Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de rattrapage pour tampons latéraux de wagons à marchandises, se composant d'une pièce de tête, de tampons latéraux et d'un dispositif de rattrapage, caractérisé en ce que les deux tampons latéraux (4) sont disposés de manière déplaçable parallèlement l'un à l'autre et sont fixés sur des rosettes de tampons mobiles (7) avec des paliers de guidage (8) et des tubes de guidage principaux (11) sur une pièce de tête (2), la pièce de tête (2) étant disposée en retrait de la dimension d'une course de rattrapage (6) des tampons latéraux (4) par rapport à un support d'accouplement (3) et des tubes de stabilisation de rotation latéraux et/ou inférieurs (9 ; 10) ayant chacun un tube de réception (12) étant reçus dans la structure avant d'un châssis (1) et en ce que le tube de guidage principal (11) reçoit en lui des pièces de raccordement (13) pour un dispositif de rattrapage mécanique ou hydraulique (14), qui se trouve entre le tube de guidage principal (11) et le châssis (1), le dispositif de rattrapage (14) présentant des éléments de force de rappel à double action (15), qui garantissent le retour constant des tampons latéraux (4) dans la position centrale et en ce qu'un anneau de guidage (16) est disposé dans la région des extrémités extérieures de chaque tube de réception (12) dans la pièce de tête (2), au moins toutefois à l'extrémité arrière du tube de guidage principal (11).
  2. Dispositif de rattrapage pour tampons latéraux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de rattrapage hydraulique (14) reçoit le tube de guidage principal (11) avec sa pièce de raccordement (13), un cylindre de rattrapage hydraulique (19) à double action, aux deux extrémités duquel, entre le tube de guidage principal (11) et le tube de réception (12), qui est fixé dans la pièce de tête (2) réalisée en forme de caisse et qui possède une pièce de fond (20), sont disposées des pièces d'articulation (21) pour produire l'appui à cardan nécessaire entre le cylindre de rattrapage (19) dans le tube de réception (12) et la pièce de tête (2) et en ce que le cylindre de rattrapage (19) est monté aux deux extrémités de manière élastique et sans jeu dans la direction de traction par le biais d'éléments élastiques (22), et en ce que dans une conduite de liaison (25) entre les deux cylindres de rattrapage (19) des tampons latéraux (4), sont disposés un dispositif de réserve et d'alimentation d'huile (23) ainsi qu'un dispositif indicateur (24) .

Dispositif de rattrapage pour tampons latéraux selon la revendication 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de rattrapage mécanique (14) est fixé de manière articulée avec ses entretoises de pression (17) sur la pièce de raccordement (13) du tube de guidage principal (11), et est connecté à un levier de rattrapage (18) disposé sur le support d'accouplement (3) et en retrait d'au moins la dimension d'installation d'un dispositif de traction (5) derrière l'arête avant de la pièce de tête (2).
  4. Dispositif de rattrapage pour tampons latéraux selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le tube de guidage principal (11) ne présente l'anneau de guidage (16) transmettant les forces dans le tube de réception (12) qu'au niveau de son extrémité arrière, opposée à l'arête avant de la pièce de tête et en ce qu'en l'occurrence, à chaque fois un tube de stabilisation de rotation latéral (9) et un tube de stabilisation de rotation inférieur (10) sont prévus, le tube de stabilisation de rotation latéral (9) se trouvant approximativement dans le plan médian horizontal du tube de guidage principal (11) du côté tourné vers le centre longitudinal du wagon et le tube de stabilisation de rotation inférieur (10) se trouvant avec son axe médian approximativement dans le plan de l'arête extérieur du tube de guidage principal (11) dans la direction du côté extérieur du wagon.
