Claims (42)
- Drehzylinder (7) für ein Epilationsgerät (1) mit mehreren im wesentlichen winklig versetzt zueinander angeordneten Paaren von Klemmelementen (8, 62, 63, 64) und mit Betätigungselementen (22, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55) um die Klemmlamellen (28, 29, 41, 46, 47, 48) der Klemmelementen (8, 62, 63, 64) im Bereich einer Zupfzone paarweise in Klemmkontakt zueinander zu bringen und sie anschließend wieder voneinander zu trennen, sowie mit wenigstens einem Steuerelement (18, 49) zur Ansteuerung der Betätigungselemente (22, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55), wobei jedem Paar von Klemmelementen (8, 62, 63, 64) ein separates, einzeln bewegbares, einstückiges Betätigungselement (22, 50 51, 52, 53, 55) und ein Auflager (33) für wenigstens eine Klemmlamelle (28, 29, 41, 46, 47, 48) zugeordnet ist, und daß die wenigstens eine Klemmlamelle (28, 29, 41, 46, 47, 48) bei einer Betätigung des Betätigungselements (22, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55) eine Schwenkbewegung um das Auflager (33) ausführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auflager (33) eine definierte Schwenkachse, welche die Drehachse des Drehzylinders schneidet, bildet.
- Drehzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungselemente (22, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55) zwischen jedem Paar Klemmelemente (8, 62, 63, 64) und dem korrespondierenden Steuerelement (14, 15) parallel zur Drehachse des Drehzylinders (7) verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
- Drehzylinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Paare von Klemmelementen (8, 62, 63, 64) in einer Linie axial versetzt zueinander auf dem Drehzylinder (7) angeordnet sind und die Zupfzone gleichzeitig durchlaufen.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Paar von Klemmelementen (8, 62, 63, 64) aus einer feststehenden und einer schwenkbaren Klemmlamelle (41, 47) gebildet ist, wobei das schwenkbare Klemmelement (41, 47) näher zu einer stirnseitigen Außenseite des Drehzylinders (7) angeordnet ist, als die feststehende Klemmlamelle (28, 29, 46, 48).
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (22, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55) an die dem Steuerelement (14) zugewandte Fläche der bewegbaren Klemmlamelle (41, 47) andrückbar ist.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Paare von Klemmelementen (8, 62, 63, 64) durch eine einstückige feststehende (28, 29, 46, 48) und eine bewegbare Klemmlamelle (41, 47) gebildet sind.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmlamellen (28, 29, 41, 46, 47, 48) den Drehzylinder (7) diametral durchdringen.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerelement (14, 15) als Steuerscheibe ausgebildet ist, welche eine Steuerkurve (49, 54), insbesondere eine schiefe Ebene aufweist und stirnseitig zu dem Drehzylinder (7) angeordnet ist.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Steuerelement (14, 15) eine Druckrolle (16) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckrolle (16) aus der Steuerkurve (49, 54), insbesondere aus der schiefen Ebene, in Richtung auf das Betätigungselement (22, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55) hin, herausragt.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (22, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55) als stiftartiges Druckelement, insbesondere als zylindrischer Druckstift oder Steuerbolzen ausgebildet ist.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (22, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55) in einer Bohrung (24, 35) des Drehzylinders (7) axial verschiebbar geführt ist, wobei die Bohrung im wesentlichen parallel zur Rotationsachse (68) des Drehzylinders (7) verläuft.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrungen (24, 35) für alle Betätigungselemente (22, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55) eines Drehzylinders (7) auf einem gemeinsamen Teilkreis liegen.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungselemente (22, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55), welche zwei korrespondierenden, diametral zueinander angeordneten Paaren von Klemmelementen (8, 62, 63, 64) insbesondere einem Paar von Klemmlamellen (41, 46, oder 47, 48), zugeordnet sind, die gleiche Länge oder eine nahezu gleiche Länge aufweisen.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Druckstifte bzw. die als Steuerbolzen ausgebildeten Betätigungselemente (20, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55) an ihrem äußeren, dem Steuerelement (14, 15) zugewandten Ende, jeweils eine hammerkopfartige Verdickung (56) aufweisen.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Druckstifte, insbesondere die als Steuerbolzen ausgebildeten Betätigungselemente (20, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55) so zueinander beabstandet sind, damit die dem Steuerelement (14, 15) zugewandten Stirnseiten der Verdickungen (56) aller Betätigungselemente (20, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55) eine im wesentlichen geschlossene kreisringförmige Fläche bilden.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Zupfzonen aufweisende Klemmlamelle (28, 29, 41, 46, 47, 48) streifenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwenkbare Klemmlamelle (41, 47), Schwenklager aufweist, welche bevorzugt als zwei im wesentlichen zur Längsachse der Klemmlamelle (41, 47) spiegelsymmetrische Ausbuchtungen oder Nasen (45) der Längsseiten der Klemmlamelle (41, 47) ausgebildet sind und daß das Schwenklager die Klemmlamelle (41) in zwei Klemmelemente halbiert, welche insbesondere geringfügig unterschiedliche radiale Längen aufweisen.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmlamellen (28, 29 ,41, 46, 47, 48) als Blechstanzteil hergestellt sind.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehzylinder (7) aus mehreren scheibenartigen Bauteilen, insbesondere kreiszylindrischen Scheiben (10, 11) besteht, welche im wesentlichen parallel nebeneinander und unmittelbar aneinanderliegend angeordnet sind.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Scheibe (10, 11) wenigstens eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme eines Klemmelementes, insbesondere einer Klemmlamelle (28, 29, 41, 46, 47, 48) aufweist.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Scheibe (10, 11) auf ihrer Vorder- und/oder Rückseite eine nutartige Ausnehmung, insbesondere eine Nut (25, 26, 36, 37), zur Aufnahme einer Klemmlamelle (28, 29, 41, 46, 47, 48) aufweist, wobei die Nut insbesondere diametral verläuft.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (25, 26, 37) zur Vorder- und/oder Rückseite der Scheibe (10, 11) geneigt zur Aufnahme eines nicht bewegbaren, Klemmelementes, insbesondere einer Klemmlamelle (28, 29, 46, 48) vorgesehen ist.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Scheibe (10, 11) auf ihrer Vorder- und Rückseite jeweils eine Nut (25, 26, 36 37) aufweist und die Längsachsen dieser Nuten (25, 26, 36, 37) um die Drehachse der Scheibe (10, 11) zueinander verdreht angeordnet sind.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Nut (36) beidseitig geneigt ist zur Vorder- und/oder Rückseite einer Scheibe (11), so daß die Nuttiefe (38, 39) von der Scheibenmitte zu den äußeren Umfangsbereichen der Scheibe (11) hin zunimmt und diese Nut (36) zur Aufnahme der schwenkbaren Klemmelemente, insbesondere einer schwenkbaren Klemmlamelle (41, 47) vorgesehen ist.
- Drenhzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorder- und/oder Rückseite der Scheibe (11) Ausnehmungen (40) zur Aufnahme der Schwenkager, beispielsweise als der Nasen ausgebildeten Ausbuchtungen (45) einer schwenkbaren Klemmlamelle (41, 47) aufweist, welche insbesondere mit der beidseitig geneigten Nut (36) angeordnet und im wesentlichen in der Mitte der Scheibe (11) angeordnet sind.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je zwei korrespondierende Nuten (25, 36) benachbarter Scheiben (10, 11) ein Paar von Klemmelementen (8, 62, 63, 64), insbesondere eine feststehende Klemmlamelle (28, 29, 46, 48) und eine schwenkbare Klemmlamelle (41, 47) aufnehmen.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei unterschiedliche Arten von Scheiben, insbesondere eine mittlere Scheibe (10) und äußere Scheibe (11) vorgesehen sind.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mittlere Scheibe (10) auf ihrer Vorder- und Rückseite je eine einseitig geneigte Nut (25, 26) aufweist.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine äußere Scheibe (11) auf ihrer Vorderseite eine beidseitig geneigte (36) und auf ihrer Rückseite eine einseitig geneigte Nut (37) aufweist.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zu beiden Seiten einer mittleren Scheibe (10) jeweils eine Mehrzahl gleichartiger äußerer Scheiben (11) anschließt.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf jeweils einer Seite der mittleren Scheibe (10) alle äußeren Scheiben (11) gleichsinnig nebeneinander angeordnet sind, insbesondere die Seiten der Scheiben (11) mit den beidseitig geneigten Nuten (36) nach außen zu den Stirnseiten des Drehzylinders (7) zeigen.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheiben, insbesondere die mittleren (10) und die äußeren Scheiben (11) aus Kunststoff gebildet sind.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Mantelfläche des Drehzylinders (7) wenigstens eine Einfädelnut (59, 60, 61, 65, 66, 67), insbesondere zur Führung der zu epilierenden Haare, vorgesehen ist.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfädelnut (59, 60, 61, 65, 66, 67) schraubenlinienförmig, insbesondere mit einer geringen Steigung, angeordnet ist.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfädelnut (59, 60, 61) von einem ersten Paar von Klemmelementen (8, 62, 63, 64) zu einem zweiten Paar von Klemmelementen (8, 62, 63, 64) führt, welches die Zupfzone nach dem ersten Paar von Klemmelementen durchläuft und winklig versetzt zu dem ersten Paar von Klemmelementen angeordnet ist.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfädelnut (65, 66, 67) eine Verzweigung aufweist, welche von einem ersten Paar von Klemmelementen (62) zu einem zweiten oder einem dritten Paar Klemmelementen (63, 64) führt, wobei die zweiten und dritten Paare von Klemmelementen (64, 64) jeweils axial in unterschiedlichen Richtungen und winklig versetzt zu dem ersten Paar von Klemmelementen (62) angeordnet sind.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Einfädelnuten (59, 60, 61, 65, 66, 67) parallel nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Paare von Klemmelementen (8, 62, 63, 64) welche einem Paar Klemmlamellen (28, 29, 41, 46, 47, 48) zugeordnet und im wesentlichen diametral gegenüber angeordnet sind, zwei unterschiedliche, insbesondere versetzt zueinander angeordneten Einfädelnuten (59, 60, 61, 65, 66, 67) zugeordnet sind.
- Drehzylinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser eine im wesentlichen geschlossene, glatte Mantelfläche aufweist.
- Epilationsgerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Drehzylinder (7) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche enthält.
- Epilationsgerät nach Anspruch 41, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehzylinder (7) an wenigstens einer Stirnseite eine Steuerscheibe (14, 15) mit einer Steuerkurve (49, 54) und eine Andruckplatte (17), zur Aufnahme einer Druckfeder (19), mit einer Steuerkurve (18), insbesondere einer schiefen Ebene zur Klemmkraftverstellung aufweist.
