Die Ausführungsform gemäß Figur 8 unterscheidet sich von der Ausführungsform gemäß Figur 7 durch Fortlassen der Lagerbuchse 71, indem der Spindelschaft 3 etwa entsprechend Figur 4 mit einer eingeschliffenen Lagerlaufbahn 3.1 versehen ist.
Claims (17)
- Doppeldraht-Zwirnspindel, enthaltend:a) eine rotatorisch antreibbare Spindel (3),b) einen auf der Spindel (3) gelagerten, gegen Rotation gesicherten Schutztopf (6),c) eine mit der Spindel (3) drehfest verbundene Drehscheibe (7), die einen an eine Spindelhohlachse (6.3; 6.4) angeschlossenen, radial verlaufenden Fadenkanal (7.1) aufweist und einen den Schutztopf (6) umgebenden Zylindermantel (9) trägt, der oberhalb der Fadenaustrittsöffnung des Fadenkanals (7.1) mindestens ein Fadenführungsorgan aufweist, gekennzeichnet durchd) ein die Drehscheibe (7) und den Zylindermantel (9) umgebendes, frei drehbar gelagertes Zwischengehäuse (11), unde) ein das Zwischengehäuse (11) aufnehmendes stationäres Außengehäuse 1.
- Dircktkablier-Zwirnspindel, enthaltend:a) eine rotatorisch antreibbare Spindel (83) mit hohlem Spindelschaft (83.1),b) einen auf der Spindel (83) gelagerten, gegen Rotation gesicherten Schutztopf (86),c) eine mit der Spindel (83) drehfest verbundene Drehscheibe (83.2), die einen an den hohlen Spindelschaft (83.1) angeschlossenen, radial verlaufenden Fadenkanal (83.3) aufweist und einen den Schutztopf (86) umgebenden Zylindermantel (89) trägt, der oberhalb der Fadenaustrittsöffnung des Fadenkanals (83.3) mindestens ein Fadenführungsorgan aufweist,d) ein die Drehscheibe (83.2) und den Zylindermantel (89) umgebendes, frei drehbar gelagertes Zwischengehäuse (91), unde) ein das Zwischengehäuse (91) aufnehmendes stationäres Außengehäuse (81).
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fadenführungsorgan (9.1 bzw. 89.1) an die Fadenaustrittsöffnung des Fadenkanals (7.1 bzw. 83.3) anschließt und sich vorzugsweise über die gesamte Zylindermantelhöhe erstreckt.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fadenführungsorgan die Form eines Fadenführungskanals (9.1 bzw. 89.1) hat.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schutztopf (6 bzw. 86.2) zur Aufnahme mindestens einer Vorlagespule (A bzw. S) als Spulenträger ausgebildet ist.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Doppeldraht-Zwirnspindel ausgebildet ist, und daß in dem Schutztopf (6) mindestens zwei OE-Spinnturbinen (70, 70) zur Erzeugung von in die Spindelhohlachse einführbaren Spinnfäden untergebracht sind.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Doppeldraht-Zwirnspindel ausgebildet ist,
und daß der Spindelschaft (3) in einer und das Zwischengehäuse, d.h Energiespartopf (11), auf einer stationären Lagernabe (40) drehbar gelagert sind. - Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Boden (1.1) des Außengehäuses (1) eine die Lagernabe (40) bildende Lagerhülse eingesetzt ist, deren Innenmantelfläche eine eingeschliffene Lagerlaufbahn (40.1) aufweist und damit eine integrierte Außenringlagerung für den Spindelschaft (3) bildet, und deren Außenmantelfläche mit einer eingeschliffenen Lagerlaufbahn (40.2) versehen ist und damit eine integrierte Innenringlagerung für das Zwischengehäuse (11) bildet, dessen Lagernabe (11.1) mit einem Lageraußenring (50) ausgerüstet ist.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spindelschaft (3) zur Bildung einer integrierten Innenringlagerung eine eingeschliffene Lagerlaufbahn (3.1) aufweist.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Spindelschaft (3) eine Lagerbuchse (33, 71) aufgezogen ist, die auf ihrer Außenseite zur Bildung einer integrierten Innenringlagerung eine eingeschliffene Laufbahn aufweist.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Doppeldraht-Zwirnspindel ausgebildet ist, und daß der Spindelschaft (3) drehbar in einem stationären Lageraußenring (60) gelagert ist, und daß das Zwischengehäuse (11) drehbar auf dem Spindelschaft (3) gelagert ist.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spindelschaft (3) zur Bildung integrierter Innenringlagerungen mit eingeschliffenen Lagerlaufbahnen (3.1 bzw. 3.2) versehen ist.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Spindelschaft (3) eine Lagerbuchse (61, 71) aufgezogen ist, die auf ihrer Außenseite zur Bildung integrierter Innenringlagerungen eingeschliffene Lagerlaufbahnen (61.1; 61.2) aufweist.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Doppeldraht-Zwirnspindel ausgebildet ist, und daß das Zwischengehäuse (11) mittels einer Zwischenhülse (70) drehbar in einem stationären Lageraußenring (60) gelagert ist, und daß der Spindelschaft (3) seinerseits drehbar innerhalb der Zwischenhülse (70) gelagert ist.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spindelschaft (3) zur Bildung einer integrierten Innenringlagerung mit einer eingeschliffenen Lagerlaufbahn (3.1) versehen ist.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den Spindelschaft (3) eine Lagerbuchse (71) aufgezogen ist, die zur Bildung einer Innenringlagerung mit einer eingeschliffenen Laufbahn versehen ist.
- Zwirnspindel nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenhülse (70) auf ihrer Innenseite zur Bildung einer Außenringlagerung mit einer eingeschliffenen Lagerlaufbahn (70.2) und in ihrem unteren Bereich auf ihrer Außenseite zur Bildung einer Innenringlagerung mit einer eingeschliffenen Lagerlaufbahn (70.1) versehen ist.
