (37) mit dem Einlaufbogen (28) bzw. Teilarm (13) lösbar verbunden ist. - Baumaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Sicherungsarm (34) über eine die Halteschraube (37) aufnehmende Querbohrung (39) verfügt, die mit einem dem Einlaufbogen (28) zugeordneten Schraubblock (38) korrespondierend angeordnet und zu betätigen ist.
