Abstract
Description
Die beiden vorstehend genannten spezifischen Ausgestaltungen ergeben in Zusammenwirkung mit den erfindungsgemäßen Ansaugmitteln eine besonders effektive Handhabung der zu überführenden Banderolen, indem abziehende und überführende bzw. rückdrehende und zurückgerichtete Bewegungen von Saugrolle und Schlittenhub sich jeweils überlagernd ausführbar sind.

- einen weiteren Schnitt C-D gemäß Figur 1durch die Saugrolle in einer Übergabeposition zu einem anderen Transportmittel.
Zum Abziehen einzelner Steuerbanderolen 3 von der Unterseite des Banderolenstapels 2 und zum Überführen der vereinzelten Steuerbanderolen auf die Saugtrommel 6 ist zwischen dem Magazin 1 und der Saugtrommel 6 eine in Drehrichtung des Doppelpfeils 9 hin- und herdrehende Saugrolle 11 vorgesehen, die darüber hinaus zwischen einer Abnahmeposition unterhalb des Magazins 1 und einer Übergabeposition oberhalb des Saugtrommel 6 in Richtung des Doppelpfeils 12 hin- und herbewegbar ist. Diese Hin- und Herbewegung kann auf bekannte Weise, beispielsweise in Form einer Schlittenbewegung gemäß der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift 41 33 404 ausgeführt werden.
Die Saugrolle 11 ist gemäß Figur 2 mit einer Ansaugmulde 13 ausgestattet, an welche über die Saugrolle 11 durchsetzende Saugbohrungen 14 und einen Steuerschlitz 16 in einem stationären Steuerkörper 17 mittels einer Steuerleitung 18 Saugluft anlegbar ist. Darüber hinaus ist die Saugrolle 11 mit der Ansaugmulde 13 im Ansaugbereich der Steuerbanderole 3 in der Abzugsdrehrichtung (entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn) der Saugrolle 11 vorgeordneten Saugbohrungen 19 versehen, an die im Bereich eines Steuerschlitzes 21 des ortsfesten Steuerkörpers 17 gemäß Figur 3 über eine Steuerleitung 22 Saugluft anlegbar ist.
In der Entnahmestellung der Saugrolle 11 unterhalb des Magazins 1 zieht die an der Ansaugmulde 13 aktivierte Saugluft die unterste Steuerbanderole 3 an, die sich an die Wandung der Ansaugmulde 13 anlegt und damit vom übrigen Stapel 2 trennt. Durch Drehung der Saugrolle 11 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn wird die durch die Saugluft am Umfang festgehaltene Steuerbanderole 3 vom restlichen Stapel abgezogen, wobei sich gleichzeitig die Saugrolle 11 in Richtung des Doppelpfeils 12 schräg abwärts in Richtung auf die Saugtrommel 6 zubewegt. Durch den Muldeneinzug der Steuerbanderole 3 steht zunächst das vorlaufende Ende der Steuerbanderole von der Umfangsfläche der Saugrolle 11 ab. Sobald die Saugbohrungen 19 in der gezeigten mittleren Stellung der Saugrolle 11 in den Bereich des Steuerschlitzes 21 einlaufen und die Saugbohrungen 14 der Haltemulde 13 aus dem Bereich des zugeordneten Steuerschlitzes 16 auslaufen, wird das vorlaufende Ende der Steuerbanderole 3 an den Umfang der Saugrolle 11 angezogen und die Steuerbanderole im Bereich der Ansaugmulde 13 freigegeben, so daß die Steuerbanderole 3 auf ihrem restlichen Transportweg bis zur rechts außen dargestellten Übergabeposition am Umfang der Saugrolle 11 anliegt. Somit wird die Steuerbanderole 3 in der Übergabeposition tangential auf den Umfangsabschnitt 7 der Saugtrommel 6 übergeben, von deren Saugöffnungen 8 sie gehalten wird, während die Saugwirkung der Saugbohrungen 19 innerhalb der Saugrolle 11 unterbrochen wird.
Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Abziehen und Überführen flexibler streifen- bzw. blattförmiger Gegenstände von der Unterseite eines einen Stapel von Gegenständen bereithaltenden Magazins mittels einer drehbaren sowie zwischen dem Magazin und einem anschließenden Transportmittel hin- und herbewegbaren Saugrolle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugrolle (11) mit einer am Muldengrund durch ein- und abschaltbare Saugluft beaufschlagbaren Ansaugmulde (13) sowie mit der Ansaugmulde im Ansaugbereich des Gegenstandes (3) in der Abzugsdrehrichtung (Pfeil 9) der Saugrolle vorgeordneten, im Wechsel mit der abschaltbaren Ansaugmulde aktivierbaren Saugöffnungen (19) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das anschließende Transportmittel als die Gegenstände (3) auf erhabenen Umfangsflächenabschnitten (7) übernehmende Saugtrommel (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hinund Herbewegung der Saugrolle (11) zwischen dem Magazin (1) und dem anschließenden Transportmittel (6) durch einen linearen Schlittenhub (Doppelpfeil 12) ausführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugrolle (11) nach Ausführung einer Abzugsdrehung durch Rückdrehung (Doppelpfeil 9) in eine erneute Abzugsstellung positionierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß abziehende und überführende bzw. rückdrehende und zurückgerichtete Bewegungen von Saugrolle (11) und Schlittenhub (Doppelpfeil 12) sich jeweils überlagernd ausführbar sind.
