Claims (7)
- Spinnereimaschinen-Streckwerk mit Unterwalzen und mit Oberwalzen sowie mit Unterriemchen und mit Oberriemchen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Streckwerk (1) durch Entnehmen eines Luntenverdichtungsaggregates (19) am Ausgang des Streckwerkes und durch Anpassen der Anordnung der weiteren Streckwerks-Bestandteile (2 bis 5, 7 bis 12) das Streckwerk einer Luntenverdichtungsfunktion entkleidet und auf ein Streckwerk ohne Luntenverdichterfunktion umgerüstet werden kann bzw. umgekehrt. - Spinnereimaschinen-Streckwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Lagerungen der Unterwalzen (2 bis 5) und die Walzenhalter (22) der Oberwalzen (10, 13) gleich ausgebildet sind. - Spinnereimaschinen-Streckwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Durchmesser der Unterwalzen (2 bis 5) zumindest annähernd gleich groß sind. - Spinnereimaschinen-Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zum Anpassen der Anordnung der weiteren Streckwerks-Bestandteile (2 bis 4, 7 bis 12) auch die dem Luntenverdichtungsaggregat (19) zugeordnete Gegenwalze (5) entnommen wird. - Spinnereimaschinen-Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zum Anpassen der Anordnung der weiteren Streckwerks-Bestandteile (2 bis 4, 7 bis 12) die verbliebenen Unterwalzen (2, 3, 4), Oberwalzen (10), Unterriemchen (11) und Oberriemchen (12) um jeweils eine Position in Richtung des Laufes der Faserlunte (17) versetzt werden. - Spinnereimaschinen-Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zum Anpassen der Anordnung der weiteren Streckwerks-Bestandteile (2, 3, 7 bis 12) auch die dem Luntenverdichtungs-Walzenpaar (5/16) vorgeordnete Unterwalze (4) entnommen wird und die verbliebenen Unterwalzen (2, 3), Oberwalzen (10), Unterriemchen (11) und Oberriemchen (12) um jeweils eine Position in Richtung des Laufes der Faserlunte (17) versetzt werden. - Spinnereimaschinen-Streckwerk nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Verdichtungsaggregat (19) die Funktion einer Oberwalze (13) hat.
