Description

The invention relates to a pallet body for moving walks, consisting of a step plate with toothed front and rear edges, connecting elements for receiving and guiding of connecting and / or drive elements and tread plate support elements for receiving and for guiding previous or equipped with corresponding components subsequent pallet bodies, the connecting elements produced in one piece with the tread plates and the tread plate support elements are arranged below the same and Protrude beyond the front and rear edges of the tread plate at a specified distance.

Der Drehpunkt liegt hierbei im Bereich der Gabeln außerhalb der Palettenkörper, so daß unzulässig breite Spalte, insbesondere in den Übergangsbereichen von der Horizontalen in geneigte Bereiche und umgekehrt, entstehen.DE-C 33 37 611 relates to a moving walkway system for the transport of people and goods with one endless treadmill belt horizontal-axis deflection and either a free or a roller-bearing traction chain and tread plates, each with two corners, in opposite positions arranged towing and trailing bolts, which differ systematically either directly supporting rollers and the draw bolts additionally carry the traction chain freely or indirectly supporting, tension bolts in traction chains with intermediate rollers and overlapping fork-shaped, have footplate support elements fastened by drag bolts. The customizable Pulling and trailing pins are on a system-independent, similar step plate interchangeably arranged and the tread plate rollers or fork-shaped tread plate support elements all tread plates are aligned with one another parallel to the tread band direction provided between the tread plate side walls and the traction chain inner plates. In this moving walk system, a pallet body can advantageously be independent of the moving walkway version (department store / traffic moving walkway) are used, however disadvantageously consists of a large number of components, which ultimately become a not inconsiderable one Widening the overall range or moving walkway, which ultimately is reflected in higher construction costs and higher costs. In addition, a pre-assembly must be carried out of the individual pallet bodies (factory) before they are made (to be provided by the customer) in the respective moving walkway. Another disadvantage of this The relatively large radii to be traversed in the transition areas are of a construction type to look from the inclination into the horizontal. The fulcrum lies in the area of Forks outside the pallet body, so that inadmissibly wide gaps, especially in the Transitional areas from horizontal to inclined areas and vice versa arise.

It is also generally known to cast pallet bodies for moving walkways produce that on the tread plates connecting elements and tread plate support elements be molded on. However, these economically manufactured pallet bodies have the disadvantage that due to the arrangement of the connecting elements and the tread plate support elements below the tread plates, especially in the critical transition areas form larger gaps from the slope into the horizontal area as soon as smaller radii be considered at these points. Thus, this can also be general well-known St.d.T. the length of the moving walkway is not reduced, which is ultimately higher Costs. As a result of the connecting elements open at the bottom, it appears above it also problematic to install the pallet body directly in the moving walkway, so that there is also increased assembly effort.

The object of the invention is one in the generic part of the first claim to further develop described pallet bodies for moving sidewalks in that construction as compact as possible, on the one hand direct assembly (without further Pre-assembly) of the pallet body in the associated moving walkway and on the other hand the circumferential radii of the transition areas and thus the overall length of the moving walk can be significantly reduced.

This goal is achieved in that the connecting elements are hollow cylindrical are formed and the pivot point between adjacent pallet bodies approximately in the middle provided below the end portions of the interlocking teeth of individual tread plates is.

Advantageous further developments of the subject matter of the invention can be found in the subclaims.

The fact that the connecting eyes and the tread plate support elements differ from St.d.T. now provided near the corner within the lateral boundary edges below the tread plates are, a system is designed in which the entire moving walkway in its entire width and its overall length can be reduced in material. Another advantage is can be seen in the fact that a uniform compact range for both the department store and the transport sector is given. The compact range according to the invention includes integrated, Fork-shaped tread plate support elements cast on below the tread plate Connection with cast-on connection eyes. By shifting the fulcrum between the individual pallets there are ultimately smaller (convex) transition arches in the respective transition areas of the moving walk. On cast bolts, as in St.d.T. can be completely dispensed with in the subject matter of the invention, since no separate tread plate support elements are used. same for for the pre-assembly of the pallets, which is also no longer necessary, since corresponding components, such as rollers, drive chains or the like. are provided in a simple manner.

As a result of the shifting of the fulcrum, smaller construction heights can be achieved in the landing areas can be achieved in that - seen in the direction of travel - the respective pallet trailing edges no longer swing out so far, i.e. move up as if the fulcrum like at St.d.T. would be accepted. This measure comes in particular for use cases where, e.g. Shopping carts being moved on inclined moving walkways where a too high landing area would lead to undesirable bumps. Furthermore, a method for checking and / or repairing one with a plurality according to the invention Pallet body equipped moving walkway proposed, in which in one the deflection areas of the pallet body only a single pallet body from the belt removed and the belt moved to the inspection or repair point without the pallet body is and if necessary, further pallet bodies are removed from the belt, whereby After checking or repairing the above steps in reverse order be performed.

This is made possible by the arrangement of the tread plate support and connecting elements on the one hand below the tread plate and on the other hand within its side Boundary edges deviating from the St.D.T. no more components over the side boundary edges protrude. This means that the pallet body is the width of the moving walk, correspond in particular to the width of the baseboards, so that after removal of a Pallet body at the inspection or repair point no base parts or the like components in advance must be removed before further pallet bodies can be removed from the belt. Until now, either a certain number of pallet bodies had to be used in the deflection areas be removed before the belt can then be moved to the appropriate location or but a partial disassembly of the moving sidewalk can be made on site for repair to be able to perform. The method according to the invention can be used for control purposes or repair necessary time and material expenditure compared to the previous procedure be reduced considerably, which ultimately results in a cost reduction.

Figures 1 and 2 show the pallet body according to the invention in different views 1. Figure 1 shows the pallet body 1 in plan view and Figure 2 in side view. The Pallet body 1 is provided with a step plate 2 ribbed in the transport direction, which in the area their front edge 3 and in the area of their rear edge 4 over the entire length of the pallet body 1 has extending teeth 5 or 6. The connecting eyes 7,8 are used for receiving and guiding connecting elements, not shown here in the form of bolts or the like, on which rollers and / or transport chains are shifted (e.g. plugged on) while the tread plate support elements 9, 10 are fork-shaped are and with connecting bolts preceding or following pallet body 1 are in operative connection. As is known, the pallet bodies 1 are usually made of Die-cast aluminum, so that the connecting eyes 7,8 and the tread plate support elements 9, 10, preferably at the locations provided below the tread plate 2 in their corner areas are cast on. Both the connecting eyes 7,8 as well the tread plate support elements 9, 10 are within the lateral boundary edges 11, 12 of FIG Step plate 2 provided and only protrude a predetermined distance over the teeth 5.6 of the front 3 and the rear edge 4 also. In particular recognizable in Figure 2 are the front pivot point 13 and the rear pivot point 14, which are in the extension of the imaginary dividing line 15, 16 between preceding and following pallet bodies 1 are provided approximately halfway down the gear teeth 5, 6 below the same.

FIGS. 3 and 4 show exemplary embodiments on the one hand for a moving walkway that can be used, for example, in a department store and on the other hand for a moving walkway that can be used, for example, in an airport, the following components being recognizable:
The ribs 17 of the tread plate 2, one of the connecting eyes 7 and 8, one of the tread plate support elements 9 and 10 and further supports 18 for receiving and guiding a bolt-shaped connecting element 19. In the area of the fork-shaped tread plate support elements 9 and 10, differently designed slides are used depending on the use - And guide elements 20 are provided in the form of sliding blocks. 3 and 4 also show the following components:
in each case a drive element 21 in the form of a link chain, a roller 22, a bolt-shaped element 23 and a receiving bush 24 for the bolt-shaped element 23 in the facing end region of the bolt 19. In FIG. 3 (traffic moving walkway), the rollers 22 are provided between the plates of the drive element 21 , while in Figure 4 (department store moving walkway) they are arranged laterally next to the tabs of the drive member 21.

Figure 5 shows a partial representation of a transition area for the pallet body 1 one further illustrated moving walk system from the inclination to the horizontal. The individual pallet bodies 1 are constructed essentially analogously to Figures 1 and 2, so that the same Reference numerals also apply to the same components. You can see the gripped tread plates 2, below which - seen in the direction of transport - not in the area of the leading edge 3 here recognizable connecting eyes 7 and in the area of the rear edge 4 the tread plate support elements 9 are molded technically and the sliding blocks 20. Also indicated are the Bolts 19. The toothings 5, 6 of adjacent pallet bodies 1 mesh in a known manner with each other, so that the gap formation between the individual pallet bodies 1 in acceptable Tolerances. Since the connecting eyes 7 and the tread plate support elements 9 in merged form of the pallet body 1 lie on a spatial level, also fall the pivot points 13, 14 on a horizontal line. The fulcrums 13, 14 are centered here under the intermeshing serrations 5, 6 between the individual pallet bodies 1 in the extension of the imaginary dividing lines 15, 16. By this measure, smaller ones (Convex) transition arches in the respective transition areas from the slope to the Horizontal possible.

FIG. 6 shows the region bordered in FIG. 5 in an enlarged representation. The following components can be seen in area 25 between two pallet bodies 1:
the rear area 4 of the preceding pallet body 1, the front area 3 of the adjoining pallet body 1, a step plate support element 9 including sliding block 20 and the bolt 19. The pivot points 13, 14 lie at a predetermined distance below the toothing 5, 6 of the two pallet bodies 1 namely on the imaginary dividing line 15, 16.

Since the individual Components of the moving walk, in particular the individual pallet body 1, in the previous ones Figures have already been sufficiently described, they will no longer be in this figure discussed. An essential criterion of Figure 7 is that due to the shifting of the fulcrum 13,14 in the area below the toothing 5,6 these areas hardly in the Swivel the pallet body 1 upwards around the sprocket 26, which is only indicated here.

This is particularly illustrated by FIG. 8, in which the landing area 27 is formed through a comb support plate 28. The individual pallet bodies 1 are here merely hinted at, whereby the curve shown shows that the individual pallet bodies 1, especially the rear areas, hardly swing out. That means, that the comb carriers 28 provided in the landing area 27 or those interacting therewith Comb 29 can be greatly reduced in height, which ultimately the Transition 25 'from the moving walk, i.e. from the pallet body 1 to the landing area 27 is coming. This is particularly true when handling shopping carts, for example, which then can be pushed more easily from the pallet body 1 onto the landing area 27.
