Ein solcher zum Verpacken von Gruppen von Zigarettenpäckchen vorgesehener Packmaterialzuschnitt 4 weist einen ersten Flächenabschnitt 62, beidseits daran anschließend einen zweiten und einen dritten Flächenabschnitt 63 bzw. 64 sowie einen vierten Flächenabschnitt 66 auf. Diese Flächenabschnitte entsprechen in ihrer Größe und Anordnung den Längsseiten der zu verpackenden Gruppen 2. An den dritten Flächenabschnitt 63 des Zuschnitts schließt sich ein Verschlußlappen 67 an. Stirnseitig weist der Zuschnitt Flächenabschnitte 68 und 69 sowie ebenfalls Verschlußlappen 71 auf. Die Flächenabschnitte 62 bis 67 des Zuschnitts sind durch Faltlinien 72a bis 72d voneinander bzw. von dem Verschlußlappen 67 getrennt. Auch die anderen umzufaltenden Flächenabschnitte des Zuschnitts sind durch entsprechende Faltlinien voneinander getrennt. Entlang den Faltlinien kann der Zuschnitt z. B. durch eine Rillung vorgeschwächt sein, um das Falten des Zuschnittes zu erleichtern. In der Figur 2 sind der Zuschnitt, die Flächenabschnitte und die Faltlinien, soweit sie erkennbar sind, strichpunktiert eingezeichnet.
Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Einschlagen von Gruppen von Zigarettenpackungen- in insbesondere kartonartige Packmaterialzuschnitte mit einer Aufnahme (3) zum verarbeitungsgerechten Positionieren eines Zuschnitts (4), mit einer die Aufnahme (3) im Bereich eines einer Seitenfläche einer Gruppe (2) entsprechenden ersten Flächenabschnitts (62) eines darin positionierten Zuschnitts (4) kreuzenden Packungsbahn (8) und mit Mitteln (9) zum Fördern einer Gruppe (2) entlang der Packungsbahn (8) gegen den ersten Flächenabschnitt (62) eines in der Aufnahme (3) positionierten Zuschnitts (4) und weiter unter Mitführung und wenigstens dreiseitiger Herumfaltung des Zuschnitts (4) um die Gruppe (2) durch die Zuschnittaufnahme (3) hindurch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel (30) zum Herabsetzen der Relativgeschwindigkeit von Gruppe (2) und Zuschnitt (4) mindestens für den Moment des Auftreffens der Gruppe (2) auf den Zuschnitt (4) vorgesehen sind, denen eine Falteinrichtung (6), vorzugsweise ein drehbarer Faltrevolver, nachgeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Mittel (30) zum Herabsetzen der Relativgeschwindigkeit von Gruppe (2) und Zuschnitt (4) eine in Förderrichtung (13) der Gruppe entlang der Packungsbahn (8) wenigstens teilweise durch die Zuschnittaufnahme (3) hindurch und zurück verfahrbare Vorschubeinrichtung (30) dient, welche während ihrer Vorwärtsbewegung einen in der Aufnahme (3) positionierten Zuschnitt (4) vor und bis zu dem Auftreffen einer in der Packungsbahn (8) folgenden Gruppe (2) der Gruppe in Förderrichtung (13) vorauseilend bewegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit der Vorschubeinrichtung (30) kleiner als die Fördergeschwindigkeit der Grupppe (2) in der Packungsbahn (8) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Mittel (30) zum Herabsetzen der Relativgeschwindigkeit von Gruppe (2) und Zuschnitt (4) ein die Gruppe in der Packungsbahn (8) bis zum Auftreffen auf einen Zuschnitt führendes, in Förderrichtung (13) der Gruppen entlang der Packungsbahn vorwärts und zurück durch die Zuschnittaufnahme (3) verfahrbares Mundstück (23, 26a, 26b) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mundstück (23, 26a, 26b) an einem entlang parallel zur Packungsbahn (8) verlaufenden Führungen (29) verfahrbaren Schlitten (28) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Fördern der Gruppen (2) in der Packungsbahn (8) ein Einschuborgan (9) vorgesehen ist, und daß eine die Bewegungen der den Zuschnitt (4) bewegenden Vorschubeinrichtung (30) und des Einschuborgans (9) so steuernde Antriebs- und Steueranordnung (78) vorgesehen ist, daß ein in der Packungsbahn (8) geförderte Gruppe (2) die in Förderrichtung (13) bewegte Vorschubeinrichtung (30) überholt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung (30) eine Falteinrichtung (45) mit Mitteln (47, 48) zum Vorknicken eines in der Aufnahme (3) positionierten Zuschnitts (4) an den ersten Flächenabschnitt (62) begrenzenden Faltlinien (72a, 72b) vor dem Auftreffen einer Gruppe (2) auf den Zuschnitt (4) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung (30) als Mundstück (23) mit den Faltlinien (72a, 72b) des ersten Flächenabschnitts (62) eines in der Aufnahme (3) positionierten Zuschnitts (4) übereinstimmenden Faltkanten (73) ausgebildet ist, daß die Falteinrichtung (45) mit dem Mundstück (23) verbunden ist und wenigstens ein Faltorgan (47, 48) aufweist und daß bei der Bewegung des Mundstücks (23) entlang der Packungsbahn (8) das Mundstück und/oder das Faltorgan aus einer ersten Position, in der die Aufnahme zwischen ihnen liegt, in eine zweite Position, in der das Faltorgan das Mundstück über die Faltkanten (73) hinweg rückwärts übergreift, und zurück relativ zueinander bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mundstück (23) aus einer die Zuschnittaufnahme (3) freigebenden zurückgezogenen Stellung gegen die vorzuknickenden Faltlinien (72a, 72b) eines in der Aufnahme (3) positionierten Zuschnitts (4) und weiter durch die Aufnahme hindurch und zurück bewegbar ist und daß die Faltorgane als Faltplatten (47, 48) ausgebildet sind, welche seitlich am Mundstück (23) oder an einem das Mundstück tragenden Schlitten (28) angelenkt und rückwärts über die Faltkanten des Mundstücks hinweg schwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Faltplatte (47, 48) eine der Größe eines dem ersten benachbarten zweiten Flächenabschnitts (63, 66) eines in der Aufname (3) positionierten Zuschnitts (4) entsprechende Ausdehnung hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltplatten (47, 48) in ihrer mit dem Zuschnitt (4) in Kontakt kommenden Anschlagfläche Ausnehmungen (76, 77) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der radial äußere Längsrand der Faltplatten (47, 48) als Faltkante ausgebildet ist, welche im wesentlichen parallel zu einer den zugehörigen Flächenabschnitt (63, 64) eines in der Aufnahme (3) positionierten Zuschnitts (4) außen begrenzenden Faltlinie (72d, 72c) verläuft und entlang einem Schwenkbogen um die Schwenkachse (52, 58) der betreffenden Faltplatte bewegbar ist, und daß dem Schwenkbogen außen benachbart ein Faltelement (74) mit einer dem Schwenkbogen zugewandten Faltkante zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Faltelement wenigstens eine, vorzugsweis zwei benachbart zum Schwenkbogen der betreffenden Faltplatte (47, 48) in deren Bewegungsrichtung verlaufende Rundführungen (74) aufweist.
