Die Rippen 17 der Trittplatte 2, eines der Verbindungsaugen 7 bzw. 8, eines der Trittplattenabstützelemente 9 bzw. 10 sowie weitere Abstützungen 18 zur Aufnahme und Führung eines bolzenförmigen Verbindungselementes 19. Im Bereich der gabelförmig ausgebildeten Trittplattenabstützelemente 9 bzw. 10 sind verwendungsabhängig unterschiedlich ausgebildete Gleit- und Führungselemente 20 in Form von Gleitsteinen vorgesehen. Desweiteren zeigen die Figuren 3 und 4 noch folgende Bauteile:
jeweils ein Antriebsorgan 21 in Form einer Laschenkette, eine Laufrolle 22, ein bolzenförmiges Element 23 sowie eine Aufnahmebuchse 24 für das bolzenförmige Element 23 im zugewandten Endbereich des Bolzens 19. In Figur 3 (Verkehrsrollsteig) sind die Laufrollen 22 zwischen den Laschen des Antriebsorgans 21 vorgesehen, während sie in Figur 4 (Kaufhausrollsteig) seitlich neben den Laschen des Antriebsorgans 21 angeordnet sind.

Claims (6)
- Palettenkörper für Rollsteige, bestehend aus einer Trittplatte (2) mit verzahnten Vorder- und Hinterkanten, Verbindungselementen (7,8) zur Aufnahme und zur Führung von Verbindungs- (19) und/oder Antriebsorganen (21) sowie Trittplattenabstützelementen (9,10) zur Aufnahme und zur Führung von mit korrespondierenden Bauteilen (19) bestückten vorausgehenden bzw. nachfolgenden Palettenkörpem (1), wobei die einstückig mit der Trittplatte (2) hergestellten Verbindungselemente (7,8) und die Trittplattenabstützelemente (9,10) unterhalb derselben angeordnet sind und mit vorgebbarem Abstand über die Vorder- (3) und Hinterkanten (4) der Trittpaltte (2) hinausragen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (7,8) hohlzylindrisch ausgebildet sind und der Drehpunkt (13,14) zwischen benachbarten Palettenkörpem (1) etwa mittig unterhalb der Endbereiche der ineinandergreifenden Verzahnungen (5,6) einzelner Trittplatten (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Palettenkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehpunkt (13,14) auf dem Schnittpunkt einer gedachten Trennlinie (15,16) unterhalb der Verzahnung (5,6) einzelner Trittplatten (2) mit der Horizontalachse der miteinander verbundenen Verbindungsaugen (7,8) sowie der Trittplattenabstützelemente (9,10) vorgesehen ist.
- Palettenkörper nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, in Transportrichtung des Rollsteiges gesehen, die als Verbindungsaugen (7,8) ausgebildeten Verbindungselemente unterhalb der Hinterkante (4) und die Trittplattenabstützelemente (9,10) unterhalb der Vorderkante (3) vorgesehen sind.
- Palettenkörper nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trittplattenabstützelemente (9,10) gabelförmig ausgebildet und ecknah etwa auf Höhe der seitlichen Begrenzungskanten (11,12) vorgesehen sind.
- Palettenkörper nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsaugen (7,8) aufeinanderfolgender Palettenkörper (1) im Bereich zwischen den Trittplattenabstützelementen (9,10) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zur Kontrolle und/oder Reparatur eines mit einer Vielzahl von Palettenkörpem (1) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5 ausgerüsteten Rollsteiges, indem in einem der Umlenkbereiche (25') der Palettenkörper (1) lediglich ein einzelner Palettenkörper (1) aus dem Band entfernt und das Band ohne den Palettenkörper (1) an die Kontroll- bzw. Reparaturstelle gefahren wird und vor Ort bedarfsweise weitere Palettenkörper (1) ohne Demontage von Bauteilen des Rollsteiges aus dem Band entfernt werden, wobei nach erfolgter Kontrolle bzw. Reparatur die vorstehenden Schritte in umgekehrter Reihenfolge durchgeführt werden.
